Order was delivered within 50m of ordering and sandwich looked like it was a day old sitting in water juice. Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with how good my sandwich was! I got the jerk turkey sandwich and it was delicious. Service was somewhat quick, they only had one person making sandwiches and even the people who ordered ahead still had to wait. Since I wasn't in a rush, I didn't mind waiting a few mins especially since they were making it fresh! They do have an inside seating area as well, if you need to sit inside. read more

Great service and I love their gluten free bun. I have missed eating a sub sandwich and this is perfect. I ordered the Italian my mom ordered a roast beef sandwich that reminded her of a New Yorker. This place should actually be called Firehouse Sucks. We placed an order for pick up and went in to pick it up right at the time it said it'd be ready. When we go in, that's when they tell us there is no tuna. Why did we not get a call letting us know of this given they were provided our phone number? Anyways, we request a refund for the sandwich we paid for ahead of time and that was not possible LOL. We had no choice but to either be at a loss of money or get another sandwich in replace of the original. Since I don't eat any other kind of sandwich from any sandwich place, we got a turkey & cheese for our dog. We spent $20 here just to have to go to another sandwich shop. Aside from that, they had no drinks available to order, which we knew ahead of time but just super annoying. Plus, the sandwich that was gotten and eaten was poorly made. Also, pretty disgusting when you see employees with gloves on touching the phone and other surfaces and then proceeding to touch food without a glove change. Dirty. I have heard this place has good sandwiches so I wanted to give this place a try. It is in the newest shopping center located next to Jefferson Mall. This place has expanded over the years. I go in and it's not very busy, and no one seemed to be in a hurry to take my order, even after I was done browsing the menu. One employee says he'll take my order at the end of the counter and a minute or two later someone else takes my order. I order the small Turkey Bacon Ranch sub w/ no veggies. After I'm done placing my order I'm given one of those numbers you take to a table so they can bring your food when it's ready. I go to get a drink at the fountain machine and no ice dispenses so, I'm guessing it's making ice, idk. I just get a Dr. Pepper w/ no ice and it was still at a decent temperature. Also, I notice the floor hasn't been swept for sometime and since it wasn't very busy someone could have swept the floor. Now on to the food, I get my sandwich in a decent amount of time. It was small but packed with flavor. It was a tad messy for my taste and my meats kept sliding off the bun. I guess that what happens when you get a small sandwich. Overall it was a very good sandwich. The interior is decorated with most all firefighter things, and that is a cool concept. They even have plastic red hats for children who get a kids meal. I do see myself coming back here but, not very soon. I do want to try their other subs though. My reason for 3 star rating is although the food was good, they need to work on customer service skills and the interior of the place. I stopped in here for a quick lunch but I was hoping I'll be a quick lunch or an in and out. I ordered on the app however I got there at the time they told me to get there that would be ready and I waited a good 15 to 20 minutes in the lobby still. I got a brisket and cheese sandwich. It was eight dollars and change for it. The taste is why this is getting a three because it tasted overall pretty good. However I did not see any cheese on the sandwich at all I know it's a hot sandwich from the cheese melted but it did not look like it any jeans or tights I think she was pretty dry even with the barbecue sauce it was not much meat on it. It probably could've got a five if you would have included the items sufficiently as it was supposed to go because it tasted it pretty darn good. Just ok, service and food. I come because its on my way from various places. Some of the team seems bored every time I go in, perhaps because there are too many people working behind the counter. I like the theme and decor. On our last visit it was kind of smoky inside, our table was sticky, and the Coke machine was so sticky the soda would not shut off dumping more soda on your hand and cup. Food was just average at best. I do like all the hot sauces and the menu is a little different than other sub shops but if it was not the only thing around at this location I don't think I'd go back very often. Better than Subway but slower. Not as good as Jimmy John's, not as fast. If there was one closer I'd chose Jersey Mikes over all these as they have far better sandwiches. read more

One of our orders included ingredients that were specifically asked to remove. At no point were we acknowledged by the staff other than calling our to-go name out. This had been bookmarked for awhile! Sadly I thought the sandwich was just average. I ordered the brisket as there have been many good reviews about it. The sandwich was very good but It didn't generate any buzz for me that, would separate itself. I'm not sure what separates this place from a Quiznos, Penn Station, or even subway and Jimmy John's. The inside is decked with a Fire Fighter theme, I loved this. If you make a donation to the non-profit they support there, you get a little red hand that's posted on a wall. They have fire fighter gear and 2 huge canvas prints. The service was ok, the place is ran by teenagers so when I got there, I kinda stood there for a minute waiting on someone to say something to me. This place has a 100 perfect health rating though, can't go wrong with that! Don't forget about all their sauces there at the beginning of the order line!! read more

I've only been to one Firehouse Subs, and I've only been to this one 3 or 4 times over the last couple years. I can't think of a time when I thought this wasn't a good experience. I've been to Subway, and Penn Station, and a few mom and pop sub restaurants, but Firehouse Subs seems to shine a little brighter than the others. Ordering and serving was friendly and efficient, the food was very tasty and plentiful. I guess the only downside might be several of the tables needed to be wiped. We changed tables twice to find one that wasn't a little crumbly. But none of them were bad enough that we couldn't sit at them. At any rate, I like Firehouse Subs more than any other sub place and intend to not take so long before returning again. read more

This is the worst service I believe I've ever had. The manager did fix the issues, however an employee made us feel like because we received our order wrong we were lying and should just take what we had been given. First of all we ordered our food, both my husband and I ordered the hook and ladder. I wanted wheat, he wanted white. He does NOT like lettuce, tomato, and onion. This is how the order was rang up, exactly how we ask for it, I verified that. We received our order and it was the opposite of how we had ask, he was missing his chili, and my daughter had ordered a kids meal and did not receive her Rice Krispie treat. We very politely told the young lady that carried our food out. We weren't rude or ugly and she wasn't neither. However, a young, blonde that was cleaning the dining room, who it was of no concern to have us a very snarling look and said what's their problem. So, I proceeded to explain to her and she said their right, no the sandwiches were the opposite of what we ask. Now, we get that it was a simple mistake and all we were asking for is that it be fixed to the preference we had requested. This employee was very rude, and not even a manager. I got up and walked to the Manager, explained my issues and it was taken care of. We did have to wait another ten minutes. When we received our order the second time, my husband was getting ready to bite into his pickle and there was a black hair on it. Picture attached. The girl continued cleaning the dining room, giving me evil glares. It was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a restaurant environment. Went to eat before going to Walmart. Walked in and it wasn't busy at all but no one was in a hurry to take our order. The gentleman that took our order didn't seem attentive because my mom ordered a sandwich with no mayo and a soup and i ordered my sandwich with no lettuce and Mac and cheese. The lights are out, chairs put up and the employees are cleaning! The hours online say they are open later. This is crazy. Purchased three combos for $27. I tried the Firehouse Pub Steak Sub sandwich. It supposedly had beer cheese sauce on it, but it tasted more like canned cheese sauce that you get with nachos. Two of the three employees, one of which was the manager have no idea how to wear their masks correctly. The girl at the register- Jessica, wore her mask barely over her mouth with her nose exposed. The manager who was preparing the food had her mask protecting only her chin, because that's practical with virus prevention. I like the flavor of there subs however they skimp on ingredients. Tonight's sub was mostly bread. Small amount of meat. I don't know what happened, they have been much more beefier with their meats.
