Well yesterday I went to my appt for an alignment something I should have done when I replaced my tires recently. I had an amazing experience to be honest was so shocked by the honesty and service from Kaleb and the team at 83rd and lower buckeye rd. They took my car in reviewed it and came back to tell me that an alignment was not needed currently. Kaleb provided me with the diagnostics and explaining the current readings. Rarely do you get honesty with mechanics and shops especially as a female owner. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop for your needs. I will definitely be back again to service my vehicle. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom went when her car wouldn't turn on and they said it was the battery. They ended up blowing a fuse and saying it was her fault. It took 2 days for her to get her car back AND she got it back with two lights on (ABS & traction control) which weren't on in the first place. These guys are rookies. Two times in a row their service was disappointing. They are not there to help people they are there to make a sale. One time they left my vehicle overnight because an employee "forgot" to call me. They don't check tires even if you purchased tires from them. I'd expect if my tires say "Firestone" on them it'd be common practice to at least visually check them when working on the vehicle seeing as how it's a returning customer. They don't ask or inquire on the vehicle just say and charge for the highest priced service. They are not helpful. Ill take my business to Just Brakes down the street - at least they ask "why do you think that" when I ask for a specific service as opposed to just saying "ok" with no inquiries or questions. read more

Went in to replace bad tires that are bulging and the lady at the front inspected the issue and confirmed there was bulging but when talking to the mechanic she said she was lying and trying to just agree at first with customer and saying it's a balancing issue. I got my tire repaired back on May 27th. During this, I had to drive up with a spare. No complaints on the patch job.. fast forward to today, I got flat tire.. I opened my truck and no spare tire... I believe My techs name was Nate he came out to talk to me about any possible future repairs but wasn't to pressuring and was very welcoming ! I went to different Firestone location (51st Ave & Southern) to get new tires and an alignment this morning - that location was unable to do the alignment on my car. Furthermore, when I drove my car on the freeway it began to wobble so I brought my car back. They said they couldn't look at my car for nearly a week... So I called this location. They promptly offered to help. They were very courteous! They aligned my tires and explained what was causing the wobble I experienced. Fool me twice...shame on me. The first time I took my vehicle in, it took them 3 days to flush and replace my brake fluid, as well as replace one tire pressure sensor. Even though I had an appointment first thing in the morning. There was never any notice to me that my vehicle would be staying overnight, let alone 3 whole days. I had to Uber each day to and from work. Even though my sensor was replaced, my low tire pressure light stays illuminated, and I'm told to take it to the dealer cause they don't do electrical work. The second time I took my vehicle in, I had my check engine light looked at. My appointment was first thing in the morning again. I call around 3pm for an update and they said, "oh they're pulling your car in now". I call back at 5:45pm because they close at 6pm and I haven't heard anything. I was told to hold. 5:55pm rolls around and I gave up and decided to have my wife drive me over since I live half a mile away. I arrived at 6pm and everything is closed. I was never notified of any updates or that my vehicle would be held overnight AGAIN! So now I'm stuck taking an Uber to and from work once more. I never received a phone call the next day, so I decided to call myself and I was told that it's a problem they can't fix and my total for checking the engine light is still $100 even though they can't fix the problem. I could've taken my car to Auto Zone to have them check the Engine Light for FREE! So to sum it up, both experiences were TERRIBLE. No one ever calls me. No one ever updates me. They kept my vehicle both times overnight without informing me. And they charge me $100 for something they can't even fix. Awesome. For a "Complete Auto Care" company...there's sure a lot of things they can't seem to fix. read more

This place is a absolute joke of a Auto Care garage. I brought my truck here for an alignment after getting new Tie Rods installed. They had my truck on the lift for 3 hours. Then finally the manager tells me the new parts were installed incorrectly and manager's advice was to take my truck to the dealership. Manager told me his technicians that had 20 years of experience couldn't even figure it out. Feeling very discouraged I figured I would call another alignment shop and get it looked at. One hour later I go to a place called Master Alignment on 43rd Ave on McDowell Rd. The owner Tomas did the alignment in 25 minutes. He only charged me $50.00. My truck now has perfect alignment. Firestone did not charge me but the the price was going to be $89.99 Just 3 hours of a waste my time read more

