Don't go here. If I could leave zero starts I would, went here last week for a slow leak in tire. They told me my tires were dry rotted and I needed to replace all my tires or I would get onto the highway and my tire would pop off. I left and went to the place I originally purchased my tires from and a dealership and they told me my tires are completely fine. They were just trying to sell me tires by lying. read more

Service took longer than they estimated, but I'd rather have my tires changed correctly than fast. I appreciate that they have WiFi. They are a tire shop and try to be mechanics, They are not good at either. They did more damage to my car than fixing it. I had to bring him back six times within a month and they charged me almost every time for their own mistakes. They wasted so much of my time and now I have to go to another shop and pay more to fix their mistakes. They did not properly install a stem value onto two of my tires. When I took my car back to have them fix it they only corrected one and I had to take it back again. In the process of putting on a new tire, they did not balance it and my tyrod got damaged. They charge me for that as well. When installing a control arm, they damaged the ball joint in my car, which is now going to cost me more money. Please no one make this mistake of going to this location. I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB. This place needs to be shut down immediately. read more

Don't go here. They ordered an entirely incorrect tire for me and refused to acknowledge that it was their mistake. The female manager was extremely snarky with me the whole time too. When I'm ready to drop over 350$ for a tire, it better be what I ordered. I wasted 1.5 hours at this place and left empty handed. They had the nerve to try to upsell me on ordering another tire for my car, which only would involve another trip back, appt time, and added fees. Got a new set of tires last week. I came back today because I was having some issues with 2 of the new tires losing pressure. They quickly were able to find that there was an issue with the valve stems on the tires and replaced them for me. NTB was not helpful. Called for a battery replacement, and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. Left it for an hour to receive a call later that they did not have have the battery. I had asked if they had it and they said yes initially. Essentially wasted my time and said I could commute to pick up the battery at another NTB location. Overall poor customer service experience, and won't be recommending this place to people who may be seeking car services-- especially since car issues can be stressful. read more

This place takes forever to wait for a car alignment even though you have appointment with them (2hours - 3 hours waiting). If you have tires changed here, it comes with lifetime tires rotations and balance. I didn't know about that until today when I tried to get my car alignment done. The guy at front desk even didn't care when I walked in (he was standing outside smoking and let me waiting at the waiting room). So I waited for another guy came up to take me. He asked why I'm here. I told him that I have appointment, then he asked what do I need. I had appointment and everything was written on the appointment and he was too lazy to check. I told him that I need car alignment. He asked me why do I think I need one. I bought the alignment package here and I can use it whenever I want and whenever I thought I need it. I told him that the car shaking on high speed. He asked if I ever do rotation and balance, I said I don't remember and no one ever mention this to me whenever I came to get alignment. He told me that no one will mention it (do rotation and balance) to customer unless the customer asks for it. I found out that whenever you have a tire replacement with them, you re having free rotation and balance on your tire life. Keep it in mind. I do not like the way of their customer service today and they always try to make money on me whenever I bring the car there. If you know how to fix your car or you have a trust mechanic, it will cost you cheaper than here that way. I feel like they try to take advantage of female customers. I surely got my car part's one side replacement 2 months ago and now they told me that I need both sides (instead of 1 side) replacement. Please be aware of this situation. read more

I was dealing with a slow leaky tire and decided to check out my local NTB. I've gone to other locations and had not had the best experience before. However, this location on York Rd is great. Their customer service is welcoming and friendly, their service techs treated my vehicle well, their lobby area is clean and pleasant, and I was out in no time! They also have free WiFi. I recommend calling ahead, if you're able to, to schedule an appointment. They welcome walk-ins also. Will definitely be back next time I need a repair! read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I absolutely would. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an auto repair shop. Recently I got an oil change and was told to come in the back to look at some service concerns . [[HIGHLIGHT]]While in the back I was disrespected and belittled about the condition of my vehicle specifically the brakes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was actually told I should know better. The brakes and rotors had been damage and apparently the brakes had been installed incorrectly. But low and behold I had to inform them the brakes had been installed by this NTB location 7-8 months ago. Apparently the rotors now needed to be replaced but this was not something that was mentioned at the previous visit that should have been addressed. I was told the rotors not being replaced is what damaged the brakes and caused them to need to be replaced again so early even though I was told that the brakes initially weren't installed correctly to begin with. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to talk to multiple people to get this issue resolved and yes I had to kick out more money.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All that to say I wouldn't recommend this place if my car was on fire on the front door step. Never going here again, they replaced my brakes with cheap parts and I had to get them replaced 6 months later. Not only that, but they put something on wrong and cross threaded the wheel so I had to pay even more to correct the damage they did. Terrible customer service too. read more

