I only stopped in to get my tire pressure checked but the guy that helped me was very friendly. At first I asked someone who was on break if I could get some help and he grabbed someone else for me. The young man didn't seem bothered to be doing a free task and make sure I left knowing where my tires were before getting them filled and the condition of them. Great customer service. Not an ordinary Firestone. This crew is the best dance mechanic crew I have ever seen. Tight, rhythmic to the core.Dropped off the key overnight, called in at 6.55am, a nice courteous lady picked up knew exactly who I was.She walked me through the details. Matthew the Boss man called after a few hours explaining how they intelligently took care the car trouble. We dropped of the car few days ago for an oil change, tire balancing & rotation. A day later we experienced starting issues, got stranded late Saturday nearby. The first thing came to my mind was Firestone since they are open on Sunday's. Long story short, tow truck was late.. 10.30pm! Received diagnostic paperwork, expert advice as well as No Charge! I am willing to pay regardless since we are able to get the car out in time to pick the kids up from school nearby. Thank you awesome crew! read more

The first time, about 2 months ago, I came here to get new tires for my wife's car. I made an appointment, showed up and was told that the process would take approx. 3 hours. Not a problem, I decide to go grab lunch and wait for them to call back. This is where things start to go south. At around the 3 hour mark I come back to the store and ask the cashier if my car was ready to go. He looks up my information and says it's on the lift and should be done shortly. I grab a seat and wait around for another 15 minutes. Then the service manager, Tony, Comes out to the waiting area with a mechanic and says, "we only have 3 tires". Of course I ask "where's the 4th tire". He replies "the system shows we have 4 but we can only locate 3", he then tells me "we can either order the tire from our Everett location, which will arrive tomorrow morning, or I can put another set of tires on, but they are not the exact fit to your car". I asked "why would we do that" and he replied "it will get you on the road and there won't be any major issues". Then he said "it may show a 3-5mph variance between you actual driving speed and your speedometer." This is crap and doesn't make any sense. Why would you even offer this. So I tell them order the 4th tire from Everett and I'll be back to pick up the car tomorrow. They went ahead and did so and told me "the tire should be delivered by 10AM and we will install the tire once it arrives." The next day, I am waiting for a call to find out my car is ready for pick up. 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock, 12 o'clock passes. I decide it's time to call the store. The associate who answers tells me "the part just arrived and they are going to start working on it". I thank him and tell him to call me once the car is ready for pick up. So I continue to wait at home and get a call at 230P to notify me my car was ready to be picked up. This was by no means a cheap transaction and it cost me over $1,100. I would have expected better service than this. Fast forward to today. I take my car into get an oil change. I get there at 830A and check in my car. I did not have an appointment but was told by the cashier that "we could get it done around noon". I went ahead and left my car there to be serviced. It is now noon and I call into the store asking if my car was ready. The associate who answered the phone said "we are just starting on your car. We should be done in about 2 hours". So I catch an Uber to the store around 330P thinking that my car is ready for pick up. As I'm about to enter the store I notice my car is still in the service garage on a lift. I checked in with the associate at the desk and asked if my car was ready to go. He said "let me check in with the mechanic that's working on it." His mechanic notified him that "we are almost done but I need to see if we have the right oil filter." He also mentioned that "it could take a little while longer if we need to order an oil filter." Are you serious??? What is wrong with this location? How do you not have the proper parts/supplies to do your job. Does anyone else think this is ridiculous? This is where I got a little frustrated. I explained to him that I had called in at 12P to ask about the status of my car and was told that it was getting worked on. I also told him that the associate I spoke to gave me an estimate of 2 hours to complete the oil change. I gave them 3.5 hours. He then explained to me that because I "did not have an appointment, your car is worked on after the cars with appointments." He then asked if the associate who helped me over the phone had explained that to me. I said "no he did not". I leave the store and go to the QFC across the way and wait for another 25 minutes before I get a call from Firestone saying that my car was ready to be picked up. It is now 4P and I can finally take my car home and get on with my day. In both my visits they failed to notify me that there was a problem with the servicing of my vehicle. This negative review could easily have been avoided with a simple phone call or update. On both occasions I called the location and asked for time frames which were not even close to accurate and I was left waiting around for the service to be completed. This is poor customer service to say the least and has left me very dissatisfied as a paying customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone in need of car service. People live busy lives and time is valuable. I literally wasted 2 whole days at this location for services that I was told would take an estimated 3 and 2 hours to complete. I have used Firestone Complete Auto Care on several occasions and I have always felt respected and treated well, today is no exception. I had a potentially very expensive issue with my son's car. Upon changing out the spark plugs, the #1 cylinder plug broke apart and about 8 pieces of the ceramic insulator fell in to the cylinder upon removal. There are a few tricks to retrieve them and I had tried most of them. Tony recommended butyl tape and gave me a short piece to try to fish out the ceramic pieces. After 4 or 5 hours, I was able to get all the pieces retrieved from the cylinder head...yay! Saved me a bunch! Thank you Tony! read more

