Great place great atmosphere and polite service.. My son and I had the hook and ladder light, it was great and filling but what I thought was cool was the line up of hot sauces to choose from.. Took me a few bottle to find two I liked but mix it with the Captain Sorensen's sauce and your golden.. Italian sub was so sickeningly sweet, couldn't stand it. I go online and check the nutrition info: 34 grams of sugar in one sandwich! That's almost as much sugar in a 12 ounce cola. Total carbs 111 grams. The food here is not safe for a diabetic, so I will not be eating here anymore. The honey ham in the Italian sub was so sweet it left a bad taste in my mouth. Sure there are other choices here but even my favorite meatball has more carbs and sugar than I can eat and stay healthy. read more

This place has pretty good subs. My wife and I tried it out for the first time and they had lots of meat choices. What we liked most about this place was the way the staff was towards us. Went here almost every day the first week it was opened. Was bringing clients and co workers there. I am a huge fan of subs especially ones made fresh. I came back 2 weeks later and my sandwich was soggy and had 50% less meat. My co worker Tim said the same thing less meat didn't taste as fresh and it was a bit upsetting. The place is clean well put together, staff is friendly, I just think the quality is declining or the service is focusing to much on speed instead of quality. The guests who are going to return always prefer a few extra minutes wait for better quality. I'll try again this month and report back maybe update the review. So good! Nice and clean inside too. I had an Italian sandwich and my husband got the big brisket one. My little girl got a grilled cheese and a firehouse hat! I love the drink dispenser they have. We ordered this thru Uber eats, this was our first time using them cuz we had a gift card. Terrible. But don't get me started and them. So on the menu we ordered a BOTTLE of soda and we were delivered a cup of soda that was damaged and the lid fell off when I went to take a sip and spilled everywhere! What a waste! Also the sandwich didn't have the BBQ sauce that it was supposed to have as well as the request for no pickle it tasted like it was put on the sandwich and then taken off. The only redeeming quality was that we had a gift card for Uber eats but we were very disappointed with both the restaurant and the delivery service. I've already deleted my Uber eats app and it will be awhile til we decide to order from here again. Is it just me or does it seem like restaurants don't even care about the quality since COVID started because they don't always deal directly with the customer anymore? So frustrating! read more

I used to eat at the Orange County location and loved it. I was so excited that they came to Temecula. It taste exactly how I remembered. It is a little expensive but you can expect high quality and a filling meal. The second time I came here they forgot to make out sandwich and we ended up waiting about 25 minutes for it but they were very apologetic and made it up with a free sub credit. It's hard to even begin to be upset when you get to eat something so delicious. read more

I have been going to firehouse subs and I have never been disappointed until today. I ordered a sandwich, which had bacon on it I also ordered extra hot sauce because I know the hot sauce selection is very extensive. I was laying on my couch very excited for my hot sauce covered bacon filled sandwich and when the sandwich arrived and I opened it to indulge and was sadly met with no bacon and no hot sauce. To top it off there wasn't even my most favorite thing a, pickle spear. Although I woofed the sandwich down the fact that I could of had bacon, hot sauce, and a pickle spear still haunts me. I will be returning to firehouse subs one day once the wound from my pickle-less bacon-less sandwich heals. I hope this review was informative and I would never wish this horrific event on anybody else, so please remember the pickles and bacon. P.S. the sandwich was still very delectable read more

I think Firehouse Subs is by far the best sub shop out there. Great service and everyone was extremely nice. Ordered the Club on a Sub this time and it was amazing. I really like that it is located next to the Promenade Mall since I go there so often. I've been to about three Firehouse locations so far and this is definitely my favorite. read more

Very disappointed in my experience here. First, I ordered my sandwich-hot ham and Swiss. I sat down to wait and watched one of the workers come from the back, not wash her hands, rub her nose, then pick up the plastic gloves to make my order. I got my sandwich, and was immediately turned off. The bread was not toasty and brown like in all of the pictures around the restaurant, it was instead an anemic light beige, that as soon as I tried to pick up the food, I could tell was wet and soggy. Ham was okay. So for a less than desirable $15 sandwich, I will stick to Jersey Mike's. read more

Tried this out today, never been to one of these franchises before. There is some pros. It is nice, big, and clean. It's super fun they have all the hot sauces available (and I am a big hot sauce aficionado so really enjoyed that aspect of being able to sample some new sauces). They had a nice variety from mild, to fruity, to super crazy hot. The sandwiches themselves seem to use good quality ingredients, though possibly lacking a bit in the creativity and toppings department. But my major complaint is the portion size. They offered an 8" and a 12". I assumed these would be of a size comparable to most sub shops (which to be fair is usually an aggressively large portion). I ordered an 8" because I didn't feel like eating that much, but it really the 8" it turned out was better described as a miniature sub. Perhaps it was 8" long but it was very narrow. I didn't order a 12" but I would imagine this is more likely what people think of a normal sized sandwich to be. And it actually was not at all cheaply priced. So it seemed like a poor value compared to the many other sandwich shops in town. The hot sauce gimmick is strong and might even make me come back. But still, I can't help but feel like they aren't providing a good value, even though it's not without it's merits. It's a tasty enough sammich, just make sure to order the 12" if you're an adult person. read more

Came in to try this place as i was in Arizona 3 years ago and saw some out there before they made it here. had some time before work and decided to give it a try. Aldo was very nice and patient with me being i had no idea what the menu would look like. The had a pretty wide menu, but i was in a rush and didn't pay close attention. They manager was very friendly also didn't catch his name. I had 20 mins before work and by the time my sandwich was done it left me 10 mins to eat and there was only 2 other tables in there. I understand they grill their meat and toast their bread but over all of you're in a rush i don't know if it's the best option. For the food the sandwich i got was very delicious, was drenched in mayo and made my bread a little soggy, which reading seems to be other people's complaint, but a messy sandwich is good. The pricing for there subs is a little more up there and there sizing is weird never seen that before. over all good food and nice staff, just not very fast don't know what it's like when they have a line. Will be returning to see how my mom likes it. read more

OMG, this place is totally gross. It's quite hard to find a good sandwich place here in Temecula, unless you are at one of the wineries or Old Town. This place absolutely sucks.
