Worst customer service ever!! I went in and asked if they could check the transmission oil on my Volvo. I was told, "we like to stay away from Volvo's, Mercedes and BMW's, but let me see". She then asked a mechanic who asked another mechanic. After about 10 minutes, the first mechanic started working on a car and the 2nd mechanic got in his car and drove off!!! The girl who worked there walked out and said, "yeah sorry, we can't help you". I waited over 15 minutes to be told this! Not to mention there was only 1 car in the bay so it wasn't even busy. My land rover overheated on the freeway and I didn't notice until steam was pouring out from under the hood and the red light was lit above the temp gauge. I was afraid to have it towed here because I didn't know anything about the shop. I am glad I did. They were completely honest and friendly. They were quick at diagnosing a cracked overflow tank and disconnected hose. They even gave my wife and I ride to a restaurant to wait on the repair. They called soon after our meal was finished to let me know they pressurized the system and everything looks good and they came and picked us up. They could have taken advantage of the situation and rung up an enormous repair bill but they were completely fair. read more

This place sucks. The first time I took my truck there they left the lock for the wheel on the lugnut, the second time the adviser went in the back and left me standing there until I got tired of waiting and went home. The last time I went and explained the first two visits they offered to take 20 bucks off my tire rotation which would have been great except I paid for lifetime on my first visit. I then explainted that I had a light out and could they fix it, I was told for an additonal 14.95 they would look it over. I said great, when I went back to get my truck it still had the light out. 3 strikes you're out dumb asses. read more

I took my car in this morning because I had a flat last night. They checked out the flat, determined that it couldn't be fixed and recommended that I take it back to Costco to see if it was still under warranty. No charge. Can't beat that! read more

Came in to check on tire prices and spend about 1 hour to get the best price. Staff definitively made my decision by working with price matching to get my business. Honestly didn't realize customer satisfaction until I came here. Not only I had a great experience but they got my 4 new tires on and ready to run within in an hour. I recommend this location to ALL even though there's two other locations within 2 miles apart. read more

Just a regular flat tire needed new tires that's all. They were fast then when I went on the freeway 60-70 my steering wheel was going crazy so I had to go back and get a tire rotation. Then went in the freeway and still wobbly so went back and tire balance none of this cost me anything but still the 3rd time having to go in and my car is still wobbly just not as bad. The other Firestone I have gone to in the past was nothing like this. I wouldn't recommend going to this Firestone. read more

I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner and noticed a major vibration in the vehicle. The issue started January 8th, 2016. I took the truck to Discount Tires on January 9th to have the tires checked for any balance or bad tire wear. Discount Tires balanced all tires and replaced one. They said, the belt was slipping and replaced the tire under warranty. We left Discount Tires and still had the vibration! It must not be the tires. I made arrangements with Firestone on Jan. 11th, 2016, to have vibration checked out. I had received an estimate for rear axel bearing change out. Brought the truck to Firestone on Jan.12th. Told Phil that tires were checked and in good condition, and I thought there was a drive line vibration. We left the truck there and went home. Received a call from Phil that evening that the shocks and struts were bad. I told Phil that rear shocks where replaced 6 years earlier. I asked about the drive line and he told me all was okay. I called the next day, Jan 13th, Phil gave me estimate to repair the shocks and struts. I didn't think they were correct, but I reluctantly agreed to the repair. We picked up the car in the evening. I asked if they test drove it, Phil said yes, and still had vibration, but was better. Also to clear up the vibration, I would need to replace my tires. Because of the bad suspension, the tires were cupped. I worked at Sears and Roebuck in auto shop for 2 years, and I was certified on tires, breaks, shocks and struts and front end repair. I didn't see the tires being that bad. I bought new tires from Discount Tires on Jan 16th, still had the vibration, I crawled under the truck and could feel the play in drive shaft, and I took the truck back to Firestone. They put the truck up on the lift and could see the drive shaft needed new u-joints. Manager said he would do u-joints at half price, and he said this was the best he could do. I agreed... What choice do I have? I was told that the truck would be done that night. We went to pick up the truck Jan. 17th, at 10am. They hadn't even started work on it and gave me some excused why they were late. We waited for the truck to get finished for 4 hours. Truck is fixed, vibration is gone. However, this truck is old, and just being used to go back and forth to work, not around the world! The repair should have cost about $300.00. I had to lay out $1,300.00 because Firestone missed diagnosed. I have written to Firestone demanding a refund of $779.00 for shocks and struts that were not needed at that time. So far no response. It is too bad that I have to tell them what's wrong with the truck and they told me that I was wrong, and it ended up I was right at the initial diagnosis. I am demanding a refund of the amount that I paid that was not needed in the first place! read more