Yeah don't come here for anything but tires. I had spark plugs replaced 3 years ago and had intermittent issues since then - turns out they put the wrong kind of plugs in (per my current mechanic) and my idle control valve is bad now and my cat converter also went bad, though not sure if that's related. I have been bringing both my cars here for over four years and have never been disappointed. Recently I scheduled an appointment for a timing belt and water pump replacement after a Toyota dealer said the water pump was leaking. Before the work began I asked Firestone to confirm the work was needed. They called an hour later and said there was NO PROBLEM with the water pump. I'm totally fine paying full price for good service. The guy was super nice and kept me company while I waited. All I have is amazing things to say about Chris and the team here at Firestone. I was having the worst day today and was heading out of town for a funeral when a quick service oil change chain messed up my tires. I was in tears when I showed up here and Chris listened to what happened and got me in right away even though they were close to closing. He took the time to explain to me what happened and even let me know he was documenting the damages so that I had proof for the other shop of their negligence. He knew I was trying to get out of town but didn't want me driving on an unsafe car. He let me know that they would get it taken care of tomorrow morning and even offered to help me find a ride back to their shop. You don't find people like this often he really helped make a really terrible situation a little better. Thank you to Chris and their amazing team. I consider myself pretty mechanically savvy as I've done much of the work on my 93 zj myself including lift kit, transfer case swap/rebuild and other miscellaneous stuff. But, a lot of the work I do Can be better done with professional equipment which means I sometimes make mistakes. My tires were out of alignment after installing lift kit and my pitman arm needed adjusting as my steering was all messed up (this was all immediately after 4.5" lift kit install). I called this firestone as it's minutes away from my house and they said they scheduled me an appointment for a few days out. Few days roll by and I went at scheduled time. The kid who looked my age (20yrs old) stood there silently as I talked to another gentleman who said that there was no appointment made. Naturally I was heated. The kid piped up and claimed fault for it which I appreciated and respected cuz he held himself accountable. Anyway I ended up getting that all fixed the next day at a decent price. 3/5 for this visit. The next visit was because I did a front track adjustment but I ended up jacking it all up and needed the trackbar realigned as well as tire alignment as it's something you should do with most suspension work. I called down and the guy said he could get it in the next day and said he could do it for $50. I was f***in stoked and they got it done and the car drove MUCH better. With as painless and relatively cheap as it was I give this visit 5/5 which levels the review out to 4/5. Not a bad place for someone who understand that labor isn't cheap and parts are equally as expensive. In other words, I'm not a selfish moron. Only complaint is front of house not scheduling appointment, cmon bro. But easy fix. read more

My dad and brother are moth mechanics. So I get it. I made an appointment (which on the weekends is a must), was told it would take an hour for an oil change and alignment. Waited 2 hours. Heard several other people complaining while I waited also. One guy was told he would be done yesterday and he hadn't even been started!!!!!!!! Matt wasn't even going to review my car with me on the recommended stuff until I asked him to and all he said was "everything looks good". He's kinda worthless and isn't a people person at all. Move him to the garage or fire him would be great. Other guy working the counter was super nice. Wish I had caught his name. But the ONLY reason I go back is because of Sandi (whom I think is the manager). Otherwise I don't know why I would keep going here after 3 years. Had someone check out my tire leak, and it took him all of 3 seconds for him to tell me it's unfixable and that tire can't be purchased through them. ( Driving a brand new 2018 Camry) If i did want to go through them, the warehouse would have to order one and it could take weeks... I know nothing about tires so I assumed I was screwed. Until I took it down the street to Discount Tire.. not only were they able to fix the leak in my tire, they fixed it for free and were able to get it in right away. This is my second time dealing with these people. Never again. First vehicle took over 4 hours to change the tires. Second vehicle they said would take about an hour. After an hour and a half, it still hadn't even been in the shop. They said it was because they thought I was dropping it off???? They've been rude to every customer that has paid their bill, they can't run a schedule. It seems like they just rely on being in a good location. This place has some malfunction. Employees are jaded and edgy. The guy that just transferred in is at a loss to understand how this place works. Guy who calls himself a manager is to worried about his massive ego. I have been lied to before about the brake disc that needed to be replaced (for the record it has been working fine without replacement). Last Sunday, the TPMS light came on and usually Discount Tire would fix it for free but they're closed on Sunday so I brought my car there as it's closest to my house. The first thing they did is get me to sign $35 repair order which is strange but their explanation was if there is nothing, then it'd be free. 10 mins later, I was told of a nail and charged full $35 which is always free everywhere else. read more

