You walk in the place looks clean. Only had one person in front of us but it takes the service guys little bit long as the customer were being served. We just wanted to get a tire plugged (flatted) and the fee was a pretty fair charge, but we were told that it will take up to three hours of waiting before we would be served for a 5 minutes service. He said that they are short staffs and will need to wait that long for a quick job. We were traveling so we didn't have time to wait so we left. read more

I had my 2015 mercedes slk 250 towed to Firestone auto care service on February 8th 2024 for repairs. I spoke to an employee by the name of Jerry who informed me its was okay to have my car towed in. He confirmed that he received my car around 4:45pm February 8th. February 9th I received a call from Service Manager Dennis Greenidge. He informed me that my car did not have enough power to perform a diagnostic test. He said I needed to replace my batteries first in order to perform the diagnostic and it would cost $668. I informed him that I was not prepared to pay that amount at that time and needed a week in order to be able to pay that amount. I called Firestone on February 15th. I spoke with Dennis, and let him know it was okay to begin working on my vehicle. I received a call on February 20th from Dennis and he told me that he replaced my batteries, my vehicle has power but my key isn't being detected so he needed to contact a programmer to reprogram my key fob. I didn't receive a call from Dennis by February 24th so I called Firestone. I spoke with Albert on February 24th to check the status of my vehicle. Albert said he had to call Dennis to ask about my vehicle. After speaking with Dennis, Albert told me that they needed to have a programmer come out to reprogram my key fob. I informed him that I already knew that but I was never told how much it would cost. I was told that I would be called back with the cost for the reprogramming. I spoke to Albert on February 25th and was told it would cost $300 to have my key reprogrammed. I told him that I have a spear key fob and he suggested that I bring it in to see if it worked. I couldn't make it to Firestone before they closed that day. Albert called me around 6:30pm on February 26th to ask if I planned on bringing in my spear key. I told him yes but I wouldn't be able to get there until February 27th once I was off of work. I took my spear key fob to Firestone around 3:30pm February 27th, my spear key didn't work either. Albert contacted the programmer and told me he would be a Firestone by 1pm on February 28th. I didn't receive a call from Firestone until after 6:30pm on February 28th. Jerry called me and said that my car was involved in a hit and run accident. He said someone backed into my car that I could come in a file a police report. I told him I would come in that same night and file a police report. Jerry informed me that he was a manager and he would wait for me and the officer to arrive. The officer and I arrived at 7:07pm all the doors of Firestone closed and locked. Jerry was nowhere to be found. The officer created an incident report but we couldn't file a police report because Jerry left. I returned to Firestone February 29th around 4:30pm with a new officer to found out what happened to my vehicle. We walked in and I asked to speak with Jerry, he was assisting someone else and asked for us to give him a minute. While wait another employee starts explaining what happened to my car. This employee was Dennis. Jerry walked away from the conversation and I let Dennis know that I wanted to speak with Jerry because he is who called me about the accident. I expressed to Jerry that I was unsatisfied with the way this situation is being handled. He didn't wait for me the night before so that I could start the police report, Dennis says the accident happened around 4:30pm but I didn't receive a call from Jerry until 6:30pm, or an update on the reprogramer for my key. I also didn't receive a update call on February 29th about the accident or key fob. Jerry lied and said that he waited around for me and when I called him a liar he began cursing at me and suggested that we "take things outside" I felt threatened, disrespected, challenged and confused. Firestone's employees never apologized for any inconvenience and left me feeling like they weren't responsible for my vehicle being damaged. I wasn't given any type of resolution for the situation. Dennis claimed to be a manager so I asked him what can be done about Jerry's behavior and I was told I have to call customer service and file a complaint. When I asked what can be down about my car being damaged I was told to speak with store manager Kevin Raetz who was not there. I left Firestone very disappointed, frustrated, angry, confused, and concerned about my safety. As the office and I walked back to my car I noticed Dennis, Jerry, and Albert laughing together and giving each other hi fives which made feel like they really didn't care. I called the Firestone consumer affairs department and filed a formal complaint, my claim number is 2797705. I also have 2 incident report numbers from the Orlando police in regards to my car and 1 incident report number for the threatening behavior I received from Jerry. On March 1st I received a call around 2:30pm from Dennis at Firestone. He informed me that because I submitted a claim with Firestone customer affairs, they will no longer work on my car. What a disappointing experience! I made a an appointment for noon, got there two minutes past and the place was packed. I understand that means my appointment will most likely run longer. I waited at the counter for seven minutes to be acknowledged and greeted, that sucks. I was quoted 30-40 minutes that the car would going into the dock. After an hour and twenty minutes, I gave up. This location was grossly overbooked. Cars that came in after me went on the loading dock before mine. This location is a mess and they obviously can't handle high volume of appointments. I won't come back to this location again. read more

