My boyfriend ordered tires online and then had them shipped to this location (cheaper route). I arrived for my appointment, had to pay for labor and was out within 2 hours - the projected time. After my appt, they gave me a diagnostic report of my car that highlighted some recommended services. They didn't upsell anything, just told me to read it... two weeks later, my dashboard light came on and I needed some coolant flush something and came back with open arms. This place is neat, accommodated with a TV area and seats. When you call, they're always polite and when you ask a million questions they patiently answer with a smile. They say you don't need an appointment when you need a service, but if they're busy (unpredictable), they won't accept you (gotta love that honesty), so ALWAYS call for an appointment so you have priority. I'm not too familiar with cars or car service, so I give 4 stars for their customer service, final product, and cleanliness of shop. read more

The person who rang me up, his name was Brandon or Brenden was extremely rude. I was disappointed because I saw a girl next to me and the employee who worked with her was extremely nice. My car battery died and I was distraught Bc I was supposed to pick up my sister from school and the mechanic Rainer picked up on that and he assured me the whole time. Rainer was great and very friendly. However, Brandon was rude. He didn't even tell me what was being done to my car he just gave me a price and he didn't even tell me if my car battery was being replaced or not (I had to ask him myself) it was like all he cared about was the sale and not about customer service which is ironic considering he is the face of Firestone, as in he is the first person I check in with at this establishment. For example, When he told me I would need my windshield wipers and tires replaced...I asked him how long I have to do that and he gave me attitude as he said "depends how much you use it" and I asked him as in how many more months or miles and he said "probably the next time it rains" and I was confused by his response as I was still asking about the tires. Another example was when I was asking him about the causes/signs of my battery dying, how I can prevent it in the future, and tips of jumping my car. When I asked about the order of the red and black clips, he curtly said "it doesn't matter." I felt like he didn't address my questions in a respectful or professional way. I understand it was a Monday and nobody likes working on a Monday but it's not my fault my car battery decided to spontaneously die on a Monday. I was planning on driving home from SD and this battery incident prevented me from going home to LA on time so I was very stressed out by that. Unfortunately, Brandon's lack of professionalism in such a stressful situation for me did not alleviate any of my worries or provide any assurance. Just called and spoke with Rudy (if that's even his his name). Horrible phone customer service. He seemed to want to turn me away at every question. Simply did not want to do his job. I called before driving in, and asked if they would be able to help me with a tire purchase. I have after market rims with a bigger rim size and do not know what size I may put on the vehicle. HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT So I just wanted to give an update on the status of my Jeep and my challenges with the mechanics " Firestone Tires Fashion Valley" Quite a few of you folks have been asking for updates and I did not want to post anything until there was a resolution. I am happy to inform you I picked up my jeep last night and so far all is well. After all the drama and social media backlash with the Firestone Fasion Valley location. I was contacted by Farzan the San Diego district manager , he was genuinely upset " not fake outsourced social media manager upset" about the situation I was put in and offerd to take care of what ever still needed to be fixed at the Jeep dealership. He also offered to pay for my rental car which wound up to be another 9 days. He then said he was going to make some radical changes at that particular store and from the tone of his voice I don't think that was an idle promise. So it took another 9 days to figure out what the issue was with my Jeep and wound up the be several more thousand dollars which Farzan picked up the entire bill. Also during the course of the entire 9 days Farzan either called or texted me at least twice a day to give me an update and to check if all was OK on my end. He even called to check in on me in the middle of a court case. So I have to give HUGE Kudo's to Farzan and Firestone's corporate management team for taking an apparently unsalvageable mess and turning it into the best possible outcome for their customer. As Farzan kept telling me . " I just want to to what ever it takes to turn you into a customer for life" and he did exactly that. He turned the situation from the last mechanic on earth I would give my business, to a Firestone evangelist. I would