By far the best location of Firehouse I have been into. These workers have definitely been learning some customer service skills. The greeting when you come in the door is customary, but it's always louder and more consistent here. My husband goes here enough that they start preparing his meal when he comes in the door. I like that everyone always seems to be doing something. You better not try to take your trash to the trash can!! Big no no in here! And that doesn't happen in some of the other stores. The staff at this front location always has a great attitude. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. Today was just... different. I'm guessing he's the manager in charge (gentleman with the long hair) he was extra polite today. He even pulled my chair out for me to sit down. 5 stars for the service alone! The staff at this location is on top of their game! I'm not a big fan of subs, but my husband is. He loves Firehouse. We choose to visit the Lewisville location over another location that is closer to us simply for the staff. It's entertaining just to listen to and watch the level of service the staff here provide. Two employees had the entire restaurant laughing. One man stopped a worker before leaving to let him know that he deserved a raise. One guest asked how she could get a job working there. Everyone was thrilled with the service. They are a bit loud, but they obviously love their jobs and love their customers. The food is good. They actually have good chili, which is almost unheard of from a restaurant. Most restaurants get their chili from a can. Firehouse has freshly made chili. They have great soda machines as well, with many options for adding flavor to your drink. read more

Been coming here for almost a year now and thr wait is been getting longer and longer and longer. There is always enough staff here, sometimes too many of them behaind the counter and still waiting 20 to 25 min for 2 sandwiches. The place isn't that busy. Orders are getting mixed up at least for one costumer while i wait. Such a shame for such good sandwiches. Staff is nice but never apologetic the way they should in my opinion. read more

Terrible service. I called to put an order over the phone, was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and they hung up. I stoped by the store and let Christian (guy at the register) know about the wait and he did not care at all. I felt frustrated. They were not even busy. read more

Nothing wrong with it, maybe I just don't understand people's standards for sandwiches. The staff is really nice. I'm a Cowboys fan and believe it or not an Eagles fan employee was nice to me! On game day?! Anyway, there is nothing truly special about the actual food. I'd make a sandwich at home before going. The bread is similar to subway, just a tad tastier. Meat is average. Ive been here several times and everytime i come the sandwhiches are amazing and so is the customer service, theyre always so nice and energetic and happy to have you in their place. They also have the cool drink machine where you can pick pretty much any drink you want in the touch of a button. And they support our firefighters which is amazing! read more

I hate this place, it didn't have Tuna. Even though I've been there millions of times before and I had tuna and they had it.

I would have given this location 5 stars any other time but yesterday I have never been so disrespected by the employees, not to mention the restaurant was unusually unclean. I guess can't be great all the time but when you get Excellent service then piss poor rude service makes ya never want to go back. Was even more frustrating called spoke to the owner the next day he didn't apologize for his staff just said all involved will learn from it. Ha learn this I won't be back EVER! read more

This place is awesome. Not only are their sandwiches my favorite, the staff is fantastic. As you walk in, every time, you are met with a boisterous "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!" from each staffer. I've become a regular, at least once a week for lunch and now they know my name, as well as the names of a LOT of other people that come in. Their sandwiches destroy the other sandwich joints, like Jimmy Johns and Subway, so much more flavor and the customer service level is so much better. It's like they all actually love their jobs and taking care of each customer's appetite is their only goal in life. Plus, you get pickle spears and a cool little styrofoam tray for your sandwich, not some rolled up soggy paper. This place is AMAZING! The food is yummy and the staff is excellent. Walking in the door we were greeted loudly and hilariously. I came with my 4 young daughters at lunch time. One of the staff members did a extra wipe of the table and even grabbed a high chair and a menu for us. Our order was taken with a pleasant smile and food was delivered promptly. The subs are DELICIOUS and very filling. My girls and I really enjoyed our fist time experience here. We will defiantly make this our new lunch spot. read more

One of the best, most friendly stores around! This place has real personality and they really care about the customer experience. After going there for lunch several times, we decided to have them cater the pre-wedding lunch for my daughter.
