After looking at the receipt, we realized we had been charged for a more expensive wrap instead of the sandwich we ordered. We asked an employee about it, and she told us the order had been entered as a #18 instead of a #14. What was frustrating is that she was standing right there when we placed the order. Rather than apologizing for the mistake and correcting it, there was a lot of confusion and back-and-forth due to communication issues. Eventually, she brought out another sandwich, but it was still wrong. We had literally pointed to the #14 on the menu, yet she quickly grabbed a sandwich without verifying the order. This one even had pickles on it. To make matters worse, when my husband took a bite, the sandwich was cold, hard, and clearly had been sitting for quite some time. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What disappointed us most was the lack of attention to correcting the error and making things right. The entire experience left us extremely frustrated.
