The service pro told me I could come back anytime to any Firestone and get it done for free as long as I own my truck! Awesome service! Worked with AJ to get some new tires for my Challenger R/T... The size is not that common (245/45R20), but he had them in stock... I was met at the door and work was started almost immediately... They did a free alignment check and gave me a full report on the overall health of the car... Dirty Rotten Scoundrals! They obviously DON'T care about honesty and integrity. A few days ago I was here for an oil change. As they were working on my car, I was told that they noticed uneven wearing on my tires and they strongly recommended I get my tires rotated (which they could happily do for $) and have an alignment done ($$). Being the end of the month, I told them just to do the rotation and I'd schedule a time after payday for the alignment. They finished up, I paid and left. I've got to watch my pennies, so I shop around for the best deal anytime I need any car maintenance. I googled local shops who do alignments and a competitor a few miles away was highly recommended. I called to see how much an alignment would be. Due to a special, it was going to be significantly cheaper than the Firestone, which was enough to sway me to give the competitor a try. I'm so glad I did. About 15 minutes after arriving, a tech came into the waiting-room looking a bit puzzled. He asked me what had prompted me to come in. I explained what the techs at Firestone had told me, that my tires were wearing unevenly. The competitors tech handed me a computer-run alignment diagnostic sheet and showed me that all the numbers were in the normal ranges and nothing was wrong with my alignment. He said he had physically inspected the tires and didn't feel or see any uneven wear anywhere. I was flabbergasted. I thanked him sincerely for being so honest with me (and then they didn't even charge me for that diagnostic test). I have heard stories of car companies taking advantage of unaware customers, especially women, but had never experienced it before. I can't believe I was flat out lied to by the technicians at Firestone, just to make a few extra bucks. I bet they had some quota to fill or internal competition to sell the most and decided to try to squeeze some extra dollars out of me. I'm glad I couldn't afford it that day or I would have fallen for their lies. Needless to say, I won't go back here. (To be fair, they seem to have done a fine job on my oil change, so I'm giving them a star for that). read more

Worst service ever experienced- left my truck at 2pm for oil change, rotation and inspection. Said 4:30 will be done, called then they said 5:30, called back then they said before we close @ 7. Got there at 7pm and they hadn't even pulled it into the bay yet!!! If they just said- "can't do it today we are too busy" no problem. Instead they over promised and way under delivered. Will never go here again, will drive further and go to Goodyear who hasn't disappointed in 10 years on servicing my 4 vehicles. read more

I don't take time usually to do reviews, especially bad ones, because I take consideration that everyone in this world have cloudy days, especially when the whole world is going through a pandemic. But with this store in particular I have noticed since I moved to this area that it has been almost the same ever since, with or without pandemic. Besides Beth-Anne, who is the only one in that shop that I could give a 5 star, the rest of them is a 0 star. I have been a Firestone client for a decade now I even have a Firestone credit card, which I didn't have before I started using already the Firestone business, and I have never contemplate such horrible shop as I have with this one. I understand working with pressure, but every time I have been there besides changing tires I was treated like they don't need my business, with or without pandemic. Also if you buy the tires with them and do the alignment some place else, or any maintenance for that matter, you loose your warranty. And if you have the option to have your insurance paying for mechanical needs and you take to them, they will give you the worse treatment ever, because insurances have a discount price which makes a job that is small, smaller and they only care about jobs that matters to their pockets. And that is exactly what my review is about and will be about in every review posts I can find out there today! Take your business to any dealership in town, if necessary, but do not take there unless you are absolutely sure you will be served by Beth-Anne, otherwise, don't waste your breath with any other person in there. Pandemic or not, we are all in the same bolt, we are all stressed, we are all working more than we should because we are all understaffed. There is no excuse to treat people without any concern about their needs just because your need it is not being treated properly and your are overwhelmed. People that cannot work under pressure should not even be allowed to work in any type of customer service, and that includes the phones as well. Until I move from this area, which could be never, since I bought a house in here, I will never have my carS served through Firestone again. We have options as customers, and if our service it is not of their interested, find where it will be, without any concern, because, again, in this area we have too many options to be treated like nobody in this store. read more

I went to THIS Firestone off of Central Express JUST TO REMOVE AIR OUT OF MY TIRE! I spoke to one of the mechanics and he told me to pull up in lane 2. (mind you there were ONLY 2 cars under the garage and NO ONE was working on these cars). That mechanic walked away and 5 other mechanics seen me in my car waiting to get some of the air out of my tire. NOT ONE HELPED ME. I drove off. HORRIBLE. I waited 10 minutes. NO ONE WAS WORKING ON CARS. They were NOT busy. This was a 2 minute job. I hope this get to management message. I'm sure if I was a blonde with blue eyes they would have ran to my car to release some of the air. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This establishment was paid a pretty penny to service this vehicle and returned it with an oil leak, promised a refund for the initial oil change AND that they would drain the oil to replace the drain plug (which they failed to check was secure in the first place), only to be told that it was A/C condensation and not oil (because condensation and oil CLEARLY look the SAME), and I'm not even going to get into the fact that we were told the initial service (before the oil leak was found the next morning) would be done by noon and then it wasn't done until 5pm. Being spoken to like a child by both Pete the manager and Jake the mechanic was our favorite part of this whole ordeal; incompetent mechanic and condescending manager are definitely perks of this establishment. If you enjoy wasting your time and money and being talked to like you're stupid then definitely get your vehicle serviced here. read more

I called at 1:12pm to see if they would be able to mount and balance tires that I purchased online, since that seemed to be a problem elsewhere. He said yes, so that was great. I asked if they had time today, and what time worked for them. He said 2pm if that worked for me. It did, so I got here at 1:45pm for my 2:00pm appointment... It's now 3:40pm, and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Unfortunately I need my tires put on badly, otherwise I'd leave. Pleasurable at first, 2 hours later and car still isn't in the shop, aggravated to say the least. read more

Would not recommend! Although the staff is very friendly, they have no integrity. They did unauthorized work on my car($900 worth) and refused to return my car until I paid it. The manager lied to my face about what I said! The worst place I have EVER been too. These people do not care about you, they just want your money. read more

I was just there and the guy was so rude and my car needs a mechanic really bad but I will NOT give this company my or my families business. So many issues with this store. I had initially had my car brought in because it overheated. After around $900, I was told my thermostat, hoses, radiator fan, and a few other things needed to be fixed. Went to go pick it up and within 10 mins of driving it, it overheated again. So I call back in and we bring it back up and apparently no matter what they did, they could not get it to over heat. So, I go back and pick it up again, same thing. Within 10 mins it overheats again, so we do the exact same thing. Went back and it overheated AGAIN but once again, no matter what they do, it doesn't overheat. But this time we record it overheating and then there's a loud hiss and apparently an ignition coil blew. They tried to charge us for it but no, we drove it off the lot because they said it was okay. And once again they can't get it to overheat. So we finally took it to a mom and pop auto shop and they tell us within minutes that the radiator is clogged and they replace the radiator for $200 and everything is perfect now. It is ridiculous that we had to make so many trips up there and basically be told we're lying. But it's funny because when the other mechanic at this new shop drove it, it overheated on him right away. So either you guys are just very lucky or something is not right. So upset that we spent almost a thousand dollars to not fix anything at all. read more
