Took my vehicle to this location for a oil change and tire rotation and after my car was done with…read morethe service..I drove away and noticed on dashboard it showed oil 100% and I figured after driving a bit it would go back to the normal way of showing dashboard and right before I arrived at home instead of it going back to the its normal dashboard display another thing comes up saying tire pressure (!) So then I thought to myself why would that now come up so I know it means that its either tires are low of air or it could mean a sensor so I decided to continue taking it for a drive and see what happens well I went to a tire shop to have them check the air and was told thst all tires had correct amt of air in them and was told that to drive it a couple miles and that tire pressure light should come off ..so I did and the light never did disappear so the next morning again I drove it a few miles to see if it goes off and didn't so I cslled midas back ..and spoke to Miguel and he told me to bring it back and he would check it ..so I did and he then said he checked air and tried to reset it and it dash light still didn't go away and then says to me that it could be sensor and it was already like that when I brought it in ...I then told him there's no way that was on when I brought it in.. Then I said i know it it was never on when I brought it in and he says yes it was I sent you the diagnosed results and that's why I'm showing the picture of the inspection they done and there it shows that there's no problems with dashboard lights it came back with a green check mark ..so I then left and decided to call back to tell him he was wrong about that but the technician brad that serviced my vehicle answered phone and I spoke to him about it and I mentioned it to him and he said no that I was wrong and that tire pressure light was already on when I know that I never ever had that displayed on my dash iand said it was maybe a sensor then I told him well maybe when you rotated tires maybe you touched the sensor then because I know my vehicle and inspection you fine shows green check mark then he tells me maybe its my battery ..I couldn't believe the things he was telling me and I did tell him here I brought my vehicle paid to get it service and leave with another issue that I didn't have before bringing it to midas when I could have taken it back to dealership being I still have a few free oil changes but no instead I bring it to midas and now have to deal with this and then he started to get rude with me and told me well go take it to dealership then ..I didn't think I would get that kind of attitude that really showed me that he has no customer service skills whatsoever very rude wrong person to have as a employee ..so I left and ended up going to a different location and thst gentleman was very polite and definetly knew wat he was talking about and also he completed the job that technician Bradley had no knowledge of doing after telling me it was sensor and then maybe my battery seriously if he knew his job bring a mechanic he would have known that 2018 Honda CR-V don't have sensors so he needs to ho back to school on being a mechanic and training on how to treat customers very very rude ..and therefore I would never go back to that location ..and Miguel also was wrong to say that I brought my vehicle with dashlight already being like that when the inspection they done it passed so he was definetly wrong and him knowing I called to speak to him leaving a message with bradley so called technician to call me back he never done so.so they don't know how to make customer happy going against me when there test proved themselves wrong ...customer service training needed seriously ..

After doing my oil change, Chris comes out and says there was a problem, the threads for the drain plug in the oil pan are stripped. It's gonna be $900 (part and labor) to fix it. Excuse me- this store has done my last 3-4 oil changes and no one ever mentioned an issue with stripped plug threads. If it's stripped, it was their tech that did it. You know how hard it is to strip that?? In all my many decades driving I've never had that happen. Because it's always due to a tech who was careless or didn't know what they were doing. I had to push back respectfully and say hold up, you guys do my oil changes. There are other things that can be done - and whatever is done, you guys would be covering the cost. Chris said he'd research and get back to me. Unacceptable, guys. I'd like to hear from the store manager. I'm going on a road trip in December- this needs to be fixed.

Eventually, we were towed to Goodyear as the closest repair shop on a Saturday. We were told they would look at the car on Sunday and call us with a report; so we took an uber home. We called midday on Sunday and they had not look at the car yet - yikes- but once we had sorted out the commitments made on Saturday; Dallas stepped in, they took a look at the car and ordered the part from a nearby dealer with a commit of fixing on Monday. We were able to pick up the car around 2:30p on Monday and so far, it's working just fine! About $1,300 of work- so fingers crossed we are all set.

I told them please rotate tires because I will be getting an alignment at a place that accommodate this size truck. When I picked up my the tires were not rotated. ( I marked the tires with white chalk) The tires then were rotated. Second chance: 2006 PU that only gets used about 6K mi. per year and is garage kept Again the tires were not rotated I was told because the tires were almost 8yrs.old ( They are less than 6 yrs.) when I called them out they were willing to do the rotation. It was late and i was tired to wait. Last chance: 2006 Toyota Tires were not rotated! I was told they needed replacing soon.( Tire depth on my paper work on all 4 reads 4/32.) I am not satisfied with the service I received. When I initially took my vehicle to you on December 4th, my check engine light was on and my radiator fluid was leaking. I advised I only wanted the issue that led to my check engine light and leak to be fixed because that's all I could afford at the time. I was told it was the cause was the Intake Manifold Gasket. The total came to $5005.22 I got a call saying my vehicle was ready and I picked it up on December 17th (8 days after drop-off). I was told to check engine light was still on and they're not sure why, but they drove the car and everything is fine. I drove my car to enterprise to drop my rental back off and then to the grocery store. While on the freeway, to the grocery store, the car shut off. The coolant and engine overheating warming lights came on. (The issue I just paid $5005.02). I called your shop twice and no answer and then I sent an email. December 18th I received a call back and was advised they will come to my house and pick my truck back up. Two men came and picked my truck up. I got a call December 19th. Stating it was now the heat module management/unit that needed to be replaced which came out to another $1078.54. My car was picked up December 18. I did not receive my car back until January 7th. I was told twice before this date that I was going to get my car back. I ended up having to spend $726 for a rental car. My issue is I had to pay $2000 just to get my car taken apart and I wanted whatever the major issue was to be fixed. According to you, it was the intake manifold gasket, nothing else. The fact that I paid $2000 and the heat module management/unit was not identified as needing to be fixed/replaced, I feel like I got extorted. My car was not a priority even after I said I had a rental car, my car was at your shop for 23 days in total. January 7th, 2026 I picked my car up and I have been doing minimal driving. January 10th the check engine light is back on again. (The issue I just paid a total of $6083.56). Not including rental cars charges of $726. At this point I do not want to take my truck back because it is apparent and I mean no disrespect that your shop does not know how to fix my vehicle. I would like some of my money back.
