Made an appointment arrived early and 45 minutes after appointment time my car has still not been moved from where I parked it. Looking like close to two hours to get an oil change. A bit much. I needed my tires changed immediately they were terribly worn and I was given a comp based on a previous written offer on a Wednesday and the offer changed the day I went in there on my only day off also being a holiday( with an appointment ).I was advised by a very nice customer service representative that this happens all the time and no one notes anything on the profile that they would look and see what they can do. Another representative Monica called back to advise that they cannot honor my previous written offer or any comps from my local dealership and they can't determine who I spoke to, I asked for a manager call back .Monica advised she spoke to Gill Ramos the manager at the location and he would not honor the written offer from a previous firestone location or from my local dealership which truly seems odd to me why they would not honor another competitor pricing or their own company pricing at a different location . I will be following up with corporate as this is not acceptable customer treatment and something should be done to ensure your representatives are held accountable for the information they are giving customers especially when a prior appointment is made. Not only was the manager unwilling to come down on their price or negotiate any offers or provide an offer even when we upgraded to full tirbut our time wasted they were very disinterested in the fact that they are loosing a loyal firestone customer, their friends and family . read more

Being a woman and very skeptical about where I go shopping and spend my money I am always afraid that somebody's going to take advantage of me because I don't know. So smh I started using this company because I heard it was trusted ... it was closer to my house and I was using my dealership for three years no issues ! But again it was closer... I bought my car in for a tune up and get it back feeling different (in a bad way and with a sound) I come back the next day and PAY to get it looked at and to fix the problem ... I get the car back the second time and still heat the noise .. I tell the manager he tells me to calm down someone else is complaining about something else and he is a little upset smh now every time I come in this place I hear him yelling at a customer on the phone about a problem .. long story short I gotta return my car tong dealer smh it's undrivable smh and I don't know what they did they won't admit it smh I feel like they put the wrong oil or something my car NEVER did this before smh wasted a hufty 1100$ smh down the drain 2015 Toyota smh HOW DO YOU MISS TAT UP SMH read more

My engine light keeps coming on and going off so I look on here and see all the good reviews. I call and say if like my entire vehicle checked out brakes and all. The man on the phone was SO insanely nice and patient with me. Listened to me, I was sure this would be a good place. I was wrong, I made the appointment for 4pm showed up and had to wait 20 plus minutes to get spoken to. Was then told it wasn't the price I was told on the phone to check the vehicle. Was told wait 1.5 hrs and it definitely will be done. I come back 1.5 hrs later and noone is near my car. 2.5 hours later I'm given a list of this that could be wrong...nothing explained, not even even a suggestion to get the $100 engine diagnoatic. Everyone else waiting after me were greeted with a smile and sat down with and had things explained to them. Why was I called to the register and rushed out? I am NEVER going back here. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the associate on the phone and the place was clean. Also.....If a customer asks what could cause the brake pedal to make noises and if you can fix it. Don't just laugh and say everything's fine. No...it's not. read more

I had a oil change done in Miami at another Firestone and they did not tighten the drain plug. When I got to Orlando the plug had fallen off. I came to this Firestone and once I explained the situation they immediately took care of the problem. Am extremely impressed with the technical and customer service. Great staff!!! I have been going to Firestone since I've been driving cars...over 10 years. It's a great company overall. I like this location in particular because everyone knows what they're talking about and they aren't overbearing or rude. I had my oil changed 3 days ago and asked them to investigate a shaking when I break. They recommended my bearings be changed along with my break pads/rotors be resurfaced. I declined for now bc I know a mechanic that can do the labor (I was quoted over $1000 after 7 hours of labor thru Firestone-something I just can't afford right now) but when I left the rear tire made a squeaking noise...and it didn't do that when I dropped off. I brought the truck back and they fit me right in to look at it. They didn't immediately say it's because I didn't have them fix the breaks and I've definitely had local mechanics do that to me. We had an issue with the exhaust which they had indicated that it needed be torn down to see the issue. Then we were told it would need to be welded and the repairs could be done there and we were sent away with a hefty bill. We later found that it did not require welding and that a couple of the bolts had been broken off (due to rust) and was a matter of replacing those as well as a gasket. We did work with the manager and we were refunded for the full amount. read more

Five stars are not enough to indicate the stellar customer service provided by this particular Firestone on Osceola Parkway in Florida. From Joses, to Monica, to Suzann to Jose M, no one could have asked for more diligence and assistance in trying to get my Land Rover drive-able. The intensive work and care is being journaled at our rover project website because there is just too much help that they provided to detail all the accolades herein. Suffice to say, from onset, when their guys had to push the vehicle into a bay, to the weeks no one complained about it being in a bay while they searched or built parts, how Jose M. worked with me on a schedule of work that could be finagled within my budget, I could not have been more pleased and excited the day my daughter and I drove it home! To top it off, when a friend who is a die-hard mechanic was nervous about the cost and work required, Jose M. graciously showed Mark all the work. Mark's response to me, "I'm very surprised. Most honest tech I've ever met." I am hopeful that I can continue my relationship with this particular Firestone. Because after the nightmares we've experienced at other places, I want to hold onto these guys for service of my Land Rover and our Toyota Corolla, which they have also done a great job with for my daughter. They did not do what I asked them to do. On the one hand, the mechanic I talked to was very nice and very honest. I accidentally left some money on the seat, which the mechanic returned to me. However, I told them to fix my rear turn signal, which was going out intermittently. They did not fix it. Also, they told me it would take 4 hours to work on my car. It ended up taking 7. In addition, they called me once to tell me my car was done, then called me five minutes later to tell me they'd made a mistake, and my car was in fact not done yet. Furthermore, I had to tell them 3 times that I wanted my brake fluid replaced. read more

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We called at 12:45 asking if they had any appointments for the following day for all new tires, Monica informed us of a special they had going that ended today (that day), she then informed us they had openings available at 1:30 & 2:30, instead of paying $900 for 4 tires we paid $690 with wind shield wipers. Monica was honestly the BEST person I have ever met dealing with customer service (as I am in the management business myself). I've always gone to this location for tires and service but she was over the top with it, I would steal her for my company if I could (lol). We were supposed to be back by 5pm to get our Jeep, but chilis was running way behind so we weren't going to make it in time, she waited until 5:45pm for us to get there... like WHO DOES THAT?!?!
