It's impossible for me to give this 5 stars; however, with that said the Service is great, the food is good, and I'm yet to have a negative Experience. For fast and delicious subs this is my recommendation. The price for a sub is a touch high in my opinion but as I'm eating I usually forget that gripe. It really angers me to see 3 stars for this place. There is no place at all in Prescott and Prescott Valley to get a normal decent sub sandwich. We are smothered by terrible Subways - which are an absolute insult to the deli industry. Is this a old fashioned mom/pop Italian deli using Columbo french bread? No - but the bread is good - and certainly not that pale white baked bread that tastes like white bread with a crust. I drive from Prescott to this place - I'll likely be going back weekly to get a decent sandwich that I don't have to tell someone to make. read more

The subs are good. Only if you eat there. The hot steamed meat makes the bread really soggy. So eat within the first 3 minutes or it is the worst sub you have ever had. We don't go anymore TOO SOGGY learn how to make better subs less water read more

Sophia & I were just Rudely kicked out of Firehouse subs pv, Walked in as Soph was placing the order I walk in the bathroom, Didn't see any signs saying no customers allowed or I wouldn't of went in, loud bang & a man yelled I couldn't be in there.. Came out & apologize & this dude was livid & said a chair was blocking the entrance to the bathroom, once again no sign & definitely didn't move a chair.. Love this place, everything is fresh, service is great, you are greeted as you come in and a thank you when you leave. You can add or subtract any ingredients. It is now our "place to go" for subs. They offer salads, lower calorie selections, child's menu, &, hot or cold subs. Garrentee you'll not go back to the "other" sub store. read more

Overall, it was just an OK experience for me. The decor is great, but service was a little slow although they were very helpful and friendly. I ordered the steak and cheese, and maybe it was just what I ordered, but it was bland. I even added jalapenos and I couldn't even taste them. The only reason why I'm giving it a two is because the customer service by Ashley was rude. She took my order and her responses were short and had attitude. When I returned home I could not eat the lettuce, it was bad! So I called and spoke to the supervisor Sydney. She said I could come in and get any sandwich in exchange of the salad. So I did, missing dinner with my family as I did so. She was nice and I asked her to make my sandwich once there. She and the staff put out TWO orders before me!! What the heck?! I ordered technically 30 mins ago, when I came in the first time. Then another 10 mins the second time!! Not okay! My sandwich, this customer should've been priority. Upon leaving with my sandwich, she said " I hope we redeemed ourselves." First of all not a group effort, and secondly no ya didn't redeem yourself. Good food. Good service. Much better than Subway. One big problem, the tables and chairs smell like onions which means after you leave and get home you notice that all your clothes smell like onions. This has happened to us twice. Had to wash everything. It seems they are wiping the tables and chair with a towel they wipe a surface they cut onions on. If this happens again we will stop going here. read more

I ordered online about a week ago and picked up my food, which was of course ready for me as soon as I got there. When I walked back out to my car I found I couldn't get it to start due to some battery corrosion problems. I went back in and ordered a coke in hopes I could get the corrosion cleaned up and Tiffany the GM happened to be walking out as I got to the register. She was so sweet and gave me the soda for free before even knowing I was having car problems. She proceeded to help me get my car up and working again which took 20-30 minutes. I was blown away by her kindness and willingness to stay and help a stranger when she was obviously headed out for the day. The food is always delicious, and the people working here are amazing. 10/10 absolutely recommend eating here. read more

I don't even know where to begin!!! First off, we were the only ppl in the resteraunt, only 4 subs to be made but for some reason it took over 30 min!! There were 5!!! 5 workers behind the counter & no one was "Working"! Not only this but there was a worker getting ready to leave & she made sure to have her food ready before us & before she left. Also, OMG...the place was dirty, the floors&tables literally were disgusting, & we didn't even want to get drinks because the dispensers looks like they hadn't been wiped down in days!! I can only imagine how gross it's back there! To make matters even worse, we all got sick! The runs, vomiting, & stomach pains!! We're sticking to Subway for all of our subbing needs... Don't eat at this place unless you want Firehouse Shits for a couple of days. They serve out of date food that is gross. One of the workers wears gloves and that's good. Yet she uses the restroom and comes out ten minutes later wearing the same ones. Handles your cards etc. Hands you a bag of food and probably passes fecal particles, germs, etc onto your food. Another person I know had the same experience and left the place and didn't pay for food. The second time I actually got sick from this place. Not going back again. read more