LOVE to give the office-staff a full five stars , but the service technicians fucked it up for everyone. I went here because I had a slow leak that had suddenly become a not-so-slow leak. And I had a screw in another tire. After a three hour wait, they said they were able to fix the tire with the screw, but not the other one because it was a BENT WHEEL that was causing the leak, not the tire. They said the tire itself was fine. At this point I asked them how if the wheel is bent, it would go from a slow leak to a rapid leak and was told "I don't know what to tell ya, but you are gonna have to do some internet research and find a new wheel." Fan-fucking-tastic: Good thing I am made of money! So they air up the leak, charge me an ass-rape price of $37 dollars to plug the other tire (a patch is usually better), and I am on my way home to research a new wheel. After some research, I came across Velvet Touch Wheel Repair, who kick ass. Yup! Apparently in So-Cal, you can have wheels repaired and do not always have to replace them. We are not in Wisconsin anymore, Toto! So the wheel repair people come pick up my wheel, and call the next day to inform me that the TIRE is the problem, not so much the wheel, although there is a small bend in the wheel. Meanwhile I am paying $40 per day for a rental car because according to the people at Firestone, my car is too low to put a spare on. This may or may not be true, or they may have just been too lazy to put on the spare. Anyway, I get the small bend repaired, and when the kick-ass wheel repair people come to deliver my tire/wheel, they point out where the leak is coming from. The sidewall of my tire has a HUGE crack all the way around the inside of the tire. You would have to be BLIND to NOT see this crack. Apparently the service technician working at Firestone is in fact blind. Or too lazy to actually do his damn job. Which reminds me, I was also supposed to get all my fluids topped off with the over-priced repair, and they didn't do that either. Fabulous. They also didn't bother to balance the tire tire they did fix, so upon reaching speeds of 45 or more I thought my fucking car was going to rattle to pieces. Thanks again Firestone. You're real fucking swell. So after paying for a rental car, repairing a wheel that didn't need (immediate) repair, going elsewhere to get my tire balanced because I don't trust Firestone enough to return to there, missing out on a day of work, and then finally buying a tire elsewhere, what could have been a $100 fix, turned into a $500 dollar fix. Might be in the best interest of Firestone to actually remove and test a leak, as they coulda sold me a tire and saved me a lot of money and hell of a lot of headache. This is my 3rd time going to this Firestone and will be my last as the previous two were bad experiences as well. My morning started at their Pacific Beach location where the tech told me my tire needed replacement since the puncture in it was not fixable...fine give me a new tire, "Oh sorry sir we don't have that tire anymore, it has been discontinued, but our location in Fashion Valley does" Fine I'll go to that one. Fast forward, I get to the FV location and have now wasted about 2 hours of my morning. As I get there, there is no one at the front and when the guy finally sees me he gives me a silent index finger as to say "One minute", 20 minutes later Farzan finally comes out and asks me what the problem is, I tell him I need a new tire and without saying another word to me he motions towards the outside as to go take a look. We get outside and he is just doing his own inspections and not paying any attention to me or talking to me at all. He was clearly in a bad mood and taking it out on me for no reason. He walks me back into the store and asks for my info, after aggressively typing in the info he doesn't say anything, just asks for my signature. He did not talk to me about tire options, about pro-rating my other tire, about how long it would take, nor did he tell me if he was going to call me or not. I had to ask him all of these routine questions. He was very rude and made me angry. Two hours later (to change one tire) I get a call from one of their Jr. Staff who was clearly new who tells me my car is done. When I got to the store he kept picking up the never-ending ringing phone and kept putting people on hold. Clearly he was not trained well. He did not go over any of my paperwork with me and was just trying to get me out of the store so he can move on to his next task. It took me 4 hours total and $75 later to replace a damn tire. After they put my tire on, my alignment is all jacked up and now I have to go fix it somewhere else. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION unless you've got all day and want to experience bad customer service and bad repairs. My wheel was scratched and dirty from mishandling. One of the worst services I have ever had and I will NOT be coming back as well as telling everyone else to not make the same mistake I made. read more