Interesting process to wait and be treated in such a rude manner. Wow, watch out for Matt , he's a rude bully that seems to have the personality of a tomato . Anyway, I bought 4 new tires here and it was a horribly long multiple mistake process. I bought the good tires since this is a 2011 Honda Odyssey that my wife drives with our 5 kids. The last thing I need is her to have a blow out on the freeway. And of course , what happens but a blow out on the freeway. Luckily , I was driving with her at the time. This was the passenger side front tire. I got the tire replaced under warranty and it was fairly painless. However, after a few months the driver side tire had horrible outside wear and all the other tires were great. I called brought it in asked for an explanation and if the tire could be replaced since it was still under warranty . Their answer, of course not , this must be caused by an alignment issue. The manager said , the alignment would have to be checked. Jeez , just replace the tire under a prorated warranty . No , let's make this a long horrible experience for the customer and take up his Saturday . So , here I am bringing in my car for an alignment check . Corey does the alignment check , calls me and says its within specs . I say great , so I need the tire replaced under warranty and explain the history. Uh oh , he says oh I'll have to call you back? Hmmm, he calls back and says the back end is out of alignment and tire will not be replaced under warranty . Interesting , after much conversation they are replacing the tire with a bunch of fees that add up to 33 bucks . Not the worst thing in the world. However, Matt says the warranty is now void even though there's still warranty left on all the other tires. No explanation , just were voiding your warranty . Weird? Matt acts like he likes to bully people with rude behavior . The kicker is my nephew works here. Jeez , just help a customer and move on please. I can't say I recommend this place . Don't think it matters much since they have a prime location here in mill creek. read more

First of all, I would like to say to all the people who had so call, "Good Service". I can't say why or how you got treated that way, because it didn't happen that way for me and my family, at least from management and one of their techs. Second of all, I am a retired mechanic by trade. I know my engines and was a manager for a company for 11 years. Let me explain, so not to include everyone who was not involved. On Friday, my daughter and boyfriend called me and her mother, telling us that they are having steering problems and decided to call, Firestone complete serv. in Bothell Everett and spoke to Tony. She told him what was going on and if he could get the car in tomorrow for repair. He said, " Well, we are pretty booked, but we should be able to get you in and have it repaired by Saturday evening, no problem." She said, "Ok, that sounds great, because I have to have the car for the evening. I have to work." He said, " Ya, no problem, I will call you." So they dropped the car off on Friday evening and left it there. On the next day, she decided to call around, noon to see how they are doing. They said, "Oh, we haven't started, but should be soon." she said, "Ok, I know you guys said by this evening, but I just wanted to check the status." So I decided to call back and Sandy gets on the phone and says. "Ok, let me check with the tech and see where hes at and I will call you back within the hour. I said, Ok. An hour and quarter goes by so I call again and Sandy says,"Ok, hes should have it done by this evening." I said " Ok, great, I won't call, we will just come down at that time." but I decided to call anyways just to make sure they had it done. Sandy tells me, " Oh, I know we told you we would have it done, but the tech didn't have all the necessary parts to complete the job, but he did replace the leaking O-ring so you can use the car for the evening but you will have to bring it back tomorrow and we will try to get it fixed. TRY TO. That's not what they told us on Friday, and Saturday. When we got there, we were met by Tony and Sandy, I politely asked them, why they said they could have it done and turn around and lie saying that they never promise us they would have it done by the evening. As a manager, there are two things you never do. #1, don't let your customer down by making faults promises. #2, if you are not able to meet up to your commitments. Never mislead them. Also, when it comes to customer service, if you are not able to meet up to your commitment, you offer something in return as a good gesture to show good faith. Whether its a free oil change or a free tire rotation, but something?? There is one more factor that everyone should read. When doing what that company did, was very dangerous. They said, they replaced the leaking O-ring and it should be fine till tomorrow, and then they can replace the pump. This is a hunch on the techs side. If my daughter was traveling on the freeway and the steering went out and she would have gotten into an accident, on a HUNCH. They would be looking at a law suit. Placing a bandage on a car and saying its ok to drive, is a very very dangerous decision. I can not make this decision for you all and just maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who will have a good time at this company, as for me, never again. I'm disappointing I was told something was in need of repair ASAP and that it would only really last another month or two. Meaning I would have needed to fix it either September or October at the latest. Made an appointment a day ahead of time with the store manager for front & rear brake service first thing the following morning, and had my car there at the scheduled time. Came back 3 hours later when it was promised to be done and my car had not even been touched. Witnessed an engine fire in the shop while I was waiting for the manager while another customer was waiting for his car keys to be found for about 5-10 minutes while the manager and another employee searched frantically for them. Eventually the car keys were found, the fire was extinguished, but I took my keys and car to be serviced elsewhere. This was my first time trying out FIREstone, and I unfortunately can't recommend it. Feeling very frustrated to have made an appointment and for them to not even take a look at it. read more

