A terrific, friendly, patient and very professional young lady. My first exposure to this store was she, and that was a very encouraging start. When I went for the appointment, I found the store spotless, to include the very well organized shop area. The gentleman handling my appointment was Gerry...a friend whom I'd never met! Great guy! As with Gabby, he was patient, knowledgeable , efficient, friendly and welcoming. My mechanic was Ezikeal...yet again, professional and efficient. He did a great job! This is my absolute go-to shop, now. They didn't up-sell me. They knew what they were doing and how to do it. I was very happy with the cost, and very much felt that I got my money's worth and then some. How often are you actually pleased to pay a mechanic's bill? I was - at the Daytona Beach Pep Boys! Little did they know that we had just done work on the vehicle and there were no leaks anywhere! To be completely certain, after leaving we took the car to another shop and they found no leaks! To add insult to injury, they said our tires couldn't be rotated because they are too worn, except that the tires are only 9 months old and the car is driven less than 300 miles per month. I called the office, Denise answered and I explained that I was not able to come back today due to the time of day and being far away. I told her that the next morning my wife had cancer treatment scheduled. Denise said come in when you can. Tuesday afternoon I took the car back. It was after 3 o'clock, Denise said there was not enough time to evaluate the car and fix before closing and asked me please bring it back in the morning. She asked me to be there at 7:30am when the owner John would be there. I agreed and showed up Wednesday morning at 7:30. I meet John no small talk, no asking what I did to the car, just professionalism and calm, and he just asked for the key and as soon as he had evaluated it he would tell me. He said the compressor had failed. By 11:00am it was fixed, a new compressor installed at no cost to me. While I was very stressed out, they were calm and always told me they would fix it and they did. These people are trustworthy and honest. They stand behind their work.
