Thanks to a giant pothole, I found myself needing a new tire. I had gotten my current set of tires from Firestone so I headed to this location to see what my option were. They helped me get a new tire, called the store I had originally purchased the tires from, and found I had purchased road hazard coverage, making the new tire almost free. The only downside to my experience was having to wait while they went to a different location to get the tire as this one didn't have it in stock. read more

infuriating experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires swapped out for my summer tires. I dropped off the vehicle a day early (confirmed permission to do so) and took a $47 Lyft to the airport. I returned a full day after my scheduled appointment to found no one even touched the car or bothered to call me. this after having spent another $45 to take yet another Lyft back to get my vehicle. A mealy mouthed apology is what I got from the clueless guy at the store. Do yourself a favor and go to Tires Plus right down the street. read more

I needed to get all four tires replaced for my mini van and Firestone did not disappoint! The staff made sure I was going to purchase the right size tires and were very helpful. They let you wait in the lobby while your tires get replaced and all the employees were wearing masks which Is nice during these COVID times. We took our SUV in last weekend for a nail in the tire. After having the car a few hours we got a call that the tire could not be repaired. We declined the services for a new $300 tire and decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. We assumed that the tire was in the back of the car since the spare was in its place, only the rim was. So they decided to keep our original tire since it was "junk". We went back to pick it up and took it to Tires Plus where they told us there was no repair to be done because the nail had not penetrated thru the tire. First, don't keep my property. If I refuse a service, such as a tire repair, don't assume you don't have to return it to me. Also, either the mechanics are incompetent of doing their job or the place is dishonest. We've trusted them in the past with services, but after this I don't plan on going back for anything. read more

Avoid at all costs! Rude service and incompetence run rampant at this place. Came in because I had to jump my vehicle times on several occasions in the past week. They ran the battery test and said it needed a new battery but "not bad enough according to Fleet Vehicle agreement." Without even calling to describe the situation they simply said to call customer service to try to get them to authorize. Every other mechanic would have called, gotten authorization and installed the new battery. Lazy, rude and incompetent are the three words to describe the service I received here. read more

Ive had 2 problems with them. First off about 3 years ago I had an air conditioning problem. Firestone said that my compressor was bad and need a new air conditioning unit about $600 bucks. Took it for a second opinion, the new place added freon and informed me that their were A/C parts just laying on my skid plate and I was lucky I didn't loose them. Cost $45. So after a couple years I decided to give them another shot. Brought car in for oil change and I was informed that my brakes were bad. New ones are $775. The back pads were worn off 90% and fronts about 80%. Ok, didn't have the money at that time so I brought back about 3 weeks later. Now I was informed that one of my back breaks were worn 90% and the other back break worn off 40%. and both fronts were worn off 70%. I asked how this could be possible (gaining brake pad on the back) he informed me that the first time I was quoted, that the "oil tech" checked the breaks and this time the "Master Mechanic" checked them. Ok flashbacks. Took my car for second opinion and was informed that my front breaks are worn 70% and the back are worn 50%. Avoid at ALL costs, unless your a stock holder and want to boost their bottomline. RIPOFF ARTISTS read more

I am 71 and found my guys years ago when i moved into the area. Michael has been there for years , and he even grew up in a house right down the street . Fast, Accurate work. New battery in my wife's car in 20 minutes. Dodge hid it behind the front tire. They gave me and my teenage daughter a pair of safety glasses to go out in the shop to see it for ourselves. Very professional. Very clean customer area up front. I have always liked Firestone and in my recent visit I have liked them even more. This is what happened I took my jeep to dealer for oil change and also I told them to check for the rubbing noise when turning. Dealer as a courtesy they checked the alignment, inspection and also washed my Jeep and told me that I have alignment problem and also need rear brakes done and quoted around $400.00 with 20,000 miles warranty and other than that the Jeep is in great condition. As a second opinion on the quote I went to Firestone as I need to get alignment fixed as I have life time alignment with them. Firestone quoted me $230.00 with life time warranty on the breaks and free alignment. After 30 min I got a call from Firestone saying that my sub frame is cracked and I was stunned as that was the last thing I would expect to happen and odd thing is that I was at a Jeep dealer who couldn't identify the issue. Firestone took the pictures of the cracked frame and emailed me and after couple hrs they put a new rear brakes on and told me to get the frame fixed so they can work on alignment. Also they were really concerned about me driving as a safety precaution. Leaving the Jeep issues a side when I went to drop my Jeep off they have offered me free ride as I live down the street. read more