I took my car here for an emergency service at 6:00 pm Thursday night due to some concerns. The staff was able to trouble shoot and figure out the source of the problem, but couldn't get the parts that late in the day. We were able to leave the car for the night, but as we were planning to leave for a road trip on Saturday morning. The problem with my car ended up being a little more involved than initially thought, involving extra work and time, but they provided the service at the original estimate and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had our car back in working order in time for our trip. James is the person who we dealt with the most and he was very friendly and reassuring. We appreciated the time and customer service in a time that could have been very stressful. read more

Wow. We just had such an incredible experience here that we had to share it with others. My husband and I had paid for $600 worth of work for our car at another Firestone location before heading on a road trip. On our way to our destination, the car started bouncing up and down on the highway and the check engine light was blinking at us. We couldn't believe it- our car had never exhibited any problems before, and of course this happened after we spent a huge amount of money on it. We stopped at this Firestone location to get it fixed on our way back from our trip, and they immediately took the car in to look at it. While we were waiting, they were sure to update us and recommend activities and restaurants in the area. When they were done working on it a few hours later, they said that the work that they fixed may or may not have been related to our previous work (although we're convinced that it was), and they did the whole job FREE OF CHARGE! They even did this knowing that we don't live in the area, and that we're unlikely to return for more business because of that. My husband and I were impressed enough with this, but were even more impressed today after receiving a phone call from Sandi at Firestone, checking up on us and making sure that the check engine light never reappeared. I was really shocked to come on this site and read negative reviews about this location, considering our really positive experience. I just wished we lived closer so that we could come here again! read more

Car sensor was going off every 3 hours or so and had to fill it up every couple days or so since I'm a delivery driver. Sunday was my only day off and knew firestone was one of the only places open, made an appointment for 3. Come in and see my old friend Corey, he said it'd take about 30-45 minutes(simple tire patch up knowing I had a nail stuck). Come back at 6:20, stood in the lobby for 15 minutes without anyone addressing me which was awesome. Corey finally comes by and I ask him what's going on. He says itd take another 30 minutes without telling me any information about the tire or process. Was like hey I think 3 1/2 hours is a good time to patch a tire, not very happy with the misinformation you have given me, we really need this car. Corey has the nerve to scream at me through a window trying to make excuses on how it could take 3 1/2 hours. Really Corey? I rebuttaled his excuses and he finally told me the truth on how 5 employees or so are home sick with the stomach flu (could've just told the truth instead of screaming at a customer with lies, also I understand your companys situation but thats not the customers fault that you overbooked yourself with lack of staff). So Im trying to be understanding as possible, he told me it'd take 30 mintues. 20 minutes go by and I walk to the back to see that the car was off the lift with the tire missing. Came back in and asked for the manager to explain the situation from my side. They said it'd take 2 minutes and I had to do something important, so I let my mother take the car home 2 blocks away from the store. The next day I was heating the car for work and noticed that the low tire pressure indicator was still on. I checked all the tires except the one that got fixed, saved that one for last. The tire that was supposedly fixed, had a 2 inch gash that was not there originally. Very upset because usually you go to a tire place to have the problem fixed and the tire came out 4x worse. Went in and expressed my emotions not the best, but didn't raise my voice or anything. I explained that I understand how this industry works, my dad has been in it for over 25 years, I also have friends who work in the field. On top of getting customers to return, made a lot of sense that with a customer like myself who explained his frustration the day before for them not having a simple tire patch done after 4 HOURS, it makes sense, but I didn't come to conclusions but simply talking hypothetically on the possibility. Let me say this, the tire that was on the car after it was supposedly fixed was completely deflated to the axel (was not like that when I brought it in), I also tried to put air into it and it would not take it for very long at all. Barely made it to the store two blocks away and when I did explain to the manager my perspective, she raised her voice at me for making assumptions? First thats two horrible customer service experiences as a customer for you to scream at me, and also I wouldnt be here if yall did your job right, but ay no hate here. So I'm looking outside trying to keep peace of mind since I should be at work and what was happening is very absurd. I noticed from the reflection of the window that one of the employees was mean mugging me while going to my car shaking his head. Turned at him gave him a wave and he just shook his head laughing (not cool), so I just returned the stare back. 10 minutes later they bring out a completely different tire from the one that was just on, which was completely deflated, and it was the tire that I brought in the day before that still had the nail on that was causing the slight leak!! So they didnt even fix the tire in 3 1/2 hours the day before and supposedly that little nail caused the a huge deflation! I laughed in disbelief that they tried pulling some switcheroo on me like I wouldn't notice and of course the tire was not repairable (the "fixed" tire that I left with the day before would not take air long). The manager advised the guy mean mugging me to show me the nail and patch they did from the day before, but that patch was done long ago which you could tell by the ware. Took him 1 1/2 minutes to actually identify the spots, and of course the tire was not repairable (go figure) but it was completely inflated?! No way that same tire I had to drive on could be that inflated and the nail that I was shown was so freaking small, no way in hell it could deflate like that overnight (only drove the car 2 blocks from the store after the "repair" and the tire shown didn't have the gash). They showed me my original tire that they didnt repair after 3 1/2 hours and pulled a switcheroo. In the end, the manager gave me a free tire which gave them 4 stars, 2 for CS, 0 for the sham of the century. Stay away from here. DON'T reply to me CSR! I kept my original tire that was different from the deflated one that was put on the day before as proof. Either way if that was a complete coincidence or not, very horrible experience. read more

