Maranda is the BEST! I just have to brag on Maranda at Chicken Salad Chick, she is seriously amazing! From the second I walked in, she was so friendly, upbeat, and made me feel right at home. You can tell she really loves what she does because her energy just makes your whole day better. The food (as always) was so good, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But honestly, Maranda's customer service is what made this visit stand out. People like her are the reason I keep coming back! Always loved Chicken Salad Chick, but the redhead with bangs made my experience horrific. She was genuinely so rude and came off as having a superiority complex, like girl you work at chicken salad chick. Went there a few years ago and the chicken salad was gross in my opinion. I wasn't very impressed with it.

Clean and nice and if you are craving chicken salad and too lazy to make it yourself, go here. But remind me to never eat here again. It's just not that good. Each time I wish I had just made it at home. The fancy Nancy and the cranberry scoops I had today both had no flavor. The pecans in the grape salad were stale and the broccoli salad is not as even close to making it at home for yourself. The "potato soup" was abysmal, that fake slop should come off the menu. I really wanted to love this place (chicken salad is one of my fav foods!), and maybe it was good when it was a smaller biz but it tastes like fast food and I left regretting wasting calories on slop versions of my favorite salad foods. Lesson learned. Make it all at home myself. Check your local church cookbook for the broccoli salad and grape salad recipes. Sorry y'all. I Loved Chicken Salad Chick because It is the type of place I would have never visited on my own but I ended up loving. Chicken Salad Chick is a chain restaurant and I had no idea they are in many locations in the north east, south and east coast. I enjoyed their very casual setting. They have many different chicken salad recipes so I got the trio. From the trio I got the traditional but I enjoyed most the cranberry kelli chicken salad and their spiciest kicking kay lyme. The trio was served with crackers, but they also give you a very delicious wrapped cookie that tasted very fresh. I would definitely come back. read more

Specializing in chicken salads, I was intrigued to try it. Especially the kickin kay Lynn. Was caught off guard that I could choose another scoop as a side. Awesome way to try more flavors. But speaking of those flavors....NOT impressed. What was so spicy about the Lynn? Seems the buffalo sauce was for color and there was NO jalapeño in it. My other scoop of lemon basil was lacking the crunch of pecans. I literally only saw ONE tiny piece in it. They also could've used a smidge more mayo. Seemed pretty dry. read more

I love Chicken Salad Chick! The first time I ever tried it was in Dothan, AL while visiting my sister and when I found out they had one in my neck of the woods I was ecstatic! This Enterprise location was so yummy! It definitely didn't disappoint and I was able to introduce the goodness of chicken salad chick to my husband who was also an immediate fan. The service was quick and the cashiers were friendly as ever. It must be a standard for this restaurant because I have yet to receive bad service or bad food! Hands down one of my favorite lunch spots. The grape salad is absolutely mouth watering and I get it every time. It's a must try whenever you stop in! Highly recommend if you want something yummy for lunch and have it served up by some awesome hospitality! read more

I think this is a fantastic concept for a restaurant. I love meat and mayo so a place that solely provides chicken salad is kind of a big win for me. We were greeted warmly upon walking in and were given time to peruse the menu. There are a lot of chicken salad options to choose from. There is also a cold case where you can purchase already prepared salad without the accouterments of a meal. Each meal comes with a scoop of chicken salad, a tiny lemon cookie, some wheat crackers and a pickle spear for $7.99. Seems like a great deal at first, but I found it to be a bit overpriced once I saw how small that scoop of chicken salad was. It was quite tasty, though, so I can't be too mad about it. read more

Fairly new restaurant to the area, and I figured I'd give it a try. I've read reviews on others and noticed they had the option to have their chicken salad on croissants. The menu for this is not descriptive about options of bread to have your chicken salad on. You're allowed to have your chicken salad on 3 different types of bread or a scoop of chicken salad with crackers. You have the option of a soup, salad, or another chicken salad scoop for $7.99 ($8.71? w/ tax) which includes a little cookie and a pickle...drink not included in that price. I went for the classic sandwich, which was still quite filling for a lunch order. The cookie just melts in your mouth, probably one of the best cookies I've ever tasted. Another reviewer has stated you're allowed to ask to sample the flavors before sticking to one, which I will try and update my post if it's true. The place is clean and quick to deliver your order to your table. The staff seems friendly and helpful. I recommend picking up a menu from the doorway as you approach to order, helped me see the menu and decide because the ordering area can get crowded during lunch. read more

Even if you don't like chicken salad you should try this place. I was suspect at first when my wife wanted to go, but they have pimento cheese that is awesome and several flavored chicken salad types. Personally I like getting the Buffalo CS on a BLT Sandwich. It's really good plus they always give you a killer cookie to finish it off with. One of the cleanest restaurants in Enterprise with a friendly staff. I don't usually review things like this or anything but I just had such a bad experience that I had to make an account so I could do this. Chicken salad chick in enterprise is one of my favorite establishments around. I always have a good experience here. However, ever since they hired that new manager Chrissy the environment has changed so much. The other two managers that work there, Chris and Samantha, are incredibly kind and you can tell they get things done. I think Chris left though because I haven't seen him in a while. Today 8/1/19 I went in to get my usual meal and the manager Chrissy was extremely rude to me, she seemed like she was in a really bad mood and you could hear her getting really aggressive with the staff in the back. She doesn't make the environment feel like home and welcoming and it's usually like this every time I go in and she's there. Management needs to do something about her because you can tell she's making her staff MISERABLE. Until they fix this ISSUE I will not be spending my time or my money here. read more

The very young staff taking orders seem irritated you're there. They are not friendly at all. Food is ok, but I have twice gotten some chicken salad that smelled and tasted questionable. I ate my side of pasta salad in two bites on one visit. I do like the grape salad and the cookie! They've always been good.