I ended up at FH after many years of being away. Someone gave me the choice between this place and one of the most disgusting sammies sold in Preskit (I wont mention their name but it rhymes with Leed's). So there I was. I ordered a salad, I thought that would be a good test. If the salad is good, throw it on some bread if u arent counting carbs, right? Ugh. The salad. The lettuce is big pieces, the "cheese and meats" were cubed super tiny. I use "" cause their choice of meat and cheese is awful. It tastes low quality/cheap. They literally hide the ugh meats and cheese at the bottom of the bowl. The dressing was mediocre at best. I gave very specific instructions for a sandwich for someone else that literally had 3 ingredients and they botched that. The wait is too long. They handed me 2 greasy bags. When I arrived ordered number 8 which is medium sub got charged for a large. Did not realize until I hit the accept button. After being told manager was on phone if have to wait for refund decided i would just take the left overs home. After watching several people come and go I checked on my sub they said it was on the line. The stream of people continued to come and go. At this point I decided I just wanted a refund manager said it was only twelve minutes but if he do his math correct 11:38 to 11:54 is sixteen minutes. Does not matter how long everyone else was getting their food quickly. They could not find my sub decided to try and rush but I was done at this point. Will try again in future. read more

Best subs in the Quad city area. I have tried them all. My wife had the meatball and I had the Italian sub. They made our subs per our liking with the extras. The staff was very pleasant and checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our order. A much better environment than all the noise at Jimmy John's. read more

Extremely rude management!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly as a patron. Upon reading other reviews after my experience I realized that this is a trend. I was very respectful and understanding working in the beverage and food industry myself.. got interrupted and hung up on when trying to explain that half of my pick up order was missing. And when I went to the establishment the manager "Rick"? Was even more unpleasant and unprofessional in person. I was yelled at and told to wait for my refund outside (that I demanded after all of this had happened and after I was told that he was unwilling to refund me).. all while never raising my voice once, or being unruly in any way. I would like to be clear that I originally would have just liked to be acknowledged and had them correct the issue or give some store credit or something, but I have never treated even my most difficult guests in this manor. I mean WOW.. what a horrible way to run a business or to even treat people in general. Lost my appetite. A refund was appropriate as I will never go back. read more

I went and ordered a pastrami I said I only wanted mustard, pickles in the sandwich. I waited almost 10 minutes and then I get the sandwich and it was not what I ordered so I went to tell the young girl behind the counter that my sandwich was not what I ordered she asked me what was wrong I explain to her I requested only mustard, pickles on the pastrami sandwich. She said she was sorry and would make me another one. So I waited another 10 minutes and then when I received it it still was not right. I don't understand what so hard from my request. There were three young adults that were working that night and they didn't seem to be very knowledgeable on how to even work the cash register. Maybe they need a manager to teach them on how to listen to the customers request and show them how to work register and be on premises for help. That's why I don't believe jobs like this should not receive $10 hr there still learning and haven't really earned it yet. I was so craving a pastrami that night but didn't happen. Normally, our visits to Firehouse Subs has been fair to o.k. This time I ordered the Siracha beef sandwich and have been suffering for the past 2 weeks with canker sores throughout my mouth, tongue and throat. Please go back to your previous togo packaging and bread. I'm not 100% sure the bread changed but the sub I ordered today was over 2" of bread with a hard crust. I started going to Firehouse because the sub was NOT mostly bread. The way the sub was packed was in a syrofoam container that would not close and it was not wrapped in paper. Needless to say my sub fell apart when I picked up the bag from the top as I always did before. Service was great as always. read more

It looks as if the food is good. Nice menu, pleasant reception. But I never got to taste my food. After 35 minutes of waiting for our food, we had to leave. It should have been plenty of time to eat and get to to our movie. They were pleasant about refunding our money. They were obviously slammed. "We're short handed " they said.
