You ever have an experience with someone that leaves you happy? Well that was my experience with Bellla at Valvoline Oil Change. They are the service manager, friendly and knowledgeable! Additionally, I called ahead to request services. Turns out their call center is in Tennessee. Even THAT guy, Jason, was helpful. I like new ness. This place looks like they've been open a week, it's pretty amazingly clean. I'm not gonna lie, I'm usually a dealership only kinda guy, but oil prices got me seeking value elsewhere. Insert Valvoline Oil Change. Not just an oil change anymore. I have a Honda and needed A125 (whatever that means). They can fix THAT. Anyways, yesterday on the way back from Tuscon with my wife and child the engine light started flashing and I was pretty sure the world was gonna end but I didn't stop, got home. The light went away this morning, but you know how a flashing light can leave you paralyzed. Anywho the guys said I did the right thing by not stopping in the middle of the desert and referred me to a mechanic if it keeps happening. I'm happy to come here again in the future. I was greeted promptly and asked what came in for. I had a great conversation while waiting in my car with the Manager Bella who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We recently visited this shop for the first time to get an oil change on our new truck. Brandon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, while Darius, the technician, was fast and efficient. Before starting the work, he thoroughly inspected the vehicle and explained everything to us (oil level, air filter, lights, etc...) showing honesty that they completed the work/what they would recommend to replace without forcing it on you. We were able to use a $25 coupon in the mail we received. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they even offered us water. I recently visited the 99th ave location on 7/1/26 and I was highly dissatisfied. It began with the employee asking me to get out of line to allow another customer to get serviced ahead of me. It wasn't so much of an ask, more so him telling me to move back to let another car in. That customer was in stall 3 and I was waiting in stall 2. I was there for an oil change and it wasn't completed properly. Staff did not check my tire pressure, lights, windshield wiper fluid, nor reset my mileage. I asked why those items weren't checked and employee stated that "you just wanted an oil change" which those items are normally included in an oil change. As I was still speaking, questioning why was my service was half done, employee cut me off. I've never been treated so poorly before and I don't appreciate that as a customer. Assuming the manager on duty was named Nathan, at least that's the name printed on his uniform, but I heard staff referring to him as Paul. There were no actions taken to rectify the situation, not even an apology. I will be following up with cooperate. That experience was very disappointing and quite frankly I'm disgusted. read more

I took my car this past Saturday for an oil change I was there probably 10 15 min I left the maintenance light came back on so I reset it not thinking anything of it it comes back on again so I call this company and they transfer to customer care the lady told me to take my car back to the location so I did once I am there the guy resets it and says oh I can't help you there's nothing I can do take your car to the dealer he could have at least checked it out you know so I said okay and left called my dealer made an appt for Monday I took my car in and I had to re do the oil change i had an engine leak they put in wrong oem filter so now I had to paid to get that fix and another oil change horrible horrible job they did now I reached out to customer care and send pictures and have not heard anything from there or manager from this location read more

I was hopeful for a stellar experience at this service center, and I'm disheartened that it fell short of expectations. Despite receiving a $25 coupon in the mail, I decided to give them a chance for my BMW's vehicle's maintenance needs due to their proximity to my home and the potential for long-term service for my other 5 company vehicles. Unfortunately, the oil change process was overshadowed by inefficiencies and a lack of transparency, which dampened my enthusiasm. Multiple technicians worked on my vehicle, yet none communicated with me about the "issues," leaving me feeling uninformed. Upon completion, I was informed that the drain pan was broken, allegedly due to the previous technician's error at my last oil change. When I requested to speak to the manager, she responded unprofessionally and dismissively, refusing to take responsibility for the damage, which was disconcerting. She claimed it was not her team's fault and refused to provide contact information for her superiors, insisting that she would handle it and that I had to deal with her, which added to my frustration. The entire ordeal took three hours, and I'm concerned about the conditions of my vechicle . Given the circumstances, I was told I need to take it elsewhere it's been "plugged "to get me home and the drain pan needs replaced. I believe the service center should rise to the challenge and take accountability for the repairs, turning this negative experience into a positive one. I advise others to seek alternative service providers if they value accountability, honesty and reliability, as the $25 coupon is not sufficient for the problems I've encountered. Notably, the manager was unfamiliar with checking the engine oil levels using the provided diagram and suggested that I take my vehicle elsewhere for further assessment and repairs, which was surprising. My vehicle has been driven for only 15 minutes, and oil is leaking rather fast causing me undue stress. The manager advised me not to drive it more than 15 miles and to have it repaired as soon as possible, which emphasizes the gravity of the situation. Her name is Isabella Moskos and should not be interacting with customers the way she talked and treated me is inappropriate. Dismissed me and told me to have BMW Handle it .
