Made and appointment earlier in the day for the same day. Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and they were taking another customers vehicle on the lift I was supposed to be on. Spoke to the attendant and he said they would be quick with that vehicle, 35 minutes later my vehicle was taken once I told the attendant the lift was freed up, since he didn't notice the vehicle had been completed and had left. Overall the work was completed to my vehicle and I left an hour and half later. The waiting area is ok and they have a TV to watch while you wait. read more

Took in my AWD RDX for new tires. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. Showed me how bad one of the rear tires was worn to threads which he said meant it needed an alignment. I am happy with the work although I would have preferred the weights to be placed on interior of rim so as not to be visible like they were before. Next time I will make sure to remind them of that. Glad they returned my valve stem covers because several other places have tried to take them. I did choose a specific tire that had to be ordered and am happy they didn't have an issue with that. Some places don't like to bring in other brands. But I am very particular about what tires I run on my car. Oh this reminds me I need to see if I got my wheel lock key back. read more

Brought my truck in today to have them patch a tire and replace one they ended up not being able to do the patch so I just had them put 2 new tires on and rotate them. If I could give negative stars I would. Never have I ever been to a place more disrespectful. Coworkers were making inappropriate jokes to one of the female workers up front. Managers are yelling so loud at there employees you can hear it from inside. Beyond disgusted and disappointed. I can only imagine why anyone would work there. I informed James on 8/30/23 + the disrespectful guy on 9/2/23 that this vehicle only requires 5 total quarts for engine oil change, otherwise it overfills. After the oil change when checking dipstick, sure enough, they added .3 more quarts so I'm over filled again. I also walked into the store and showed him the overfilled dipstick and his exact reply was "so you think over filling by .3 quarts is going to be a problem "?? I told them I'd give them bad reviews and now I need to go to another Firestone to drain the overfilled .3 quarts. He also said he couldn't deduct the $1.92 overcharge of .3 quarts on my invoice because he wasn't competent enough to edit the software system so he was completely fine overcharging and I told him other Firestone's have no problem invoicing me the correct 5 total quarts (the other disrespectful idiot behind the counter said "well maybe you should just go to those other Firestone locations" and there was 3 customers sitting down listening). Also, he said oil change would take 2.5 hours when of course on 8/30/23 Jane's said it would take typical 1 hour (so I needed to deal with rescheduling my ride back to the store and make changes to my planned workday). Now I need to make appt at another location and spend another couple of my time to drain the overfilled engine and spending more money to fix the problem they created. I will never go back to this Firestone location and inform everyone to please avoid/beware of this location. read more

WOMEN DO NOT COME HERE! I am a 26 years old woman and I came here alone last week because my driver side headlight needed a replacement. The man at the counter we extremely rude and made numerous comments on the way I looked and my age. Comparing me to a 12 year old girl and proceeded to have his co workers guess my actual age. I initially ignored the comments. Once we finally started talking about my car he told me that it would cost me $200 plus dollars to replace my headlight because they would need to remove my bumper? And it would 3 hours of labor. I questioned this and another male employee made a comment that was very condescending/demeaning to me. The male "helping" me told me to just ignore him because he was obviously being rude. So I promptly left after all this without getting my headlight replaced. The kia dealership replaced my headlight for $30 WITHOUT removing my bumper. These men are disgusting in the way they speak and treat women, in their business and try to take advantage of people. Took my car here to get back tires replaced. However, they DAMAGED my car when they put it on the lift. When I advised them the damage that was done, they immediately denied and stated the damage was preexisting. The manager stated he would file the claim IF that was something I wanted to do. It took several calls but finally had someone look at my vehicle and stated would get back to me. It is now 40 days later and was just told they are denying the claim. The person stated that even though the shop has a lift that is the same color that matches the paint left on my car and is the same size as the damage, I am told THAT lift was not used but a different one. I am now in the process of disputing the denial but not sure how long that will take. I would NOT recommend this shop and would avoid at all costs. Update: Thanks Jennifer for the reply. Brought my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to get a quote on a catalytic converter. They charged $100 for Diagnostic which we already had done and we showed them the Code result but they insisted that they had to run their own diagnostic and they told me they could not give me a copy of the results that mind you I paid $100 for... well to make a long story short they quoted a $2,800 price for the catalytic converter I literally almost dropped to my knees... obviously this was out of my price range I brought it to another highly rated shop nearby and got a quote for between for hundred and $500 I believe the exact quote was for $482... Firestone should be ashamed of its self for gouging people the way they do... but they obviously don't care they still got their hundred dollars... never again will I go to Firestone... read more

Any questions about repairs was explained clearly and they would even take the time to show you why you need a certain service. They were very fast replacing my tire. Pricing was reasonable. Stay well clear of this shop! Took my Ford Edge in for oil change, fluid check and tire rotation. They told me I had an engine oil leak but didn't know where it was coming from. Charged me $40+ to have a dye placed in the engine oil and then, after driving a week, re-evaluated. Brought it back and they stated they still couldn't tell. They said to keep an eye on the oil level and they would check it out again during my next oil change. Fast forward three weeks and my transmission starts shifting rough and slipping. I suspect that they have misdiagnosed and engine oil leak for a dirty/burnt transmission fluid leak so I make an appointment to bring it in to them. They refuse to do anything, including simply checking the transmission fluid level (no accessible transmission dipstick on Ford's 2.0L Ecoboost engine) because they say they don't work on transmissions. Bottom line; this shop isn't knowledgeable enough to diagnose or work on anything but oil changes and tire changes/rotations. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I told my care in twice to them. The first time I got the car back the tightened the oil drain cap so tight that they stripped it and I had to by a new one. The second time I took it in I had another oil change and a week later I was driving down 275 and turns out they did not tighten the oil cap in the engine compartment. Oil exploded everywhere and I had to tow it to the dealership. I you like your car DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. If I could give them no stars I would. read more