This place has me 50/50. A few times I've gone with no problems, friendly service, and walk out with a smile and no problems. Other times I feel like I've been cheated because this person wants to help, but then that person isn't there that day, or they don't remember who it was that was feeling with me etc. My last experience with them will be just that, my last. Had them diagnose my ac and it needed at the time 800 $ repair. Came back a month later when I had the $ 800 and magically it then needed $ 1300 in repair..... I randomly chose to come here because I needed a tire with a nail in it replaced and I work close by. I am SO glad I choose this Firestone, I couldn't imagine better service. They were able to replace the tire the same day. In fact, I've been pricing new tires for the past month and I asked them for a quote, thinking it would be more then my previous mechanics, and it was the cheapest quote for a set of specific tires I wanted. All four tires were on within two hours. The service adviser who rang we up and gave me my keys back was also EXTREMELY helpful. Very honest about what I needed for my car, and what I really didn't need. I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything. I'll be coming back here for sure. If I could give zero stars I would. They are crooks! Rob meets you with this persona that they are your friends and they care about your car and your business. Then they tell me they can't do an oil change because my oil drain plug is stripped out. Well who was the last company to perform an oil change on my car? You guessed it... Firestone. So the mechanic the last time over tightened my plug must likely with an impact wrench. The mechanic shows me that he can tighten it and it still spins. So they tell me they can't do anything with the stripped plug and they need to replace the oil pan. I know cars, I've changed oil in vehicles my whole life. I only take it to a shop for the convenience. So I ask what they are going to charge for that. Rob, in a soft and friendly voice, tells me $700.... that's SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Parts and labor split in two amounts. Then tells me they did a free inspection on the car and found I need my brake rotors machined. That's another $250. He shows me a quote for over $1,000. I told him to take my car off of their lift. I then called my local Napa Auto Parts and found they sell oil pans for $135. Do the mechanics at Firestone make $200 an hour or something?! Why on earth would a company charge that amount!!? So I decide I will do the oil change myself. The second I place the socket on the bolt, the head sheers right off. Firestone tightened so hard they broke the bolt and now the rest is stuck in the oil pan drain. I was able to drill into it and use an easyout bit to extract the broken shaft of the bolt. I then replaced the bolt with a $6 one from Napa Auto Parts. (I told the guy behind the counter my story and he also called them crooks) Fit like a glove. Replaced the four quarts of oil and a new oil filter and my project cost me $30. THIRTY BUCKS! I saved $670 by doing it myself and not letting those crooks replace my entire oil pan for no reason. I can't stress enough how angry it makes me that these companies are ripping people off like this. I will NEVER go back to another auto care place other than a dealer service center. DON'T BECOME A VICTIM!!! read more

This place is unbelievable. I Came today for an appointment at 5pm to do an alignment and it was done wrong and my steering wheel was going to the left instead of straight. I came back and "Wesley" or his tag says "Wes" was super rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Well then I was told that it's going to wait an extra 30mins to it to be fixed the right way which it should have been right the first time around but no one knows how to do their jobs. Waiting an extra 1 and a half for it to get done again. Almost a 3 hour process for waiting for a simple alignment. A man named Manuel was working on my car and "dancing " at the same time. I didn't know dancing was part of your job?!? What an incredible inconvenience. Don't come here. They can't do shit right there!!!! read more

Take your car here if you want to pay $300+ on two hours worth of "wiring," that was apparently causing the car problems. 12 hrs later the car stopped working yet again, what's more frustrating is when you SPECIFICALLY ask for them to do another run through after they're done to make sure they actually fixed the issue. Needed alignment on special cal, Was told Reuben was their alignment guy and that he was the trainer and takes care of all other special cars. Sounded good to me. Cost me $150 on sale/special etc. for 4 wheel alihgnment with lifetime warranty. Have had multiple vehicles serviced and purchased tires with alignments since first time. Same guys working there are polite and do a good job. Highly recommended. read more

It's amazing how you get an email confirmation that your appointment confirmation was received at 9am. for an oil change at 1pm. and if any changes occur you would receive a phone call with any updates. Once my cousin reach for my appointment 10minutes before 1pm your going to call me advising that the appointment is not available due to understaff and that you just know received the request. That the only way for an oil change is to reschedule or leave the car. This should have been a phone call prior to 1pm. prior to me leaving my house. It's so unprofessional to be hung up on just because you disagree with the customer. Your site clearly states a phone call will be provided if anything is to change. Not that you will find out that the appointment is not set once you arrive. Such an inconvenience for a customer to waist their time and gas over something that could have been discussed prior to leaving the house. read more

Am happy with the four wheel alignment, and the tires were rebalanced, with enough air in each tire, so the tpms light is no longer on. The employees were very nice, and gave some advice about never put Fix-a-Flat or Slime Tire Sealant in a tire, as it can ruin the tpms sensor. read more

Very disappointing! I took my old car to be serviced and complained about smell from ac and all Tht they told me was that I shud keep the Air recirculate on! As if I didn't try Tht! My car still smelled bad.. They just give there own theories and don't listen to customer. Would not recommend it to anyone. read more
