I visited this shop yesterday for an oil change and new wiper blades. The shop called me once I got home and told me the tech forgot to put on the new wiper blades. I went back and he changed them for me in a hurry. I asked him to top off the fluid and he told me he couldn't because the reservoir was frozen over. I pointed out that the fluid is rates for zero degrees and it isn't freezing. He told me to come back in a few days when it's thawed out so he can show me the cracks and give me a quote to replace the reservoir. I walked over to Auto Zone and bought a gallon of fluid. It took every drop and works just like it did before I ran out of fluid. No leaks. This level of dishonesty borders on thievery. Beware! *EDIT* I went back today and spoke to the store manager. He refunded my invoice amount and offered an apology. This is clearly a big part of their business model. The company as a whole seems to have no regard for integrity. Stay away! read more

Completely disappointed by these guys. I am here and still waiting after 45 minutes to just fix a flat tire. My car hasn't been driven into the garage yet and still sitting in the parking lot. Two customers arrived after me needing more work on their cars and they are ahead of me now I don't know how. I asked the guy when I entered how long it would be and he said 25 minutes but they took the two customers who came after first because the store associate said I didn't give him my car keys which he misplaced and found after 15 minutes on another associates counter. This is already frustrating but I have no other option. I thought this people were professionals. I asked the store worker for my keys back and he just handed them over without apologizing or saying thank you. Worst customer service. Ravel- black guy with a goatie. He walked away from me while I was talking to him. Had to leave and just checked into another store wth few minutes to spare to repair my tire. Fuck this people. It had already been a rough day with my car overheating and stopping on me as I pulled up to work and the overall stress of uncertainty of what was causing my car to smoke. Immediately upon arriving to the facility I was greeted by Lavell. He later showed me exactly what the issue was with my car and explained what needed to be done. Upon given the total of over $200 just days shy of me paying my bills, I was unable to make such an unexpected repair, but thanked him for his time and was prepared to leave. Then the most heaven sent thing happened Lavell asked me what I had to pay today... Embarrassingly enough, only $100 including the change in my purse , he kindly tells me don't worry we will work on it for you, the repair needs to be done. I proceed to apply for the Firestone card and the rest is heaven sent history. I appreciate all the kind mechanics of Firestone and especially Lavell for his God sent spirit of assisting a single parent in a true time of need. read more

This location is so wonderful. The manager Brian assisted me ensuring that all belts were changed. The mechanic did not just change the belts but showed me everything whether the parts were good or bad. Definitely will come back again. read more

It is one of the worst services I have seen. They took 20$ for inspection and did not inspect anything. They did the alignment and still my car was not aligned properly. I took my car again and they kept it for a day and did not do anything. In the end I went to another auto care and they inspected my car and fixed the problems. read more

AVOID!!!! Stripped out 2 lug nuts and damaged some studs in the process and didn't tell me about. Then, as I was driving home, one of my center caps came off because it was not installed properly. Luckily I was able to recover it and saw it fly off. Brought it back and the employees acted like it was no big deal.... Like seriously?!? Total idiots running that place. Needless to say, they will no longer be getting any of my business. Wish I could give them less than 1 star. read more

Took my Acura MDX here after an Acura dealership told me I needed new front and rear brake pads ASAP. Firestone inspected my brakes and said that I have at least 3 months of life with the front pads and over 6 months with the rears. I went ahead and replaced the front brake pads and paid almost half of what the dealer was charging! The wait times can be a bit much, but I am happy that these folks didn't try to sell me on brake pad replacement that I didn't need. Will definitely return the next time I need work done on the SUV. read more