I am forced to give a 1 star review but if I'm being completely honest I would give them a -10. They charged me 670 for my rotors and brake pads. The parts only costed 220, but somehow the labor costed 450. They only spent two hours on my car which is absolutely crazy and disgusting to charge that much. I would not recommend going to them. Based on the reviews from a year ago, this place seems to have gone downhill since. It's woefully understaffed, and the staff they do have are not very friendly or welcoming. Twice I tried taking my car hoping to get a simple oil change, and both times I and several other people waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the front desk. Someone finally showed up, and when he did, he acted like he was doing us a favor by showing up. The other people waiting had appointments, and were told they would have to wait a while to even get seen. What's the point of making an appointment?? Very sneaky pricing too. I'd been looking for a good deal on tires for Black Friday. They had a Buy Two, Get Two free deal on the ones that I happened to be looking for. But what they don't say is that there's a bunch of extra fees and warranties that they make you pay for if you want the deal. In the end, it actually turned out to be about $100 more expensive than the other place I was looking at. With so many options to get work done on my car, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time. Set an appointment online and was early. Last time I was at NTB I got tires. My TPM light came on and they couldn't turn it off. They told me to come back when I was in the area again but it was out of my way. I learned to live with it. Figured I'd mention it while I was there today - they said the new management would have to investigate my 'claim' and get back to me. OK. Then when I asked about them looking at my car because I thought the alternator was draining the battery they said they don't do that there. ??? But you let me make an online appointment for it? That would have been helpful! He offered to call around to see if any other NTB store could take care of me but I chose to go somewhere else. I've been going to NTB for years. We dropped off our car for a slow leak in one tire. Not only could they not locate the problem (Firestone later found a nail in that tire), but also they also did not return our wheel lock key so we had to buy a new one for Firestone to fix the issue. AVOID. read more

This place used to be OK at best, but now it is horrible. They should really drive to any of the other competitors in the area and see how it is done. To start, they're not good at customer service. In an attempt to get a flat fixed, I stopped in the store 3 times. (Drop off car, pick up when tire is out of stock, drop off again when told to but tire still wasn't in stock). During those three times no one was ever waiting at the front. I had to just wait until someone came out to help me. My experience with NTB vs their competitor: NTB: ==Friday == AM - Show up with flat, told can be ready by 3pm PM - Told tire has to be ordered, pick up car, told it will be in Monday ==Monday== AM - Call to make sure it is in, was told they'll call me back in a few minutes PM - Had to call back since I didn't hear back, was told tire didn't come, but I can drop it off tomorrow ==Tuesday== AM - Drop off car, store manager says tire won't come until tomorrow, he'll call me to confirm today so I know if I should drop off car PM - No call from store manager ==Wednesday== AM - Call saying tire is in stock and to stop by Competitor: Front desk always staffed, always greeted by my name Tuesday - AM - Call to inquire on status, was told they'll call me right back. This place is amazing! I got myself into some big trouble one night. I was on call and I was out running a quick errand when I realized a huge bolt was stuck in my tire!! I knew if I didn't get it fixed I would have a completely flat tire. I called NTB an hour before closing and they said they could help me out. I got my car there and they were waiting for me! It took 30 minutes to fix and luckily I did not need a new tire!! All of this was the week before Christmas too. It was a stressful situation and they were there when I needed it! read more

Do not take your car here! This place has always had issues. Most of the times I've come are for oil changes/tire rotations. They screw you on the wheel alignment. I only go here because it's close to my job, but honestly, there are a few other places I should be looking, because it is not worth it. They wasted several hours of time when I had an appointment, and then the Assistant Manager (one of the people at the front counter) did not realize my issue would require an actual mechanic. He did not communicate with his other associate while I was the only person waiting in the store, except about their personal lives. They did not care about my time or my car. I asked about the wait time, after waiting for two hours (my car didn't move, they did not give me a wait time in the first place, just said it would be a while), and that is when the Asst. Mgr. said he didn't know anything about it. Instead, at that point, he wanted me to reschedule for tomorrow. My car is having a mechanical issue, and they want me out here driving it around. I had stopped coming here for a while until it turned into NTB. It was a Merchant's. I had a major issue on the highway 7 years ago, after having some work done here in examining the front end undercarriage. My wheel came off at highway speed after bouncing several times. Nobody killed, my car was not damaged, thankfully. Tire came off at highway speed, slid to shoulder. Semi destroyed my wheel that came off.... took the rim back to the store and showed them and warned them to be careful. They've always had problems here, I don't know if it's just the location. One of the fastest, nicest and expected service I ever had. I made an online appointment for a battery. The next day (day of appointment), I received a call to clarify what my appointment was for to ensure the right people were there to help me. I arrived 30 min early by accident (traffic was actually not terrible) and they immediately started to get me set up to get my battery replacement. The actual replacement itself took less than 30 minutes. Probably the most straightforward and easy battery replacement I've had. Very pleased with my experience there. read more

One associate apologized and stated it was a faulty tire but then another associate stated it was my fault that I ran over something and made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor giving me another tire.
