Don't bother with this location! I called over a week ago to get snow tires. For the snow tires that I wanted, they had to order then from out of state. I was told that the tires would arrive in a few days. I called 5 days later and was told that the snow delayed the delivery. That is understandable. Yesterday,I called which is over a week and they had no idea who I was or that I even ordered tires. Josh said he would call me back once he looked into the order. He never called back. Today, again Josh has no Idea who I was and said it would take 9 days to get the snow tires. Ironically, I called Discount Tires today and they said that they had to order my tires but would let me know when they arrived. Got a call this evening that the tires are in and will be put on tomorrow. Wow, that is service!! read more

Very poor service that I would not recommend to anyone. They installed the incorrect tires on my first car, and told me that tires were not available for another car period. On calling a different firestone I found that the tires were indeed available and in stock. The manager was very rude when I complained about my tires that lasted about 40,000 miles less than they were guaranteed for, but they would only replace 2. Will never return! read more

So we might be able to change a tire which I actually don't know if they can cause I didn't get it done but they definitely can't add. So they have a promotion buy three get one free. The tires and originally $189.99. It is on sale for $142.99. And then it's by three get one free. Max the service representative tries to tell me that the $142.99 is the price and then they multiply it times for and that the $50 savings is actually my buy three get one free. I called a representative beforehand when my tire pop to see what kind of deals I could go and explained it to be in full. Max wanted to charge me $222 more than the customer service representative on the phone. So now because Max can't add or ask someone else to take a look at the invoice to make sure that I'm a happy customer for retention I have to spend the next hour to on the phone finding out what is going on and if I'm wrong and if I have to pay more and who educating me on the first quote was wrong as well. Who knows what's going on but I do know that I will definitely not be back even though I have a credit card I can choose a different location. Unfortunately the employees here are not here to help customers. I came in looking for some help with a wheel bearing press and the guy at the counter said "not our parts to much of a liability, as far as I'm concerned we don't have a press" I went across the street to the pep boys and they were eager to help me and did! Took them 45 minutes and I paid $45 for them. Do yourself a favor and go to pep boys across the street they are eager to help and will even warranty labor! read more

I was so thrilled with my service from Dean (the manager) at Firestone that I couldn't wait to tell others. He really helped me when I was down and (highly stressed) out with my car. Sometimes I think I was cursed with this broken down piece of junk. Dean had my car looked at and was able to tell me what I needed done very quickly. He worked hard and pulled a lot of strings to get my car fixed at a price I was able to afford. He really has a heart for us down and out people with POS cars. He also sold me the best tires ever! They made my drive so quiet, I had no clue that my old tires were causing so much noise. read more

I recently went in to get my car's oil changed and had them check my brakes as well. When they were done with my car, they sat me down and went over additional service options that were open to me. I just really appreciated the honesty and good customer service. I will definitely be back to this location. It has been a while since I have found a Firestone where I feel like I am a valued customer but they made me feel welcome and didn't treat me like some foolish woman. read more

Absolute worst possible experience. I spent $3000 on a cylinder, rack and pinion and snow tires. I was specifically told that my oil pan leaked a little but there was no problem. Turns out my oil plan had actually been plugged with a little rubber stop which immediately fell out and my engine is toast. I thought I was going to be fine going here, but I don't understand how I can pour $3000 into a vehicle and be told there are no issues and specifically that my oil is fine. Lack of professionalism in customer service. Not sure if it's just a normal thing with auto shops not to let you know what's going on and get mad when you ask or what, but when someone tells you your car will be fixed on a certain day and you plan for that via rental car etc., and on the day its supposed to be ready for pick up you call to see what's going on (because no one reaches out to tell you anything) and the person who answers the phone says "well it's not like we have your part in stock, it takes time to order things, MAYBE it will be in tomorrow and it Might get fixed" isn't really what a customer wants to hear when they've been told initially it would be done by a certain time. Makes me want to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. I'm all fine with it takes time to order a part but tell the customer that initially so they know what to expect. Don't give a certain time for due date and pick up if you don't even have the part. Customer service should be a priority and I feel they have no emphasis on delivering that, not very empathetic at all especially now I'll have to pay at least a couple more days for a rental car than what was initially promised.. highly disappointed I just hope their repair work is better than the service and that they can actually fix my car... read more

Took in a very nice well kept Infiniti QX4 for a timing chain as maintenance not as a necessity. Got back a car with a dented hood and a vehicle that wouldn't run. Had to have Infiniti rebuild engine. Firestone no longer has the same people working there, they have a crooked "investigator" and I am out thousands of dollars for a routine repair. It would take thousands more of legal retainer fees to track down the people involved and hire professional witness. Unless you like wasting a lot of your time and a lot of your money, I would recommend that you be very careful if you do business with this location. read more

I had a nail in my tire and of course it was on a Friday after work and in the way of me starting my weekend. I quickly looked online at the nearest places to go to get it repaired and Firestone came up. I noticed that they were closing in 10 minutes, so I called to see if they could squeeze me in and got there as soon as I could. Despite them just closing for the day by the time I got there, they waited for me and stayed open to help me out. The manager (Manny) was very polite, professional and him and a technician delayed their Friday evening to ensure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service and they certainly went above and beyond. I will be going to Firestone for all of my car maintenance moving forward because I feel they will treat me right and take care of me! read more

We took our Tahoe in for an oil change. My husband had to call to see if it was ready and then was told we were going to need over 1000 dollars worth of brake work. We decided to get a second opinion and we were then told that we better get it done that day!!! It was not safe to drive. After we picked it up all but one category on their checklist was yellow. Only 1 was red. We then took it into a Shortline service department where all repairs were done for under 300 dollars. Thank goodness we looked elsewhere!!!!! As a Mom it was terrifying to think you were driving your children around in an unsafe vehicle!!! Which was not as urgent as they made it sound!! I will never recommend and will caution others about using Firestone!!! read more

I went in after hitting a curb and noticing my steering wheel was pulling to the right, I decided to go to FIrestone as it was one of the only places opened at the time. This person X welcomed me saying they were about to close but he would take a look at the car. He noticed I had my girlfriend with me and how concerned I was about the car, and went on to say that the control arms were completely bent and we were looking at $500 and that it would be extremely dangerous to drive the car in that situation, especially with someone I cared about with me, forcing me to leave the car in the shop and taking a lyft home. He then went on to give me an estimated repair cost of over $2000 the next day. I was about to activate my insurance and pay my deductible which was $1000 at the time, but thankfully, I decided to bring to other mechanics to have them diagnose the damages. Two mechanics, who are in fact very well rated on yelp, said the control arms were perfect, just a bit worn off from regular use, not due to the curb hit and that all the car needed was to be realigned. I had the alignment done and the car drives great with the steering wheel in its correct position since then. read more