Some older man who works in the front (I initially posted his name, but as of now have decided to leave it off) was so rude, impersonal, unfriendly, and rather unprofessional - not to mention he treated the other staff horribly. He seemed to be even worse in his behavior towards me, possibly because I'm a woman - I noticed his rudeness while still quite present was remarkably less when he dealt with male customers than with female customers. I was so uncomfortable by this I left before they could do the work on my car that I really needed done, and I had to go elsewhere. Too bad, because the mechanic who I dealt with up till I left was great, he really knew what he was talking about in respect to my car, and was also very polite, professional, and friendly. I was confident he'd do a great job on everything I needed done. Because of him (the mechanic) I give some stars - but I'd give a "zero stars" rating for the other guy (the one from the front), in fact negative stars would be more appropriate for that part of my experience. So the math on all of that equals one star, since one star here is to mean "Eek! Me thinks not." I can't rate the work done or how short/long it took, because I had to leave before any actual work was done because of that older guy in the front who made me so uncomfortable, no way I was waiting in that waiting area with him there, and having to deal with him any further. My husband (who is livid about what happened) was sharing my experience with folks in his office (located in Alpharetta), turns out one of his colleagues' wives also had a similar experience there too, and they won't ever go back again either! AND one of THEIR neighbors shared with them a similar experience when they were venting about it to them. Seems a lot of people in a rather small circle have had this happen, makes one wonder how many more there are out there...Anyhow, that's what prompted me to post, my experience plus the fact that others have experienced the same horrible treatment - poor customer service doesn't even begin to describe it. And needless to say, everyone at my husbands' office, and all of the local businesses they frequent, have at this point heard about the experiences, and don't plan on bringing their business to that location - at least, not unless there is a front-of-house staffing change. read more

New tires and a complete brake job. After the services was done my break pad indicator was still on. Because of that I had to bring my car back the next weekend so they could reconnect the sensor in the break pad (my car has one, not all do). Also, the new brakes sounded horrible, like really rough sandpaper grinding. They said that's normal and the brakes will always sound like that because they weren't brand authorized brakes (which is royal bs, your new brakes and rotars should be almost silent). They also said that they couldn't fix my check brakes pads light. They said the flashing light meant there was a faulty sensor somewhere else and they couldn't fix it (also b.s., the flashing light is standard function for my car for this particular warning) so, in short, they were just going to have me leave with extremely noisy new brakes and a sensor light issue because, "it's normal" and, "the fact that the sensor light flashes must mean there's just a bad connection somewhere that we can't find". I would not recommend going here if you need car service. The only reason I even gave them 3 stars is they finally agreed to replace the brakes again and to test the the sensor in another set of new pads... work in progress... the staff has been professional as well, in terms of politeness read more

I can't tell you how awesome this Firestone Complete Auto Care is. Whenever I have an issue with my vehicle, they are the ones to make it right! They are always up-front and honest. All of the staff have always been nothing but awesome. Their customer care is above and beyond. I had new tires put on by a competitor... they messed up my alignment. The tire place didn't do alignments, so I took it to a different competitor. They charged me and did an alignment. Didn't work at all! Then took it to my dealership who did the same thing...didn't work. Found that Firestone did a lifetime alignment, so I brought it in. My alignment came out perfect and I haven't had an issue since. Now I brought it to them to fix yet a different issue from yet another competitor, and they were right on the money. Showed me the damaged parts from the competitor. They made it right yet again! It was well worth me paying them to make it right and for piece of mind than to bring my car back to the other shady repair shop. I even tipped my technician!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else from now on!!! read more

Came in during my lunch break before leaving on a 600 mile trip looking to get new tires. I talked to Paul at the front and told him the situation. He said it should be done within an hour, fast tracking the process, and if it wasn't I could get a ride back to work from them. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and i have never wanted to post a review (not a good thing) until now. There is a new store manager and a new sales woman in the front and a couple of new technicians in the back that really know what is going on. My experience with the new "team" they have has greatly improved from what used to be down right miserable on a couple of past visits. The new manager is a bit younger than the ex-manager and seems to be a lot more motivated to make customers feel informed and satisfied in the end, which has trickled into the shop. The mechanic i normally request to work on my Jeep said to me that "morale is already up and the new guy is only s few days in." I recommend bringing your vehicle to this Firestone, you will get quality work done and estimates are ethical. If you have questions/doubts they will show you what your car needs and not just try and sell it to you. read more
