I installed my spare and called around to find a shop to repair my tire (at 9 am on a Sunday).

Wrong coolant, Power Steering Reservoir leaking everywhere, rust accumulating, leather wear, scrapes, dents. We also asked for $ off the original price and was automatically shut down saying they can not budge on the already set price when they not one said that in person or text until we arrived to look at it. 2 hour drive by the way. I was ultimately skeptical on purchasing but was pretty sure of it after realizing really nothing mechanical is wrong with it. Until after two weeks of waiting for registration and a week of driving it finally was able to get it checked out in a shop. Got a valve cover job done and while we were inside we noticed a half broken bolt stuck and left inside the engine just inches away from the piston heads. Lemon Law was up by then and rest is history.

My old F150 blew a power steering line while traveling to the area on a Friday night. Called them early Saturday morning and they were happy to look at it and see if they could get me fixed up. Ordered the line that was broken and by noon was back on the road. Price was less than I expected too! Friendly, fast and reasonable. Can't say enough about them. Helped me out huge!!!! Thanks again fellas!

I had tires installed by Sullivan Tire, and about a year later one wheel developed a bead/rim leak…read more At first, I simply added air every so often and didn't think much of it. As time went on, however, the leak became more frequent, and eventually other wheels began showing the same symptoms. When I finally removed the wheels and inspected them, I found that three of the four wheels had very similar issues. All three had bead leaks, and the leaks were occurring at or immediately adjacent to the clip-on wheel weights. Two of those wheels also had additional bead leaks in other areas of the rim. I also noticed that old adhesive residue from previous stick-on wheel weights had been left on the inside of the rims, which made me question how thoroughly the wheels had been prepared and balanced. I've owned vehicles for over 30 years, and while I understand that a single tire can develop a rim leak over time, I've never experienced three out of four wheels developing nearly identical bead leaks. One leaking wheel could easily be normal wear or coincidence. Three wheels showing the same pattern, including leaks right next to the clip-on wheel weights, made me question whether there was a problem with the original tire installation, bead preparation, wheel-weight installation, or balancing process. I brought my concerns to Sullivan Tire because I felt this pattern deserved a careful inspection before assuming it was simply normal wear. Instead, I was told I would have to pay to have the wheels repaired. I was disappointed that the possibility of a workmanship issue wasn't given more consideration before asking me to pay again. Because I no longer have confidence in the original installation, I now have to take my vehicle to another professional tire shop at my own expense to remove all of the wheel weights, inspect the wheels, clean and reseal all four bead seats where necessary, and rebalance all four wheels. I don't believe a customer should have to pay a second time when three of the four wheels develop the same type of problem after the original installation. At the very least, I expected Sullivan Tire to thoroughly investigate the repeated pattern of leaks before asking me to pay for additional repairs.

My brake line sprung a leak and my favorite mechanic was booked out for 2 ×weeks. I could not wait…read morethat long. I looked on Yelp for a decant mechanic with good reviews and AXP Braintree has 5 stars with great reviews, and I live right down the street from them. I know that AXP Braintree has been through 3-4 owners in the last decade, but the reviews were newer. I called AXP Braintree and spoke to Stephanie to see if they could look at my car that day and fix it. She said that I could bring my car in, inwhich I did. When I got there, Stephanie asked me about my car and the problems it has, plus if there is other problems that need addressing. I told her that my car is a Kia 2009 and that I was not planning on putting too much more money into my car, that I only want to fix my brake line. My brake pedals were on the floor, it was unsafe to drive my car. Stephanie continued to tell me that AXP policy is to charge a $75.00 diagnostic charge just to look at my car. I tried to explain that the rear brake line that needs to be fixed is under my car gushing brake fluid and is easy to see, that I do not need a diagnostic for my old car. Stephanie replied that the charge is set for all customers and if I agree to get the work done from the quote today at Axp after the diagnostic then that charge would disappear. I still left my car there to get looked at, even though I had a bad feeling. I waited all day for a call to see what the price would be for a brake line. I received the text that afternoon from Stephanie, I was shocked due to the quote, for both rear brake lines parts and labor $836.19, but if the calipers needed to be done, then the cost would end up being $1275.85. And of course AXP would end up stating that I would need atleast one caliper done, but if one is caliper is needed then they would just do both at the same time. I called my regular mechanic and asked if that price was OK, because it seemed high for me. He said, that the 2 rear brake lines should be around four to five hundred dollars installed. I called Stephanie and told her that I was picking up my suv and bringing it elsewhere, she told me that I still need to pay the $75.00 diagnostic fee. I was close to saying forget it and just pay AXP to fix my suv. But thanks, I didn't the next day I went to another mechanic that was referred to me and I paid $400.00 for my rear brake lines and no calipers, my car drives great. AXP Braintree is a SCAM, either they pay for those reviews or they're friends and family. Nobody mentioned a diagnostic fee in any of the reviews. I usually do not use a mechanic that charges a diagnostic fee to fix a car, because that usually means they charge too much for their services, AXP Braintree is a Scam, I would not recommend them.

I have a fiat which a lot of places do not specialize in. They are honest about what they can or can not fix. I have been here many times and will definitely be coming back.