I got a flat shortly after I moved here in 2006. So I headed to Firestone, because I recognized the name. The service was good, and relatively quick. Overall, no complaints. A few weeks ago, my coworkers told me that my tires were beyond hazardous. Bald. I was a tragic accident waiting to happen. Well, awesome, guys, thanks for putting THAT imagery in my head. Since I'm heading on a little road trip soon, I figured that now was as good a time as any. I did some research here on Yelp, and found that most of the tire places were no name shops, that had an equal amount of excellent and atrocious ratings. Well, damn, THAT doesn't help. So I went back to Firestone - a name that I know. The service was friendly, and the various types of tires were explained to me. I most likely got overcharged for being a *girl* (just under $700 was my total - 4 tires, installation and all that good stuff), but then again, I've never had to buy 4 tires at once, let alone for an SUV, so I'm not entirely sure. They told me that my car would be ready at about 10:30 - it was ready at 10:45 or so. Again, overall, no complaints. I think I may have been there the same morning at Adam S. who reviewed here. Some guy was pissed off and ripping the staff a new one. Those of us sitting in the waiting area were feeling a bit awkward. So, the downside is that I get the feeling that I paid too much. The upside is that I received excellent, timely service, and the store is a name I know and feel that I can trust. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I came in for routine maintenance on my car and they ended up breaking a part and couldn't replace the part because they didn't have it. I had to wait until the next day for them to TRY to get the part from the dealer.. and even then, they couldn't guarantee that I would have my car the next day. They told me the piece that broke was "rusty." My car is 2010, how can it be rusty!? They showed me the part that broke... Where is the rust he's talking about??? I didn't see anything! Then the associate had the nerve to tell me that I wouldn't have to pay for the broken part so I "shouldn't worry about it." OF COURSE I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT! They were the ones who broke the part, they need to pay for it! I am sure as hell not paying for it. When I asked the associate "How am I supposed to get home or go to work without my car?" He said "I don't know" and refused to give me a rental car. He didn't even offer to call a taxi for me! I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to give me the information for the manager and he stated he was the guy in charge for the day. I'm sure there has to be manager available on-call if something like this happens. I am going to make it a point to tell everyone I know not to take their cars here. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I didn't get off til 5:30, so I told them I would be in then. I walk up at 5:30 and my truck is barely up in the lift. Really?? So I go sit down and wait about 20 minutes and they finally finish. Really??? Four and a half hours to do a fucking oil change??? My 13 year old sister can do an oil change faster than that. Hell, I could do an oil change with my eyes closed faster than that. I've had nothing but good experiences at Firestones. This is no different. Having to stop in last second on a Friday night just before they close isn't fun. My brand new tire was leaking air and this was the nearest car shop to me. Stopped in after work. The wait time was expected considering I had no appointment. After snacking on their vending machine food (good selection might I add) an hour and a half later they confirmed my tire had no damage but was set incorrectly by the last shop to do the tires. They were professional and friendly and most of all fixed the problem. It also didn't cost much thankfully. Big ups to Firestone. I'm definitely coming here again soon! read more

These guys totally tried to take advantage of me because I am a girl. I recently had my car checked by the mechanic I usually go to and everything was good except they recommended I get new rear tires. So, I go to Firestone the next week to get tires. They tell me that I need an alignment and a 60,000 mile tune up. I explain that I purchased my car certified used only 10,000 miles ago and everything is running great. They tell me that I should get the tune up anyway. I say no thank you. They tell me I need an alignment. I told them that my car is running completely straight and my mechanic just checked it out last week. They gave me grief about it so I said to just change the tires. I go pick up my car after they try to upsell me $825 more of services and there is grease everywhere. They were so pissed that I didn't go for the upsells that they didn't even bother to wipe up the grease that is now all over my car. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

DANGEROUS!!!! UNTRAINED! UNSAFE! I've had two experiences with two different Firestone stores, with UNSAFE, DANGEROUS results. The San Diego County Firestone Regional Managers should close EVERY STORE IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY. UNSAFE! DANGEROUS! UNTRAINED TECHNICIANS! I returned to a Firestone Service Center after they wrongly aligned my truck. I called for an appointment. They said it would take 45-minutes to 1 hours to re-align my truck's front end. 3 HOURS LATER THEY STILL WEREN'T DONE!! With 3 technicians standing around doing nothing, and a service manager more interested in performing oil changes than finishing my truck, I politely requested my truck returned immediately. They said "10 more minutes, and it's done." 25 minutes later I finally got my truck back...MISS-ALIGNED!!! IT WAS STILL F*&^KED UP! I went home, took two crescent wrenches and a paint pen, and 15 minutes later the alignment was done right ... BY ME!!! I had to fix their mistakes, and I'm not a certified mechanic. Took my company vehicle here to get a new battery and I didn't have an appointment. Came in just after lunch on a Thursday and Justin had me in and out of there in less than 90 minutes. Shop was clean, cost for the battery/core exchange/install/tax was reasonable, customer service was spot on, Firestone has been there at that location since I've been a teenager and I'm in my late 40's... Firestone must be doing something right to be in a prime location like Fashion Valley for such a long time. Go see the guys down there at Firestone for all your automotive needs! read more