Had a appointment at 8am to get my car checked for a coolant leak waited until 12 to call for a update just to get told my car hasnt been moved. So i then waited 2-3 more hours to get told i have no leak i then pick up my car and on my way home my car starts to overheat due to there being no coolant. read more

I went to the wrong location for my appointment but the manager was able to not only fit me in but also drive me home (the two miles) so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. They seemed joyful to be working there, even on the rainy day. read more

The guy says I don't have anything in the schedule and even if I did I wouldn't have had it at 6. Its only for an oil change btw. He then says oh we can put you back on the schedule. The employees here are unorganized. They also treat you like you're an idiot if they think you don't know anything about cars. Their service is just horrible they couldn't remove lug nuts from a tire they said had a special key to, I took it to a different shop and they got the job done with no issues and no special key. The first time I came into this firestone shop I asked them to run a full diagnostic and the guy at the register said it would be better to just run a specific diagnostic for one specific problem. I let him do the job and later still had a check engine light on if he would have done what I asked from the beginning instead of assuming I don't know my car or what's wrong with it I wouldn't have a damn check engine light today. Thanks to the blithering idiot that can't do a full diagnostic I have to pay more for my issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. read more

I had an appointment at 1:30 pm for an oil change. There was a long delay. They said that they were out of my oil filter and waiting for the part to be delivered. It was a Sunday. There is an O'Reilly Auto Parts next door. I could have bought a filter. My car was not done until 4 pm. Fast forward to three months later, I am at Jiffy Lube getting my oil change and they explained that the oil pan was put on incorrectly and it was clear that the last place that changed my oil had damaged the oil pan. I guess all of those hours of waiting was not for an oil "filter." Maybe they were trying to get a new oil pan or trying to get the old one back on or I don't know what. But, they were straight up dishonest about the situation. Do not ever go to this Firestone. It is going to cost me quite a lot to replace. read more

Months ago I would've given this place 5 stars. They started off with the best service and after a few months they try to Nickel and Dime you. Last oil check they said I needed to get my brake fluid exchanged. I called my reliable dealership back in Illinois and they said that should never need to be done unless the oil is contaminated. I am so glad I called and double checked with that dealership! Then, I get my oil done and now there is new things they wanted me to have fixed. Hoping I would be dumb enough to say yes, or they would've had more money out of my pocket. I told the gal at the desk "No, I have 2 year old tires and I will go somewhere else to double check." I thought this was a family owned place. Sounds like the owner needs to check in with his employees about honesty! Honesty is the best Policy! This place doesn't have it anymore. Brought my car in because I thought I needed new brakes and told them to just do them. He came back and told me it was the breaks and was something that just needed adjusting. My husband and I received five star service from Rick when we came for an emergency visit to fix my a/c during the 110 Phoenix heat. My husband was amazed. A week later I had to come back to finish it up. While I was waiting I overheard him treating another customer with the same service. Now I was amazed; he does this all the time! This is where I usually go for an oil change. Made my appointment online and Chris responded the same day. The time was confirmed the next day via email. I came in let the guy know I had a Groupon. He said "Ah man, we have a better deal now; before you buy a Groupon check the website for coupons first". I like the fact he was honest about it-I happened to check the website AFTER I bought the Groupon so I knew. He told me 45 minutes and they were done exactly 45 minutes later. The only up sell they did was air filter (which I did need) and it was only $7 more than Walmart. I declined because I was going to Walmart anyhow, might as well save the $7. I never have had a problem here and will be back. Everyone was friendly!! read more

