If I could leave negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I've EVER had. This shop is incompetent diagnosing an issue, resulting in me having to bring my car in 3 different times. The employees were clueless on what was going on and were extremely rude (even to other customers in front of me). This shop tries to cheap out and orders malfunctioning parts from a third party resulting in having to replace the part again, but they don't mind over charging the customer for the repair. Once the issue was finally fixed and I got my car back I noticed a sticky goo all over the passenger side, which wouldn't come off, and when my girlfriend brought it in they told her that since it was on the exterior it was her responsibility to get it off, handed her a bottle of goo gone and made her remove it outside in 100 degree weather. This is my auto shop. I take my car to this Firestone shop because they are honest, they do the work that is needed, they recommend work according to manufacturer specs, and they save air filters and any other parts that need to be replaced to show me. A mechanic who was new to this shop made a mistake once that caused the battery to fail. They replaced the part that failed (which I would have paid for on my previous maintenance visit) FREE. They charged me NOTHING to replace the part. They know me. They remember my name. If I am every dissatisfied, they make it right. They treat me with respect and dignity. It is my pleasure to take my car there. They are not cheap, but I'm not looking for cheap. I'm looking for outstanding customer service, and this is where I get it. read more

I've had a great experience every time I take my car in here. I was having battery trouble today and they were able to get me in and out on my lunch break to make sure I made it back to work on time. This was even without an appointment! This wasn't the first time I've used their services, and it certainly won't be my last. Thanks for always taking care of my car. read more

This is the best firestone in all of HOUSTON. I have been to many different locations. I live in Sugarland and would drive to this one for the service, integrity, and the fact they do what they say they are going to do. Meaghan is amazing. This shop told my husband he needed two front tires before they could inspect his Ford F-150. So he went somewhere else to purchase the tires. Went back to them within the 15 day grace period. And guess what now the other two tires are supposedly worn. He will just go to the dealership next. He has Veteran plates and is a blue collar employee and the still tried to stick it to him. I would not under any circumstance go to this shop. read more

Great shop! Had to replace a part and a hose. I was offered the old parts as reassurance they were bad. Fast, reasonable.

Took 3 hours to change out a tire and 6 hours to do rotation and alignment. This was all done on a Wednesday. I dropped off car at 8:30 AM and now it's 4:30 and their still telling me another hour. read more

Needed a high mileage oil change, wiper blade replacement, tire alignment and state inspection done today. I am a college student and was worried about the total cost of everything, Ivan was very patient with me when I asked beforehand to get a quote for everything I wanted. There were a few specials (which he automatically applied without me having to ask) and I got everything for under $200, something I think is a pretty good deal. He was very honest in saying that it would take 2 hours for my car to be done. That's a long time but I definitely appreciate being told upfront how long it will be rather than not knowing at all. It took less than the time he told me but thats also because they could not do my inspection that day, their machine was down. I was never pressed to purchase anything extra, he just told me as I was paying some items the mechanic recommend I do in the future. Give Ivan a raise! read more

OKAY. This is by far the worst location I have ever been too, I just keep going back because it's literally right next to my apartment, but no more!! I have had a horrible experience every time I have ever been here. Horrible customer service, and they do a sucky job each time, one time they put my axel in and after I left it literally fell out of my car while I was driving and I had to pay for a tow truck to tow it back to the shop. Also past 3 times I have been for service I always ask for windshield wiper fluid and every time I get my car back I still don't have any, I went back to ask for more and when I got home I noticed he didn't even close my hood the whole way! I wouldn't even give this place one star, i absolutely hate this location it's just horrible. I'm never happy when leaving here, I'm actually usually mad about something they did wrong. This store is unbelievably busy...always. So it is NOT a place for just an oil change. You are better off going to a Jiffy Lube. I always leave my car and walk over to the strip center nearby (plenty of stores: REI, DSW, Academy, Barnes&Noble, Michaels, Petco and places to eat or get your nails done.) They can do most repairs, but they are not exactly cheap. However, you are paying for the convenience of not dealing with the auto dealer service department. My biggest gripe by far is the fact that they ALWAYS TRY to nickel and dime you for other services, and it's usually a service I never even knew was available. For example, I go in for an oil change or tire rotation....I will get a phone call 30 minutes later that my radio oil needs to be replaced or my anti-lock brake filters are dirty. Really? I didn't know that radios had oil and that brakes had filters! Okay, I exaggerate, but you get the idea. Then they give the song and dance about not waiting too long to change that radio oil because dirty oil leads to spark plugs igniting and then the rotary heads stop rotating.... read more

Once they diagnosed the problem, he went into detail about what happened, why it happened, and what was needed to fix it. He was so patient with my dozens of questions. And get this - the total price I paid was BELOW the estimate. That never, ever happens. I went there on friday a few minutes before they close, the mechanics and the guy in front were so attentive and professional, they took care of my car as if the day were just started. However, they gave me a long list of "recommended services" highly expensive and told me they were necessary. If that happens to you, before get scared, I'd recommend looking for a second opinion in another place as I did. I saved 500 bucks just driving one block. ;) read more

This place RUINED MY CAR!!!! They had the wrong vehicle type on my paperwork AND THEY PUT IN THE WRONG TYPE OF OIL FOR THE OIL CHANGE!!! You trust that the employees are educated, my car started acting up last night after driving it for awhile; it just stopped running!!! There was only one person checking people in so when I arrived there was line of us waiting to drop off cars or pick one up. The guy checking me was still friendly, courteous, and willing to answer questions. He listed to my concerns and related them correctly to the guy working on my car. They did what was asked in the time given. The guy working on my car asked me about my concerns and took the time to look up some information and print it off for me. Everyone I talked to that day was courteous and professional. I have taken my car here for several years and have always been happy with the service I receive. read more
