First time here. I tried the turkey/ cranberry. Pretty good. The oatmeal raisin cookie was terrible though. Very dry and tasteless. I didn't finish it, and I don't like to let anything go to waste. Kind of pricey too read more

Love their sandwiches, fair price with plenty in-between the tasty bread. Always friendly staff. Be mindful though if you are a late eater, to do only take out after 8:30pm, or find another place to eat as they will make it known you are to be out of the store by 9pm (closing). read more

Four workers behind the counter all busy working, but no sandwiches coming off the line. Service was excruciatingly slow. Multiple customers waiting. Two small sandwiches and two waters was $12, which amounted to 3-4 bites. Had to go home and eat again to get filled up. Won't be back. read more

I am frequent visitor to this Firehouse Subs location. Not only is the food amazing, but the service is outstanding as well. I usually get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket or the Turkey Bacon Ranch and it never disappoints. I would recommend this place to anyone! I also like how you can fill out the survey on the bottom of your receipt to get a free 32 oz. drink on your next visit! read more

This is an excellent sub restaurant. That said, it's important to mention that the portions are really small and the prices aren't. I had a small corned beef & pastrami and the bread was fresh and the fillings were tasty and delicious. But SMALL. When I get a "small" I'm thinking of a 6-inch sub, not something the size of a large cookie (about 3" square). I wish I'd taken a picture of it. It should really be called a "Micro" or "Super-Mini". I had just assumed that for the price it would be a normal-sized sandwich. The decor is typical sandwich shop but they really hammer away on the "fireman" thing, with badges and stickers and pictures and such, which seems a little pandering to me. I'm not a hot-sauce fan so it doesn't mean anything to me, but it was cool to see that they have about 50 different hot sauces lined up that you can elect to sprinkle on your sandwich. They are marked 1-10 in hotness ratings. As far as the corned beef sandwich goes, I would classify it as really good food for a WASP person living in mid-America, someone who's never been to New York City and whose only knowledge of Deli food comes from watching episodes of Seinfeld. If a real Jew actually ate here he'd just plotz if someone referred to it as a deli sandwich. To the credit of Firehouse Subs, they don't refer to it that way, so at least there's no false advertising going on here (for that you need to read my review of McAlister's Deli). I'll be back as soon as I have about $20 to spare for a sandwich. Like I said, it was really good and tasty, but my God! Expensive! read more

Got food to- go from here today. I got a steak and cheese sub. Onions & meat were only there for texture because there was not a single ounce of flavor present in either of them. The majority of the the flavor from the entire sandwich came from the bread. Just gross. Don't think I'll go back. read more

First and foremost, the sandwiches were very good. Bread was fresh, veggies were fresh and crisp, and flavor was better than expected. They do have an outstanding lineup of hot sauces ranked by a 1 to 10 heat rating if that's your thing. Now, with all that, why only 3 stars? I would strongly recommend that you not order online. We did exactly that, waited until the time indicated to pick up our subs, there were no other customers in the place, and no one had noticed we had placed an order. Just eat there or go in to place your order to eliminate unnecessary aggravation. Still better than most other local sub shops. read more

First and foremost, I want to say I love me some Firehouse Subs. This review is for this particular location. When I first started visiting this location about a year ago they were awesome. You would walk in the door and they would greet you with enthusiasm and smiles, like they enjoyed their job. Today however, they were not excited to greet yet another potential customer. Their "Welcome to Firehouse" could barely be heard or understood. Now if this had just been a one time occurrence I wouldn't be writing this review. Nope, I'd dismiss it as a bad day and move on. However, this has been happening every time I have visited in the last few months. Now let's move on to the food. I always order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It is one of my favorites. It's rich ranchy goodness just melts in your mouth. This is supposed to be a hot sandwich. The last 3 times I have been to this Firehouse however, my sandwich has been one step above cold. I am sad to say that this will be my last time visiting this location. I love how close it is to my work but I honestly do not feel like returning. Needs a huge staff overhaul. read more