(If you don't want the long story, scroll down to short story) LONG STORY I've been going to Firestone in Fashion Valley Mall for a few years, mainly for the occasional oil change/tire rotation but sometimes for other services as well. I keep going back because the prices are competitive and staff are friendly. Recently my car was due for an oil change plus it was completely out of windshield wiper fluid, so I called them up, checked availability and made an appointment for last weekend. When I phoned in my appointment I specifically said--even though I was certain they would check--to be sure to add windshield wiper fluid. I again reiterated this when I turned up for my appointment (you can probably see where this is going). Anyway, I turned in my keys, told them I'd be back in three hours, then headed out to enjoy lunch and a movie at the mall. I returned as promised three-plus hours later and my car was still not finished. Not a big deal--I get it--but a little annoying. I was also presented with a list of recommended services that summed about $2000. My car is 6 years old but it's running great and it just seemed a bit excessive. Of course on the recommendations was new tires: I'm going to a tire store for an oil change after all. Another recommendation was lifetime tire rotation for $200. It's a great deal and pays for itself after three tire rotations. Wait don't I have this already? I ask him to check the file: I ALREADY HAVE IT. Why the hell didn't he check this before trying to sell it to me? Would he have charged me for it again anyway? I declined the recommendations stating that I needed to think about them, paid for the oil change only and drove home. As I pulled into my garage, I had a doubt and thought to test the windshield wiper fluid--NOTHING. SHORT STORY After my experience, I have a bad taste in my mouth: selling me things I already have makes me feel as though they'd likely sell me things I don't even need. Plus, not doing everything I asked for and that they promised!? Downright unacceptable. They get two stars because I will most likely return for oil changes but for oil changes only. read more

There were only 2 people working in the entire store which meant it took a lot longer than it should have. I heard a couple people complain about the length of wait time for a simple service. I felt obligated to write a review since they have such a bad rating here but do not deserve it. I called on a Tuesday evening to make an appointment for the next morning with ease. When I arrived on Wednesday, Cory checked in me, looked at my car and had it on it's way for the service - I was getting four new tires and an oil change. He told me the total of the service before starting (even already had the $10 off oil change coupon that I had mentioned the night before taken off the price), I had told him I needed to be somewhere by 1:00pm, he told me it would be done before noon, and I was out the door within 15mins. Cory gave me a call about my battery not passing the maintenance test and suggested getting a new battery. I told him that I would hold off because my car was still under warranty and would have the dealership check it out. He didn't try to push the sale, and told me my car was ready at 11:30am. The next day, I took my car to the dealership, had them check the battery, and as Cory had said, it did not pass the maintenance check. My car was still under warranty, so I didn't have any issues getting a new battery. Overall, good experience for reasonable price. Great customer service. read more

