I went there to grab a bite to eat and I noticed that they were short staffed and were getting crowded fast. No orders were being called out like they normally do, just placed on the side. The cook came out with a mask on, so I asked the waitress was the cook ill, she stated no she just don't want our (the CUSTOMER's) germs to get on her because she has lupus. Later I received a text from my husband asking me why was I there? So, then I learned that Amanda, his DOPEHEAD ,no teeth, mistress works there and she was in the back calling and texting him while the young lady in the front gets slammed with orders! The cook placed my plate on the cabinet, didn't ask me if I needed anything, but just walked away back in the office. No customer service etiquette at all! I have not dined at a Waffle House for decades. Whenever I would view the menu online, I wonder if they still sale waffles. Today, I made a hasty decision to have breakfast when I was about to pass by one. The restaurant was busy but there were plenty of open seats at both the high and low counters. Once I sat down, I was immediately given a menu and ordered coffee. When I saw the printed, I again asked myself the same question. Most, if not all, of the pictured items were not waffles. On the exterior window, there was a photo of a s'mores waffle. While seated, I did not see signage for that featured waffle anywhere on the counter. There may have been signage at the tables. I came here specifically to order waffles and that is what I ordered, a classic waffle and a side of sausage patties. The waffle was about third or half as thick as those sold at other restaurants. At first, I was disappointed but came to realize it was a good amount of food. After I ate the entire waffle and both patties, I was neither hungry nor overstuffed. It was the right amount of food for its price point of under $11 before tax. read more

Khlo was our server, very soften spoken and talked a little too fast sometimes - but good attitude and attentive. My big issue today is there is a lady in the kitchen (don't know her name, can only describe her) : slightly larger, white lady, long dark hair, looks like she is wearing some type of ear piece/head set while in the kitchen cooking - she seems VERY miserable to work here and has been complaining the whole time I have been sitting here with my 5 and 8 year old children about how "this place pisses me off and this person pisses me off" and how she doesn't get paid enough to work here. Definitely not conversation or language I want my kids to be listening to. Maybe get a new job? Or watch how you talk in front of customers ESPECIALLY kids? I was excited about taking my kids to a new place to eat breakfast food - we usually go to Cracker Barrel or IHOP. Stopped here for breakfast on the 9th of Feb about 9:30 am. The greeter was exceptional. There was only about a two minute wait to be seated. He was very friendly and asked us if we wanted a booth or to sit at the bar. We opted for a table at the rear of the store. The waitress was great and even helped me find a better combo that included everything I wanted instead of building it ala carte. The food was the as good as any other Waffle House I have been to. read more

From the second we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were greeted with a friendly hello. Our waitress Anatatia was very prompt and accommodating with us. We spoke with the manager Steven who took time to just have a conversation with us although the place was hopping busy. Our food waa at the perfect temperature and well presented and tasted delicious. My husband is in the military so we were able to take advantage of the discount, which was an added perk. This is a new location. The staff seemed to be of all kids and with that came unprofessionalism. The food took very long to come out and my bacon was burnt. I don't know of a better location nearby so I guess I'll give this another try. Arrived at 6:45 am on Sunday morning not busy but very unacceptable. Booth we sat at was not bussed and when they did they simply smeared the table with sticky syrup had to have them redo. Forgot our orange juice and waffle on order of food. We could have lived with all that because food was good and hot and fresh! However, the condiments were not just dirty but nasty (ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper), floor was dirty, and staff was too busy visiting with one another to care. So sad to see in this new neighborhood eating opportunity. They have already gone from A to a C- rating in our book. read more
