    This is the second time that I have been to this Firestone for tire work. I interacted with both Josh and Christian and both of them were absolutely professional, fair, and delivered my vehicle sooner than I even needed it. My vehicle is a sprinter van that is large and a bit awkward to work on, but they handled it better than an RV repair service would have. I have already recommended this specific Firestone to several friends.

    Paid $750 for them to damage my car. So I brought in my 99 Cadillac DeVille to be serviced for a starter electrical problem. They assured me that they had an electrical expert and then it would cost $110 just to make a diagnostic. I was OK with this as I was forewarned by my tow truck driver that Place charges dealership prices. He recommended me bringing my car to a AAA certified mechanic in Burbank but my car had broken down just down the road from Firestone so I decided to just make it easy on myself. Boy, do I wish that I listened to my tow truck driver. They called me a few days later letting me know that they had to do some work on it. He told me it would be 500 and then a few seconds later he said 650 and then he said 750. For the life of me, I can't understand why he didn't just tell me what the price was and he kept raising it over the phone call. It was extremely confusing. So I show up when it's finally ready and it's been raining for a few hours. I see that my driver side window has been down the entire time and rain has flooded all over my power window buttons. I let the guy know, he goes outside and wipes down the panel and raises the window, but the damage has already been done and now I'm having issues with my power windows. So he charges me the money, I grab the keys, and go out to the car. I discovered that my car antenna has been snapped completely off and now I can't even receive half of the radio stations in Los Angeles that I was receiving perfectly clear no matter where I was in the city. Then on the front right of my car, the turn signal light has been completely popped out and is hanging by a wire. I have to tape it back on and the light no longer works. I bring in the car the very next day and talk to the manager, Greg. I let him know what's going on and he immediately tries to work on the car, but he can't really do much. He was very helpful and I don't mean to take out anything on him because as soon as I let him know, he tried his best to help me. That being said, I have never felt so wronged by a mechanic in my life. I have problems with my power windows. My front light doesn't work and my antenna is completely snapped off. Overall, may be the worst mechanic experience I've ever had. I feel like I paid somebody to damage my car. Overall, I'm going to have to not recommend.

    at first I wasn't sure if Greg deserves the Managers Award display I saw, but I went in at the appointed time yesterday for an Oil Change, slightly displeased after I was told that they're running behind and a longer wait anticipated. Then Greg voluntarily forfeited his lunch(?) and hash out the oil change so I'd not be stranded there till Sundown, Amene brother.

    A little more expensive than your regular paisa shops but they were helpful, fast, and very accommodating

    Stay away. Greg, store manager, is not helpful at all. Greg will recommend unnecessary repairs to make your total cost higher.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