My dad was very impressed with Firestone when he went to another location. He suggested I go to Firestone for a tire alignment. I called, and checked about making an appointment or not. The man who answered said there would be plenty of availability, and to come on in whenever. When I got there, of course, there was a 1 and 1/2 wait. I patiently waited for them to align my tires. They found that I needed new rear shocks, but they had to order them. I said ok, place the order. The man assured me the shocks would be delivered the next day. The next day, I left work, and headed to Firestone to get my shocks replaced. I got there, and the shocks weren't delivered. I was immediately frustrated. Why hadn't the man/manager called to tell me they weren't delivered so I didn't have to waste my time. The man said they would be delivered the next day for sure. The next day, I decided to call at the end of the day to see if the shocks were really delivered. They weren't. Thank God I thought to call ahead, and ask. The following day, I called again to see if the shocks were delivered, they were, but they close early on Wednesday. Geez, once again, Thank God I called as opposed to driving to Firestone. Thursday, I head to Firestone after work, and I get there at 5:30. The man proceeds to tell me he can't get my car in. I absolutely lost it. I told him I was completely frustrated, and that I don't want the shocks anymore. I told him to send them back, and I'll go somewhere else. He apologized, and talked to his manager, and was able to fit my car in. My shocks were replaced, and everything has been fine, but I will never recommend this Firestone. I needed service on my service van, so I looked up Firestone locations as that's who my company uses. I was greeted with a smile. The young man was very nice, well trained, and truly cared about my issues. My service van needed additional work, so he came over and thuroughly explained to me what needed to be done and why. Used to come here all the time because it was conveniently placed in the Fashion Valley shopping center. So I'd leave the car to get serviced and go shopping while I waited. Plus I got their lifetime alignment deal, so free alignment always has me coming back. After shopping around for other shops, I quickly realized how expensive this place is. I'm a huge fan of Bridgestone tires, but I'll be getting them from another source. Abd also, I always have to have them clean the crud off my steering wheel from the mechanics who handle my car and don't wash their hands. And if he's busy w/ another vehicle I have to wait for that particular mechanic. I end up cleaning it off myself most times. This most recent service was the last straw though. After having them do a clutch, I found out from another shop I do my oil changes at, later that week, that some parts were missing from under my car. A few bolts holding my engine mount and a dust shield for my flywheel were no where to be found. I'm pretty understanding that "things happen," but the manager used the lousy excuse that they can't be held responsible for anything missing on my car if another shop had touched it. Mind you, I brought it back to them no more than 4 days after the clutch job. After arguing with him for half an hour, he asked me to leave. 3 days later I get a call from him telling me to bring the car in so they can install the parts free of charge. In all, it was 15 bucks worth of parts. Bad customer service is to be blamed. But from what I hear, Firestone is infamous for this. Every time I've visited the shop, there was always a new Store Manager. Sounds and looks like they simply don't invest in their employees, let alone their customers. read more

This is truly the best Firestone that I've ever been to. Everyone I have encountered here has been extremely nice, and professional, and things are done right the first time. Shout out to Farzan, Shelton/Sheldon/Sherman (I can't remember his name - sorry) and Kevin for being genuinely nice, and for making me and my husband laugh, and here's a HUGE THANKS for not trying to upsell us a bunch of corny shit that I would have rudely declined.... home girl don't play that. On my first visit to this location, I dropped off my car for an oil change and not only was it was super quick and painless, it only cost about $20 (thank you online coupons!!). When I came to pick up my car I was told that I should start considering new tires (but my tires were still under warranty, so I opted to just use the warranty for the new tires now, instead of paying more for new tires down the road). I received an estimate, and made an appointment for the following Saturday. On my second visit, I was told my car would be ready in about two hours, and imagine my surprise when an hour and a half goes by & BOOM! My car is already done. My time is worth the world to me right now, so I was blown away when something finally took less time than I had originally anticipated. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend this particular Firestone location, and have nothing but positive things to say about the people that I interacted with, and the service that I received. BAIT AND SWITCH I had tires shipped to this location and made an 8 AM appointment to have them installed. After checking in, I was told to expect the job to be done by 930 AM. Maybe a little long for 4 tires to be removed and put back on but what are you gonna do. At 922, AN HOUR AND 22 MINUTES into the apt, a guy comes out and tells me theres a problem. I expected it to be some sort of upsell for a "dirty" AC filter or something. He says "We don't have your tires." Excuse me? How the hell are you going to let me sit in a waiting room for AN HOUR AND 22 minutes when you don't have my tires?!?! Then he tells me that he can replace the custom tires that I had done my research on with........you guessed it.......FIRESTONE tires. I called and set an appointment and the person was polite and helpful over the phone and although the price range was very large I had a good idea of what I was looking at cost wise from the good to the bad. I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted by a nice man named John, he was very polite and explained what to expect and that he would call me between 12-12:30. ** Note he did ask if I wanted the additional car inspection for $20, when I said no thank you he did not ask again, points for respecting my answer. Received a call at 12:15 with the brake inspection results a cost and a call back time an 1-2 hours later. Like clock work John called, to give me my update and pick up time. When I picked up my car Lupita helped me out, she explained the work that had been done and the recommended work to be done. I never felt pressured or being sold to. I started coming here about 1.5 years ago because my last mechanic suddenly turned awful. I have been extremely satisfied with the service. This most recent time, Cory greeted me in the lobby, and was very courteous. Mathew Farwell was my mechanic, and he was super efficient. DON'T GO HERE! I've given Firestone in Fashion Valley the benefit of the doubt TOO MANY times. I've had a complete brake job (front/rear) on my Infinity FX SUV - and came back to complain of a horrific squeal 6 DIFFERENT TIMES in 1 year! The last time I brought my car in, I had experienced a grinding sound and decreased stopping power with my 2 month old newly done brakes!!! Since initially having my brakes serviced, they have had to re-do the service on my car 2 more times, including replacement of the rotors due to a missing screw (something they messed up on the last time)!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Unfortunately, they are really, really nice - this is why people, like me, feel safe bringing your car here - too bad the service on my vehicle was no where near safe. I will be asking for a complete refund for brakes that were done, and bringing my car somewhere else, since every time I stop, the treacherous squealing is a painful reminder of how terrible Firestone truly is. read more

