WARNING: Avoid This Shop for Tire Repairs! If you have a flat tire, do not come here. They initially quoted me $20 for a repair, but when it came time to pay, they doubled the price to $40, claiming the tire required multiple patches. They did not inform me of this price increase or the extra work before completing the job. To make matters worse, they tried to sell me a worn-out used tire for $75, which is absolutely ridiculous. Took my car here for an emergency oil change and they charged me $50 plus i had to provide oil and filter. Price wouldn't have been a problem had they done a good job. They left the nut loose and my car wad leaking oil all over the place... this place is a joke lol they don't know how to properly perform an oil change let alone swap some breaks read more

If you want to feel disrespected and robbed out your pockets stop here. Came to change a couple tires early morning no customers and my car was done when the shop is literally closing. Plus on top of that my car smells like an ashtray and there was ash on my dashboard. We don't smoke! read more

So last time I got my alignment done these guys did it. I went through two tires that were getting gashed on the inside wall. luckily I caught it before my tire popped and anything bad happened the first two times. I just had a third tire with the same gashes and was advised to get it aligned so we went back to this place. They wanted 125 plus 160 for two tires and only honor their work within 90 days. Long story short... we found another place that did it for !$50! and they showed me that my wheel was about to fall off!! He was able to take parts off with his hand because these IDIOTS didn't tighten anything!! How the heck does that happen? Needless to say but look elsewhere. read more

Poor service. I came here for a tire replacement. It costed $55 for a used tire. Within one week of driving on the used tire, one of the lug nuts came off. It is obvious they did not torque it correctly. Go elsewhere. read more

I have been to Sunrise Auto Center twice. I live 40 minutes south of Sunrise. My first trip was due to Gus fixing a window switch in a car I just purchased. I went to get new tires here. 2 days later the sensor light came on so I go back to the shop and they say it needed air. A few days later the light comes on again, I take it back and the guy tells me the sensor got wet when they checked the tire for holes but he was drying it. 2 more times I went because of the sensor and the last time he's asking me if I hit something or crashed and then he says he can't do anything about it, that the light is not turning off to take it to the dealer. I take it to Toyota and they tell me the sensor is broken and they must of broke it while changing the tires! It cost me $142 to get it replaced!! read more

Great service here and most importantly, honest people. My wife took her car for a flat tire and Jorge was the gentleman that helped get this tire fixed. She ask about rotating and alignment and Jorge was completely honest stating that her car didn't need those services at this moment. This place sucks!...You get what you pay for....cheap price=cheap service. Go to certified mechanics if you want good work, otherwise deal with these clowns. For this place it's quantity over quality, I learned that the hard way. Easy brake jobs and oil changes is their specialty. I was referred to this place to fix my dented rim. After talking to George we determined it was best to just replace the rim. He happen to have a set similar to what I had on my 2000 Honda Civic EX and quoted a good price so I got new rims. My husband walked out if the shop 100% satisfied with the service and pricing! Horrible. It took them weeks to fix my car. When they finally finished, one of their idiot employees went overboard with a vacuum cleaner, pulling the fabric from the car's roof interior. I had to haggle with them on price just to make it worth my wait. Why Downtown Nissan recommended them is beyond me. Their conduct narrowly avoided a phone call to the Better Business Bureau. read more
