    Booked an online appointments for State Inspection. When I went to the store I was informed that appointments are not valid but they will get the inspection done and it will take 2 hours or sooner. Why offer online appointments if it's not needed? The checkin process was easy and I stepped out to get some work done. Came back an hour later to find my vehicle still in the parking lot. I waited another hour for an inspection that took less than 10 mins. It dint seem very busy but they prioritize other services where billing is of higher value. They got the work done and hence the 2 stars. Will definitely not go back here next year for the inspection.

    Do not recommend. Terrible service and knowledge of vehicles. They offer few services, cannot take care of the customer, and from my experience, put in little effort in working hard at all. I needed someone to look at my car after it had almost died and these guys said we don't know how, sorry. They don't have tools, their excuses were that they buy their own. Firestone is a chain. Stick with National Tire

    I drive a fleet vehicle and I had a flat. I had already put on the donut spare and the closest place was this Firestone Repair shop. I only needed a tire repaired . After four hours of waiting they did not ask me any questions and the car had 4 new tires, anew air and cabin filter, and a new serpentine belt. My take is that they take advantage of at least fleet vehicles. I for sure would not take my personal vehicle here . Because I didn't leave until dark I found out that I had a head light out and when I stopped at Auto Zone to get a new headlight I found a serpentine belt sitting on top of my engine. IT WAS JUST A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

    came yesterday for oil change and alignment.. had setup online appt.... i was late ..... no problem ... they handled up!!!

    I've read the reviews and I don't agree,staff was very friendly and knowledgeable showroom and restroom were clean. I'll be back for sure.

Alex answered the phone and he found solutions for all my problems. I told him I was in a time crunch and he said "if you can get here asap, I got you. I'll get you in and out within your time frame". I pulled up, parked the car, got out and BOOM, there Alex was literally waiting for me to take the car into the shop! I went inside and I talked to Jared about higher grade tire options and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up going with the higher grade tires. Alex walked in at this point then rushed back out to tell the team about the new tires. I grabbed a complimentary water, sat down in a chair, talked on the phone for a couple minutes and then here walks in, Katelyn. She says "Riley!" You car is ready. I got up, but then quickly sat back down because it couldn't be me. I literally just dropped the car off. She's staring at me and says "Riley!". I hesitate... look out front and voila, there was my car waiting for me with 2 new tires. I was in disbelief! And I still am writing this. You guys have an F1 pit crew. That was truly AMAZING. This is yet another reason why I ALWAYS come to discount for service. Mind blown. If I could franchise the business and start my own, I would. And I would poach this entire team.

I'm not from Dallas so I looked up tire service near me. R&S was close and had good reviews. The place looked a little rough but again the reviews were highly favorable.     I have been to this shop a couple times, so when my sister got a flat, I sent her here. I would…read morehave never imagined the nightmare that followed. They sold us a used tire that was in NO condition to be on the road. I've purchased used tires before, and they've NEVER had holes or tears in them. Once the used tire was installed, my sister noticed the air pressure symbol light up on the dashboard. Before leaving, she asked them to take a second look at it. They told us it was fine and the light would turn off once we started driving. This was not the case. The tire they installed went flat within 8 hours, to no one's surprise. We called the next day and were told to bring the car back to the shop. The only problem? The car was NOT DRIVEABLE. The tire was so low that we risked damaging our car by even moving it. The manager, Junior, advised us to still drive on it. According to him, they've advised customers to drive on flats before, all the way from Denton to Dallas. Before trying to drive anywhere, we attempted to replace the tire with the spare, but the lugs were placed on too tight. Upon closer inspection, we saw multiple large holes and tears in the tire. According to their manager, Junior, it's standard to test tires before placing them on the car. It's clear this tire was not tested prior to being installed. On top of this, they ignored concerns about the tire pressure light being on after they installed the new tire, further endangering my sisters saftey. If they had taken the time to double check their work, it would have saved us the time and worry. We ended up having to stop at another mechanic on the way, since we were fearful we would not make it to the shop in one piece. The mechanics there were very friendly, changed our tire free of charge, and let us know we should not have been driving on it. When we finally made it to the shop, the employees realized they did not have any more used tires in our size. This begs the question- did R&S knowingly provide us a faulty tire, just to make a sale? The tire they sold us was the last one in that size. To top all of this off, I received the worst customer service of my life from Junior (manager) and the owner, Khalid. Junior was callous in his approach, did not have any empathy, and seemed unbothered at the severity of the situation. He rudely suggested we go to another mechanic down the street, despite fault clearly lying with R&S tires and wheels. We voiced our disappointment and intention to file a complaint with the BBB. When we finally reached a resolution of getting a new tire in the correct size, the owner, Khalid, sent us disparaging and unprofessional texts after we left the shop, further displaying R&S Tires' unprofessional business practices and horrible customer service. As you can read from other reviews on Google, R&S Tires does not uphold customer safety. Please save yourself the headache and pick ANY other mechanic shop in the area. You'll be thankful you did!