Do NOT go here for anything. The person who I'm assuming is a manager is the worst. I ran over over thick gage wire in the adjoining parking lot and drove over to this place. I walk in and the "manager" is walking out with me hears my tire leaking air and decides to take a phone call. While I'm waiting and my tire is noticeably getting lower another worker pulls up and comes up and asks how he can help. He mentions he needs to pull my car in to the shop because you can't drive on a flat. This guy helps me out and says he can patch it. I walk back into the store front and the "manager" is on another call. Never even came out fully knowing if it went flat he would have to charge me more. After his call- he walks out to the shop and asks the guy working on my car why he's not working on another vehicle. - are you kidding me!!! So the manager says well this time we'll do it for free but it's usually $16.00 and he goes on about how busy they are. So I tell him I'll pay, because I need to be the bigger person. So when I go to pay he hands me a sign up for email address card I tell him I just want to pay, I'll never come back all that and he reply's with "if I pay in cash I won't get a receipt because I'm not in their system." - REALLY!!!!!!!! So I fill the Damn card out with fake information and pay. I ask him why he's mad that the guy was fixing my car and he replied he's not mad, I then go on to tell him that if I waited for him I would have needed to possibly get a rim and he's like yeah you can't drive on a flat. I paid for an expensive battery and they will not exchange it because my purchase history did not save in there system even though my name and vehicle is registered, they have no way of tracing my purchase I have only had the battery for less than 8 months. I will never purchase anything from this shop. Auto zone and o'Reillys actually save your purchase in there computer and can look it up. They need to fix this problem or update computer. read more

Rick made sure my car was serviced ASAP and he gave me advice to check the warranty on my tire to see if the place I bought it from would fix or replace it for free (it was). I send my wife in to see what it would cost for a nail removal and to see how fast it could be done . I called ahead and over the phone it was stated $14 so I said we will be there soon . she gets there ,she's greeted by the manager who says we will take care of it. The manager goes to talk to a guy name Christian who tries to sell my wife a new tire 5 mins pass and now it's 4 new tires. These people there had no idea that I was standing there listening to these guys up sale my wife. We got it taken care of by another place with no hassle. I took my sister's car here to get the AC fixed and they told be the compressor was broken and it would cost $650 to fix. They was a lot so I got the part myself and was paying a mechanic friend of mine to fix it. The compressor wasn't even broken. They tried to charge me $650 for a broken seal, gaskets & seals only cost a few bucks. Don't trust these guys. They lie and try to rip you off!! read more

I just wanted to let everyone know that FLETCHER'S Tire & Auto Service is the best place to get your car taken care of. Their technicians are very courteous and have a good customer service. I took my car in to get my cooling system checked cause it was over heating and when I got my car back I haven't had any problem since. I have been to this location before and yes it has been reviewed poorly; however, I took a chance given the location and online coupons. Needing my brakes looked at, I arrived at opening time on a Friday morning and was greeted with a friendly smile. Gave info to front office staff who assured me he would be able to help. The quotes on the repair work seemed high so did some online research on parts and cost factoring in of course time and labor. Made a call also to a mechanical friend who said was actually a great deal! They did the work and was able to accept the online coupon so reduced the overall cost. When I got my car back had dirty hand prints on the inside of vehicle but nothing that didn't just wipe right off and the hood of my car was not closed properly but I closed that right away too. Overall it was a great experience and they did a great job on fixing the issues!! So to those out there giving these hard working guys such bad reviews just remember to look at the overall experience and sit back to reflect on the whole experience! My husband and I bought new tires for his truck from Fletcher's at the beginning of this year and have gotten a substantial amount of work done on both of our cars in the past at a different location. He noticed a nail in his tire a few days ago and took it to be repaired this morning, along with getting an oil change. That was at 9 and although we did not make an appointment, my husband was told it would only take 2 hours. He called at 1:30, it wasn't done. He finally got a call at 4:45 saying that it was done. I was upset by this time so I called to ask about the warranty on our tires because that was really the only reason we had gone to Fletcher's this time (we bought them at a different location and had a similar issue, multiple times, with service taking all day even with an appointment). The guy I talked to said that our tires that we bought BRAND NEW did not have a mileage warranty, only roadside. And then told me that if we had made an appointment it would have taken a "guaranteed" hour but because they "worked it in" it took all day because they are short handed (an excuse they made previously when we got a repair done). No sense of responsibility, no apology, no customer service. Nothing, only excuses. We are never going back to any Fletcher's location as we have gone back a couple of time in hopes that the service would improve, and it did not. I would not EVER recommend them if you value your time and appreciate good customer service. read more
