Noticed the scratches later that day and went in the next day and as I was explaining what happened all the technicians tried to gaslight me there weren't scratches. Called customer support which was an absolute nightmare, they would have me on hold for 30 minutes and when they'd answer and I'd explain what happened they'd have to send me to a different line in which I'd have to wait 30 minutes again. First thing I did was hand them my phone to see what tires and what price I was quoted. The first thing out of the dudes mouth was well that's plus the tax! I knew it was gonna go down hill from there. Then he says he doesn't have them in stock! Then tried to get me to buy tires that were $200 more than what I was quoted! Total BS. I should have read their ratings before I went there. What a waste of my time and gas. I will NEVER recommend them.
