This has been by far my best Jiffy Lube experience yet! I want to start off by saying that I really appreciate it the most mostly female crew because they were efficient and executed with precision and got me in and out in a timely manner (Shout out to Joanne Ashley and Genesis!). The location itself was clean, expectations were set from the moment I was greeted at my car, and they ensure that my services were to my liking before they allowed me to pay and pull off. I spent around $113 for an oil change and I had a $10 off coupon. This will most likely be my Jiffy Lube of choice going forward for all of my oil changes. They really set the bar for other Jiffy Lube to step up and follow. read more

I have been there for oil change before , great service . My wife took the car today for oil and tire rotation, that's it . But the SCAMED her into a 50 dollar cabin filter , COME ON CABIN FILTER , they saw her coming , it's like your dryer filter !!!! (High mileage) you can also google jiffy and get some coupons and they will validate it. The the staff are very helpful and they advise you on what the car needs. These guys are great. Fast and always friendly. They don't push super hard for more stuff than you need, but they will tell you what repairs and maintenance you'll need soon. Took my mother in to get an oil service, and immediately was offered a service other than what I asked, politely said no, offered another. Went inside and waited, guy came in told us we need a new CV boot, politely said thank you and we would handle the change later, he seemed annoyed. He brought in cabin filter(which did need changing and was dirty) and I again politely said no thank you we would change it. They put the filter back in, didn't even bother taking the obvious leaves out. Then he comes in with a host of issues to ask for more services. Politely said no thank you and again seemed annoyed. They didn't even put the air filter assembly back correctly because my mom's car shut off, I went to check it and noticed the assembly was disconnected. Careless mistake. The best thing was that they offered a $15 off coupon. Rest was terrible. I wouldn't go there again in my entire life. Would rate it 0 stars if I could read more

I came in for a tire rotation. At the time they said would like to inspect your vehicle. I was told my front brakes need to be done asap. I waited 15 minutes for the quote. I went to two different auto body shops BOTH said they couldn't have know what they were talking about. My gut told me to wait and honestly it's disappointing. Considering the employees don't own the location but trying to get over on a woman. I won't ever use Jiffy Lube after this experience. read more
