I can't not say enough about this place. On Saturday we got a flat at 5:30 I called probably 10 different places either they didn't have our tire size or they were closing soon. Sent my young daughter to get an alignment. Her dad called ahead of time, made appointment and even called again at her appointment time. 4 hours later she picks her car up. It's still pulling to the right. She goes back with her dad and they state "we don't have the proper tools for this type of car" ok fine, just say so, but instead they kept her car for 4 hours CHARGED HER And let her leave. A refund was given when she returned with her dad. Poor, poor business ethics and ZERO INTEGRITY! read more

I went there to get an Uber inspection. The fee for the inspection was $20. An employee checked my wipers and said that my Uber inspection would fail because of bad wipers. If that was the case, then stop the inspection there but he wanted to pull my car into the garage for more inspections. I asked if I could go across the street and get new set of blades and put them on. Pep Boys is literally across the street from the this Firestone. The employee told me that if I did that, he would then need to charge me another $20 for a second inspection plus $17.95 per wiper blade. I asked him what else was wrong. He told me that he was not sure and he would need to pull the vehicle in to get a full inspection. BIG TURN OFF! I felt it was a set up to tell me that more things were wrong and hold my car hostage until I paid the price. I sat in the waiting area and read the bad reviews on Yelp. I demanded my keys back and drove off. I went to Wal Mart and paid at total of $13.50 for two new Michelin blades and I installed them in about 10 minutes. Firestone wanted to charge me $17.95 per wiper blade plus anything else they found wrong with the inspection. I get that they need to make some money but they were already making $20 for an inspection and I could have bought new blades across the street but the employee wanted to be a jerk so I called him on it. I was pissed when they said that if I wanted put new wiper blades on, they would need to charge me for a second inspection. I don't think so. Stay away for this place! read more

Came here for an oil change since it was so convenient from my place. I walked in and the guys saw me from the garage and didn't acknowledge me and had me waiting for 10 minutes. Whenever I see customers at work, I greet them automatically. Well not at this place. The guy told me my oil change would have to be a few hours..hence this was on Tuesday and he wanted me to make an appt for Saturday! I said forget it and went to jiffy lube..I should have never switched places. When I went to jiffy lube, they got my oil changed within 15 minutes! I bought the lifetime alignment which seems like an incredible deal. The work was done on time and at the quoted price. The truck drives real nice now. Josh and his team at Firestone are very customer oriented. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while at the store. Josh, the manager, is very down to earth and his team definitely follows his lead. Eric, the technician that worked on my alignment advised me what I needed to do to ensure proper alignment for the future since I drive a truck with a lifted suspension. I quickly believed him as I saw him test drive my car prior to and after the alignment. This specific Firestone location is top notch. I was referred to them from a buddy of mine and the prior positive reviews of this establishment is a testimony to the quality work that they do. Came In for a wheel alignment on a SUNDAY. I called at 930am to schedule an appointment past 2 o'clock considering that I wanted it done the same day. Every place within 10miles gave me a hard time for trying to schedule an appointment despite being hours ahead. One shop told me to just leave my truck there and they'll call me by the end of the day. I called Firestone and they accommodated my schedule without question and made it fit with their workload without much hesitation. I got caught in traffic and actually was late 35mins to my appointment. But, to my surprise, I was greeted and welcomed to the shop by ANTHONY who told me not worry and that he would still accommodate my needs despite the racks being filled with cars. 45mins later, ANTHONY came in, handed my keys and ran through the report. I was in and out within 60mins. I cannot be more satisfied with the services provided and how they treat customers. As such, I decided to get the life time wheel alignment package knowing that Firestone would be the only place I will bring my truck for my wheel alignment needs. After speaking with the District Manager. Returning a part and getting some of my money back (for a part I had to replace with another vendor, as I did not want their Techs working on my car again) under the warranty period. I am changing my review to 3 stars. They are good at what they are primarily there for, Tires and Service for Tires, but the Shop repair work was not the best. Because I had to Demand to speak with the District Manager before my complaints were taken seriously I have to go with 3 stars. Let's start off, the money we spent for a lousy job to just happen AGAIN is ridiculous. Brought our Saturn in on Saturday morning to be told it will be taken in right away for an engine light that was SUPPOSE to be taken care of when we picked up the car initially, was never fixed. We were informed that the vehicle will be ready the same day as the technicians KNOW there is an issue because they didn't fix it in the first place! So they took the car in right away. Fast forward to Wednesday 11/14, no calls or updates about the vehicle.. fine. We called and followed up to be told the car is STILL not ready! The tech is on lunch and don't know when it will be done. This is BULLSHIT. The money we spend on Uber for driving to work and back because the techs couldn't fix the problem and were too lazy to check EVERYTHING, just so we can come back again is embarrassing and ridiculous. ! FYI, we have been bringing our car back for the last TWO months because something always has to be wrong with it whenever we get it back. This right here atones for the work ethic by Firestone. Are you serious. If you are lazy on your job or don't care about people and their vehicles, what are you doing workin in this profession? read more