Best automobile service I've received in a very long time. I've had really terrible experience with this company from Texas and I decided to give it a try due to its close proximity to my house. I was late for my appointment but the service adviser- Gilbert, got my car in the shop as soon as I parked. The technician, Thomas, finished the work in record time and also offered helpful advice. Quality service all around. I feel weird writing anything good about Firestone because they've hurt me before but this actually happened. I only got my alignments done, so I can't speak for other services in this location (hence the 4 stars). Might be a winner though... We'll see. read more

Wow. Normally I wait until the last minute for an oil change because good and fast service is so hard to come by! I'm very busy and work 7 days a week so taking the time out of my busy schedule for something like an oil change is like pulling teeth for me. I drove past this place on the way to work and I had a minute and stopped. I was shocked by the excellent level of service I received by the entire team here! I cannot thank them enough for making this a pleasant experience and for getting me in and out as soon as possible while still making me feel like a valuable customer. Even the manager took a minute out of his busy Saturday when everyone is trying to get their cars serviced to ask me how my day was and do a little consulting on the new tires I am looking to buy in the next couple months. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We took our car in to replace one of the tires and do a routine maintenance, and i ended up paying $999 because they broke a hose going to the radiator. They claimed its rusty and they are not gonna pay for it!!! I call it bullshit. Not only its a rip off! Why are you messing with our radiator anyway if you are only doing my tires?! I really needed my car thats why i just paid for the damn damage that they did. I will never take my car in here even if its close to work! DON'T GO THERE!!! It used to be a great place but now they are way too slow and they want you to buy body parts that you don't even need. A couple weeks ago I went there and they took 5 hours to rotate the tires of my car. They also said I needed new brakes but I didn't have more time to waste so I decided to leave and having them change in some other place. The gentleman in this new shop told me that my breaks were fine and that I don't need to replace them in a year or so. This shop is completely incompetent in every aspect....They may have one A.S.E. certified mechanic while the rest are laborer's....I would never return to a firestone again if I hadn't purchased the lifetime alignment. I had alignment done at this fashion valley store and as I drove off I knew it wasn't right...took it back and the the guy I test drove wi th had an attitude the entire time wouldn't even drive himself..I then took it to the pacific beach firestone ..They told me my alignment was 15 times,settings,or degrees off, I don't remember which.... fashion valley firestone is terrible...save yourself the hassle go elsewhere... read more

Drove into Fashion Valley to take my wife to Nordstroms of course. I noticed my rear tire was losing air so I stopped in to see if I could get it checked out. The place was not too busy. I asked to see what it would take and how long would it take to get this checked out. The guy behind the counter asked me a series of questions like how old my car was where did I purchase the tires, was it at another Firestone. He asked me about the other vehicles on my account which came up after I gave him my phone number. He even went out to the car turned it on and checked out the odometer! What pray tell does this have to do with one tire losing air? He told me that it would take around two hours and cost me $31 to get the tire repaired and if they could not safely fix it they would not put it back on. But that luckily they had a matching tire in inventory but it would cost me around $160 plus some other fees. Where is Discount Tires when you need them they do it all for free no questions asked. I said no. He did offer free air if I pulled up to one of the bays so I did, but no one seemed to care about helping me so I limped away with my low tire and called Triple A I had my spare switched out and went to PF Changs for a drink. It seems obvious to me that these guys behind the counter are salespeople with no thought or care for anyone else but their bottom line. Sad that they do not adopt better policies. read more
