I just got an oil change and air filter, cabin air filter, wipers, and an inspection. Total came to $330. The charged my card without showing the receipt and once I got it the double charged $50 for the cabin air filter. When I brought to their attention they said they can't do a refund, so I ask for cash, we do not have cash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager said should would put in a ticket and it would take 2-3 months to get it back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] How can a company run a business and not be able to refund a mistake??? This was the 3 rd time i stopped by Express Oil Change and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was always greeted with a very professional worker.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They will walk up to your car pulling into the bus asking to help you.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] During the freeze I accidentally broke one of the washer sprayer on my windshield I stopped to ask if they could put the part on i had. I was going to make an appt, but Rich had me pull in and put it on right there and didn't even charge me. I will start going there for all my car services. Don't go here if you care about your cars and wallet. There was a miscue on their end with replacing the fluids on my son's truck (an upsell I might add) that led to all the coolant disappearing, which led to a blown head gasket. Mike might be friendly, until his shop screws something up. I hope my review can help someone not get burned by this place. read more

I noticed a nail in my tire as I was headed out and already delayed leaving on a 6 hour road trip. I went to the wholesale big tire shop where I had originally purchased the tires because of my "free road hazard tire repair" and was told the wait was 4-5 hours! Express was the next nearest tire shop, so I called and he said bring it right away and he would fix my tire immediately to get me back on the road. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the mechanic checked my car over before my long road trip. I'd recommend these mechanics over and over again. GREAT! Took 2 vehicles there at the same time. Checked one in for an inspection - was met promptly, and handled with friendly and professional service. it was done amazingly quickly - excellent! For the other vehicle, they diagnosed the issue and gave us a better and more thorough understanding possible causes and courses of action than the main dealership had done - Terry sat down with us and explained it in layman's terms. Great guy! They went ahead and isolated to issue so we could be sure we were fixing the right thing, and gave us a price that was much better than other places. They got the part, installed it, tested it, and the car was done and back with us within 24 hours. Absolutely outstanding! Highly, highly recommended. read more

Terry and his team have done miracles for our 5 cars. We followed him from another in Plano and will never let anyone work on our cars. Our Odyssey needed a new transmission. He was able to find a great price on a gently used one. He's done great work on our brakes, alignments, A/C work and great prices on tires & oil changes. read more

Came in for a tire patch and was told it was not able to be worked on. The tire was never taken off the wheel to verify whether it is good or not. This place needs people that are more experienced/trained to work on tires. Was able to get my tire serviced with no excuses somewhere else. read more

I needed my tires changed and brakes fixed. Mike and his team (Ricky and Iree) were friendly and truly cared about serving me well. They were prompt and gave me a fair price for my tires. They took care of my brakes. Then, they fixed my trunk when a body repair company that represented someone who hit my car damaged my vehicle and refused to fix it. My car needed a tire put on and thanks to Mike he checked out my car first to make sure that the tire would work first because of the type of car that I have, you just can't put a new tire on there.