This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. On top of that I've had multiple unreliable work done tobmy vehicle. I had to go in for an alignment three times in the same month. They also have tendencies to not be able to find warranties that are given, which means more money from me. I would reccomend the Firestone down the road which is three min away and exceed ten times in every aspect! read more

RIPOFF ALERT!! I would give no stars if I could. I brought in my car for tires and an alignment. They checked out the car said I do need both and quoted me $380 for both. I called tire works and they wanted $249 total. I told David at Firestone to just give me my car and he said he will match the competitors price so I agreed to so the work there. They put in the tires and then made me wait 2 hours until they put the car on the alignment machine only to tell me that they couldn't loosen the bolt to make the alignment adjustments. They said they will put WD40, let it sit overnight and try in the morning. In the morning they called me to say that they couldn't loosen it still and would have to replace steering arms, struts and mounts total charge $1000. Complete non-sense. I brought my car to sears, they loosened the bolts and did the alignment without any trouble in under 45 minutes. And in fact, sears said that it's clear that the other mechanic at Firestone never even tried to loosen the bolt. They were simply feeding me lies hoping I would make unnecessary repairs. DONT EVER GO TO FIRESTONE, BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER....go see Rick at Sears on sunset and Whitney ranch. read more

Coming from the dmv right across the way, I called to see if they were available for an oil change right then. Not sure who answered but he said "one moment. Let me check" came back half a minute later and said "we are wide open" awesome! I get there and walk in and a guy comes out and asks what I'm there for and I said an oil change and he said (rudely) 'it's 2 hour wait you've got 3 people ahead of you' and I said 'woah what?! I just called and a guy told me you were wide open.' And just then the guy who answered came from the back and the other dude asked if he had said that and he said uh yeah and the dude said well we're not I told you to always check first. Completely ignoring my standing there and I turned to walk away while the guy just kept scolding the other one. Worst customer service ever!! No "I'm sorry he was mistaken" or anything! Now I'm siting at Ted Wiens and they're getting me in and out in 45 mins. Never using Firestone ever again. Work on your customer service!!! read more

For the past five years, Firestone has been my company of choice. That was until today. I had the worst customer service experience at this Firestone location. I called to schedule an appointment and this location told me to come in. I drove 20 minutes to the site and David Lucero was ready to turn me away. Finally he realized that I had called in. He then went outside and screamed at the staff saying someone answered the phones and shouldn't have. Overall, I thought he was real unprofessional. He had the nastiest attitude in the world and it really turned me off from the organization. Typically I have good experiences at firestone. As someone who has worked delivering excellent customer service for 10+ years, I know what exceptional service is like. The service I received today was trash. His attitude came off as rude and he really ruined the firestone experience for me. I truly hope this will be addressed. I would say do NOT go to this location. read more

That's right, 1 star. I would give them 0 but this won't allow me. This place is a joke. First of all they taut themselves as total car service. Wrong...They couldn't even repair a nail stuck in my over sized tire. They said they don't have the right equipment. Now I'll go back to Discount Tire where they treat you right. But most of all, a couple of guys came in from their management to introduce themselves and offered a "FREE" oil change. When I said that the type of vehicle I have and oil change I need is about $180 at Terrible's, they said no problem, they will honor the "FREE" oil change still. Wrong again. When I went in, they said there is no way they could do it for "FREE". What's crazy is that both of the management that came to me were the ones that said they couldn't do it for "FREE" they would give me $60 off of $225. What a joke. I'm going back to Terribles. They talk big but can't back it up. I will never go back there and I hope nobody else does. They won't be in business long. read more