I went in for an oil change after making an appointment online. The first thing the person up front says is that the online appointment doesn't work and he only has two techs today. He doesn't offer an apology nor a solution to fix the problem. I wasn't aware that the appointment wouldn't work and I still put aside the time to take my car in. He offers to leave my car for several hours which I can't do, I have work. He said the car would be available at 1 or so and I was there at 8 o clock in the morning. After some silence I had to ask myself if I could make an appointment. For a business that should want my money I would think he would be more accommodating or try to get me to place business with them after a mix up. The tech Raul sounded frustrated when I had no idea that their systems didn't work with the online component. Why even have it at that point? read more

First called in to the shop, to see if they were busy, and I talked to Josh (awesome guy). Anyways, brought in my car for a break inspection and left my car. Got a call back from Josh and he said that my breaks were ok, but my tire had a huge nail in it. Kinda sucked, but I went ahead and got new tires for my car. Josh walked me through everything on why they need to switch out the tires and showed me where the actual nail was, so you know it was legit. So I got some new tires, tires they cleaned as well. Service was great and Joe helped put my old tires in my car as well. All in all, I love this place and highly recommend this place!!!! They sold me rotors that I didn't need. Had a follow up with Honda dealership due to my brakes being noisey ONE WEEK after Firestone replacing and they said at my mileage I could've gotten away with at least 25K more miles before needing rotors replaced. They also tried to sell me on needing my bearings replaced when I brought it in because of the noise. Honda said they are fine. From now on I will pay the little extra and go to dealership for non-aftermarket parts. I'll never recommend & recommend you RUN the other way. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WENT THROUGH ALL MY PERSONAL STUFF IN MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT! It was either Wes, Alex or Miguel those are the 3 names on my receipt dont know who. When i confronted the guy who just charged me 100 for a diagnostic, EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME HE WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THE DIAGNOSTIC AND I SHOULD TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A SECOND READING, all he could say is that he didn't authorize someone to go through my stuff BUT HE ADMITTED TO SOMEONE GOING THROUGH MY PAPERS AND RECEIPTS! I was driving on the 91 Westbound and ran over a chunk of rebar and blew two tires and had to pull over and get roadside assistance. When they asked where I wanted to be towed I did a quick search and saw a Firestone 2 1/2 miles away. Was greeted by a Juan P who did everything in his power to get me the tires that would work for my non-standard setup. Both he and Wes made my day that started as horrible to a brighter evening knowing I'd get home to see my family without having my car stay behind. I have seen more than once the disgusting things they have told my women friends about parts that were going to fail on their cars and how they needed them fixed. The cost have been OUTRAGEOUS! They were extremely busy, but the mechanic Francisco and the fellas up front saw we were stuck and I needed help immediately so that I can get to work on time. It's very important to be able to trust where you take you car and this Firestone has lost mine. I have been a customer with Firestone for a few years now and thought to try this location because it was in more of a local area for me. I went in for the basics oil change and a light bulb replacement. I left my car there and get a call saying there is electrical problems that they would need to order a part and all my tail lights are out. I was unclear of the situation and ended up picking me car up with out the fix. I then make an appointment to go back and they had my car sitting there for a few hours, I was told only a certain technician could look at that part and he was pack, so I ended up taking my car to another shop just to be told my bulbs were all placed in the wrong sockets which was why they weren't working. Once they were placed in the proper location they were good and it was a quick fix. This location was taking advantage of my unclear knowledge and tried to over charge me for a problem that was not there, I originally went in with only one light out, they had moved the bulbs around. I thankfully was able to find the fix and not have been over charged but I have lost all respect for this location. This was just suppose to be a easy fix there was no need for them to make an unnecessary problem. read more

They seamed great! But after charging me a diagnostic fee of $100 they said they couldn't fix it cuz they don't do that kind of work. Well they knew that when they took my car in. I told them what was wrong and already knew code. They could of told me "we don't do this kind of work and if we run the diagnostic u still have to take somewhere else". Kind of a rip off! Visiting family in Ca from AZ. Been Customer of Firestone in AZ since I retired (2 years) and have ALWAYS had great customer service. Had a leak in (Firestone tire) and went to Firestone store @ 522 N Main St Corona Ca. Web site shows open @ 7:00 & arrived at 6:45 only to see sign on door saying 8:00. Went back @ 7:50 and explain to clerk my situation & was told (rudely & no concern) that there was no one there till 9:00 that could fix my leak. He never even offered to put air in my tire!! I had to ask where closest Firestone location was & seem as I was bothering for asking. I further explained that I had the road hazard protection and if I could take it to another tire service co & get it repaired & get reimbursed by Firestone & simply stated " I done know". This particular individual has the poorest customer approach I've encountered in quite awhile. Drove 6-10 miles to Romona Tire (Firestone dealer) @ 3255 van buren Blvd. Riverside & what a world of difference in customer service & will continue getting our cars serviced @ Firestone, but NEVER go to the one in Corona. I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30ish for an oil change. I came back around 5:30 because I knew they closed at 6pm but had yet to receive a call back. Once I got there to pay and pick up my keys they had realized they never serviced my car Wes took it upon himself to ensure it was done right away and that he would personally stay after closing so I could pick up my keys (I had dinner plans I couldn't wait).
