I got a nail in my tire just two blocks away from them, thought it would be a quick fix. After waiting for over an hour, I was told my tires were too bald ( not true) for the repair. Mind you I had a vehicle inspection at my dealer two weeks prior and they said my tires were still in good condition. They would be the first ones to recommend Tires if they were showing major signs of wear. They knew I was desperate, I was late picking up my child from practice and it was getting dark, I wasnt just going to roll out of there on the flat. They said they did not want to be liable in case something happens to that tire due to it being bald. ( there should be waivers for this) I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of being a female. The technician came out with a quote for a full set of tires, $1500. Something I never asked for. I simply wanted a Repair and was forced to buy a brand new tire.
