Less than 1 star. Wife said she needed a new battery. Jerk behind the counter immediately responded with "How do you know it's a battery?" Wife told him it was jumped, and the car ran, and the car started twice after it got running. Guy said, "It could be an alternator." Wife got the "stupid woman" vibe this guy oozed. We only wanted a new battery. Told the guy behind the counter only wanted a battery three times, from 3 people in our family. Guy called my wife's mother (who had the account the service was billed to), got "authorization." We can argue what was said between my wife's mother and the guy at Firestone what authorization actually was, but he got "authorization." Guy ran up charges of over $800: new tires, new wipers, injector cleaning, and time spent installing everything. We arrived in time to cancel the tires being installed. Called corporate office and they didn't charge us for the stuff already installed. Sort of made the situation right, but the jerk behind the counter still had to argue about how he got authorization and how justified he was in padding $700 to a $150 bill. Paperwork said my wife's mother came into the shop to authorize payments as well. My wife's mother never went near the place - no signatures for authorization appears anywhere. Slimy business tactics and taking advantage of a woman who wanted to help her daughter get her car running. Stay as far away from this place, and "Joe" as you can get. read more

Purchased tires online for my Chevy Silverado and sent to Firestone for the install. There were a variety of issues that came up with this install (company sent the wrong tires), so it was delayed a few days. Brought my truck back in at the appointed time and due to a few other extenuating circumstances, my vehicle was not ready at the time promised. Rebecca personally took care of this issue and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. What I experienced today was world class customer service which will ensure a return customer. Rebecca is an employee who recognizes and resolves a customer problem on the spot, which is rare in today's business climate. Thank you Rebecca for outstanding customer service! read more

Firestone was not honest with me. They told me there was an oil leak and car needed an alignment they charged me $750, after three weeks the oil was still leaking and and had to take car back after 2 weeks to have them redo the alignment. I had the sparks plug check cause the car was dying on me and they found metal on the oil spark plugs. They did an oil change and were supposed to stop the oil leak so they knew what the oil was like and they never told me your oil leak never stopped and they just wanted the money for the work they supposedly did and didn't notify me of the oil having metal in it. While I was there an 80-year-old black man having an oriole change for $149.00 I didn't wanna make a scene or say they were over charging him and were just taking advantage of elderly black man. Firestone is Very dis- honest and they are very mean people who are just there to take your money and have no conscience we are just plain evil read more

All i needed was them to change my flat tire as i caugh one coming down the freeway. First nearest place was this place. A mechanic" came out , looked at it and said he will take care of it. As soon as my car got hooked on he came to me 30 minutes later and said i need to buy a new tire for $69.99 because my spare tire was over 10 years old and its against the law to have him change it. He recommended me opening a firestore credit instead. I was fusturated. So i ask for tools to fix myself and he said No. I drove my car out of there parking lot on a flat tire down the next parking lot. Thanks to a good man who stopped to help me.