On Christmas day we ran over a street sign (torn off the post in the wind storm) and popped our tire. The day after Christmas I went to Firestone (where we bought our tires). They told me I had to pay $35.00 up front to patch the hole. I was kind of upset but I had to get to work the next day and had them repair the tire anyway. They took the tire and told me they would call me when they were finished, they said about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. So I remained within a few mile radius while I took care of some errands. over 3 hours later they called me to tell me they could not fix the hole and it would be nearly $200.00 for a brand new tire. (All while I had my very impatient 3-year-old daughter with me, needing a nap!) My husband was upset and told me to go to Discount Tires down the road. I did and they were able to fix my tire (completely free!!!) and within an hour. I will NEVER go back to Firestone. I'm outraged how they could take advantage of me like that! read more

I made a 3PM appt. to have to new Winter tires mounted and an oil change. I arrived there right at that time and the paper work was politely taken care of and I was told that it would be about 1-1/2hrs. I told Torrey that I would go over to Starbucks and read my book and be back. I was gone for a little over an hour, came back and my truck was sitting right where I had left it. I brought this to his attention and he did not seem all that surprised and went back into the shop. When he came back to the counter he said that they would get it in in just a bit. Just a bit, that could be next week for all I know by the present track record. I said no just give me the tires and I will have it done else ware. There was another gentleman sitting there that also had an appt. for an oil change and his vehicle was still sitting where he had parked it after 45 mins. and was also not a happy camper. Lies. Price Gouging. Total focus on driving short term profits instead of loyal long term customers. I would deter ANYONE from going here as long as the current managment is in place. Took my vehicle in for new tires and an oil change. Later, I received a call that the oil pan was stripped and that it would be $500+ for a repair. I asked about the alternative options, and was told that they can only cover new parts at thier store. I asked about a heilo coil to restrip the pan, and I was told that they were not able to do that. When I went down and talked to the Store Manager Tony and Slaes associate Jesse who were in the process of telling me that they do not have the ability to install a hielo coil. At the same time a diffrent mechanic was talking to my dad, and mentioned that they should be able to heilo coil the pan, and then went to get the kit. The repair was made, and when I confronted ... After going to this location about 4 months ago and having to wait 2 hours after my promised time when all I was having done is a simple diagnostic test, I was given a "free" oil change coupon by the manager, Sandy Hendricksen who also apologized. I decided to give them another chance the other day so I called and made an appointment for today. I arrived at my appointment time to realize that, once again, they are filled to capacity. I asked Matt (front counter guy) about the work backlog. He offered no estimated completion time as he was busy! I told him I had an appointment which only serves to help their calendar and not the customer. I took out the "free" oil change card, tore it up and said I will never be back. I would suggest that if you like being deceived into a time, don't buy it! It has happened to me twice and there are plenty of other places out there that want your money. As for me, they'll NEVER get mine! THIS PLACE OVERBOOKS their appointments and could care less about the customer. Firestone sucks! read more
