So I paid for their mistake, which I was still fine with. Then when they put it on, they said the sensor was supposed to automatically be detected by my car after I drove it for 5 miles or so. Then after two weeks my TPMS warning was still on so it didn't solve the problem. I took it back today to ask them if there was any way to fix it. Kevin was not there, but the manager was and he was a total dick to put it lightly. Basically told me I ordered the wrong sensor (again the one that THEY broke), and when I asked if he could help me find a new one or come up with a solution he basically blew me off. Don't know the guys name, but I've been a bartender and in the service industry my whole life, and his attitude was terrible and clearly didn't give a fuck about my problem, again that they caused. They replaced all four spark plugs, ignition coils, and a solenoid. The cost was over $1500. Four months later, my check engine light starts flashing and my car starts shaking on the highway. Immediately pull over and have to pay $200+ to tow it to my normal mechanic. When my mechanic took a look he immediately said that one of my ignition coils has gone bad because the person who recently replaced my spark plugs replaced them with cheap ones that aren't compatible with my vehicle. Due to this mistake, I am now out almost an extra $1000. My boyfriend went and spoke with the manager who was defensive and not helpful. Looks like I'll just stick to my normal mechanic from now on.

That explanation came across as dismissive and condescending. It is difficult not to feel that women are being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services at this location. To make matters worse, one of my family members was sent away during a snowstorm with the remaining two tires underinflated. She then had to stop at Royal Farms down the street and pay to inflate them herself. That is unarcentable and uinsafe. My concern is simple: customers -- particularly women -- should not feel taken advantage of or pressured into expensive repairs without clear, transparent justification. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend closely observing the work being done and asking detailed questions before approving additional services. Then the other guy chimed in and accused me of interrupting him. Honestly, gentlemen, I asked myself, "Is it worth it to schedule an appointment with you, if I know it's going to be you calling me to tell me any additional work that may need to be done? Do I trust the two of you?" The answer in that split-second moment was no. The arrogance, sarcasm, and belittling behavior by this pair made me realize I wouldn't trust these two to be the communicators of my mechanic shop. It was easy to make an online appointment for an oil change and tire purchase (they were having a sale on tires and you know I love discounts!). I made the appointment then arranged to drop my vehicle and have a family member pick me up. Low and behold, I get a text the night before saying they moved my appointment. Okay, see how this could have been better? I called and changed the time to my convenience, not theirs. I dropped the car off with explicit instructions that I was buying two new tires, I wanted them put on the front of the car , leaving the back tires alone because they are newer tires than what were being replaced on the front. When I left, things were clear. My car was ready in a few hours (getting better now) and I picked it up. Assuming everything was done as instructed and expected, I paid and drove off (my bad, fist to chest two times). It was only after getting home that I did a double take. I got two new tires alright. They were on the back of the car. This meant my oldest tires were still on the front, and my back tires (newer and meant to be left alone) were gone. Heart sank, sigh............I called and was told to bring it back in. I did so and they got it on the rack immediately and made things right (working our way up to good now). When I say made things right, I mean they REALLY did. They gave me two more new tires and put them in the front as originally requested. It was a costly mistake for them, but by making things right earned my respect. Excellent customer service and accommodation by Derek. He really stepped up to the plate on this one.
