Worst customer service experience of my 53 years of life on this Earth. Steve who was working the front desk screamed at me and stated I was being "combative" for asking why my car was on a lift for 30 minutes just for an inspection, and for not giving him all of my personal information for the work order. All of this in front of other customers in the lobby. They only seemed interested in finding the thousands of dollars of minor issues for them to repair in the shop. I would be a fool to spend thousands on a car that is only worth $500. Steve appears to be a terrible human being suffering from severe acute anger issues in his life. Please get some help! Anyway, my car failed inspection because my two front tires have cracks? They want $348 for two new tires which is for a tiny Saturn wagon. read more

Couldn't help but notice the apologetic responses to the other negative reviews. This wasn't my first bad experience with Firestone. The one in Rowlett snapped a lug bolt off my Jaguar and said they can't fix it. Keep an eye on them and make sure they don't use impact wrench on your vehicle. read more

Had a case of the mondays on a tuesday... power steering hose busted on my car... had to manage a way to drive myself there cause i didnt wanna pay and wait for a tow truck... i got there and the guy behind the counter was understanding, gave me a ballpark figure and went to work... had trouble getting the part but was able to drop it in, no problem... got the car back next day no issues, working fine, these guys even gave me a discount... great service! read more

Went in for a battery change and install. Staff was very professional and caring. Even thought they were short staffed they handled my issues immediately and I was in and out. I was not pushed on any other service like I was at other places. They tested my alternator and recommended a state inspection which I missed. Overall a great experience. read more

I used to take my care into Firestone but no longer. I have a mustang that was vibrating roughly on idle. They told me that it needed new spark plugs, and wires. I said you guys just replaced those in 2017 and they said they were going to use OEM this time? So they replaced it. Then called and said we need to keep it over the weekend cause that didn't fix it. Then, they said it was harmonic balancer. They replaced it but still didn't fix it. Then they charged me $1092 and basically told me to take it somewhere else. The manager Gary when I was checking out made a joke saying that will be $6092 saying that $5000 was his tip. His tip? For what. Never again will any of my cars go into this shop. read more

I had an emergency flat tire with no spare in my car and looked up fire stones in my area and chose to come to this one which was a little bit further because it had a higher review rating then other fire stones closer to me. I called and Mathieu was very helpful giving me clear options for the best price to solve my problem. After going to the location he did a great job and was fast and very affordable. I did not have to wait and the customer service was exceptional. Great job Matthew and Buckingham location! Told wait time was 45 min- 1 hour for an oil change. It's been 2 hours and 50 min. When I asked Billie he just tried to school me about operations. Couldn't apologize or empathize. Not sure why they only have 3 technicians on a Friday. Do you know what your biggest business cost is? Not labor, not tools, parts, chemicals, or rent. It's EMPTY bays. I watched 3 people walk out because the wait time was too long. Manager just gave a smirk and said "sorry, we're busy" after every outrageous quote time. This place is filthy too. Yes, I know I'm at a mechanic business. But I'm in the CUSTOMER waiting area. UPDATE: under new management. Thankfully. Much better this go round. Now I won't have to drive 20 minutes for car repairs/maintenance. read more
