    Where shall I begin I hope you have time because you can't make this stuff up lol it all started over a week ago I have the privilege of having a great job, with a few perks. One which includes tire and automotive program. I order tires from my employer they reach out to the approved tire location and I only pay for installation out of pocket. I happen to pick this location since I am familiar. They reach out to "Eddie" he says ok he ordered these special Tesla tires I only needed 3. I received a confirmation email from my employer to call "Eddie" schedule an installation appointment. I was already advised the tires would arrive on 3/21by my employer. I spoke to Eddie he didn't know what I was talking about when I called. I gave him the "run down" my employee called you to order tires about 5 min ago sent over a fax told me to call you to set up an installation appointment. That quick he forgot who or what I was talking about. I was advised to come in after 10am to get them on 3/21. Didn't even ask for my phone number or name or what tires I was referring to which I thought was weird so I told him first name and all that jazz. On 3/20 I spoke to Sergio asked did the tires show up a day early by any chance he said what tires I told him my info. He said oh no call after 1pm. He calls me back 30 seconds later and says. Did you even order the correct tires I said what do you mean he said these tires sound like they're wrong I said no they're correct and I repeated them he said oh yea that's correct. Ok that's strange but still no tires. Next day around 8 am I get a flat tire on the tire that needed replacing badly! They happen to call and say oh your tires are here I said great can I drop my car off they say sure not they but Eddie you can I said great let me call a tow truck. His response yea we will lock it up and work on it tomorrow. Me huh?!? To change tires he said well yea I'm short staffed on Thursdays I thought but you told me I could bring it on today anyways. Fast forward I get it changed elsewhere paying for a brand new tire costing me a couple hundred when I already had tires sitting somewhere. Not to mention the tire shop had to order it so I had to wait all day for it to come no big deal at least they took care of me. I call Eddie and say I will be there after 11 am 3/22 Sergio picks up says perfect! I said ok what is the install price for two tires Eddie knows I don't need to put on 3 anymore but I will take my 3rd one with me. Him 9.17 I said that's cheap $9.17 cents he said oh no 900$ and 17 cents I said I think you're mistaken I will not pay that to put on tires that's too much $. He said oh no that's the total even for the tires. Me: we talked about this my employer paid for the tires he said well it's 72$ for install me for 2 tires hmmm. I get there I print out all my paperwork from my employer and guess what two brains functioning as one decided to talk to me like an idiot in the lobby in front of other guest how I didn't pay for the tires and we (them) didn't get anything, these aren't paid for, who told you that? No one paid I didn't get any $ me: here's the confirmation you have the same stated they're paid for. Him that's not true it wasn't so much Sergio but Eddie. im a woman in a tire shop around men looking crazy. Eddie didnt even try to look at the ph # i pointed out to call on the paperwork. NO type of resolution just blame and you're not taking anything from here. The fact that I spoke to them THREE days in a ROW and they had time to figure it out and did nothing instead decided to be nasty when I got there was mind boggling GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRES! Oh and I drove from Chino since my job could only confirm this raggedy location was the only ones that offered it within a 30 mile radius. Eddie is unprofessional did not remember talking to VCS or receiving the order form. So who ordered the tires it wasn't me lmao. I only scheduled the appointment sir make it make sense.

    I called and immediately got a person on the phone who helped with my service request. The job was performed as promised and no other questions asked. It was a simple tire plug but it was treated as any other bigger value job. Satisfied with the results.

    I was in town and on my way to host a baby shower when I got a flat. I had a car full of perishables. I walked in and talked to Michael and explained the situation. Michael was able to get his mechanics on the job ASAP. He was friendly, patient and understanding. Michael's service was superior. Firestone is really lucky to have an employee like him. Truly enjoys his job and is good at customer service.

    Just to let you know anytime I go to orange county something devastating happened to my car. The last time I went there the whole time I was complaining about the roads being so bad . Little did I know it wasn't the road . It was my my 17-year-old tire . Now first let's commend me for being able to have a tire that 17 years old ! I know marriages that are shorter than that. Somehow I was able to take my car everywhere I need to go with a 17-year-old tire . Everywhere except Irvine. Orange county what tires go to die. Exiting the freeway after noticing something sticking out of my back tire making loud sound . Waze sent me to #BigO. Tire shop. Customer service there sucked or maybe he was just too busy. Either way what he did do for us was send us on our way to #FireStoneTireSantaAnna. Thank God we made it !Manager was so amazing and friendly they took care of it right away. Let me turn into the tire store into a beauty counter ;)I let them know we had a baptism to get to and they made sure we were not late. Coffee water and just the comfort of somebody being helpful and really nice was everything

    Horrible experience. Don't bother making an appointment, they don't check those. You kinda get the sense they just wanna make a quick buck.

    Hello everybody. This is a PSA to anyone thinking about coming here…read more This guy has an absolute lack of honesty and carelessness attitude towards his work. I had taken in my 2014 Lexus ES350 for a simple drain and fill. For context the vehicle has 130k miles and has had this service done 2 times and this was third. Vehicle has been maintained very well right. I had noticed the process was absurdly fast. I asked if he did all leveling procedures and ensure it was done the proper way. He assured me he tried and he's done this before by skipping these steps and it would make no difference. Keep in mind ive done this 2 other times and it can only be considered done with proper leveling. Anyways, I immediately notice super harsh shifting, erratic gear selecting, and a terrible jerk in the transmission. I had again called him and asked if he did the leveling procedure and if it was done correctly his response disregarded the need for a proper level because "this was his way of doing it". So I brought it to him to drive the vehicle, he had stated in verbatim "man these cars are terrible " "the transmission are known to go out by 60k & 80k miles" "yours is most likely on its way out". "It's the clutches not the fluid" "I am fairly experienced with this car and the and U660E. What he stated was absurd but there is always a possibility. So I took the car to the dealer for a mature vehicle inspection FROM LEXUS. my report had said the transmission was overfilled and would be 390$ to completely redo the service. I finally took action and had called to drain the excess fluid with a diagnostic tool and proper leveling procedure BUT BEFORE I NEEDED TO CONFIRM. I called the guy and asked if the leveling procedure was done and he said yes but it's not necessary. I finally got over the lying and mentioned I'd taken it to the dealer and they had mentioned it being overfilled and I said I don't want a fight I just need to know my next steps on how to solve this issue and I need honesty to correct whatever had been done. He finally admitted to having skipped the leveling procedure. Here is a picture of the amount of excess fluid. Absolutely terrible lack of honesty and complete carelessness in his service as a simple but tedious step which could have been avoided caused me to waste time and have to replace the fluid.
