Friendly and fast service. Got my tires changed in less than an hour. They also had affordable prices.

Fast efficient service even though I did not not have an appointment. They were friendly and helped me out of a tight spot.

Called them, they looked up my account and had the new tire on order and my appointment set within minutes. 250 dollar tire, plus mount and balance for a 17 dollar tire insurance renewal. With my second set the tires I wanted were discontinuted. They notified me pretty early in the process and I was able to keep my original appointment time. The substitute were a bit more expensive but they extended a rebate to me to help offset the cost. I actually recommend these guys to anybody who needs a tire shop. They'll take care of you.

Drove down an hour to their location for a rotation and they refused to rotate the tires because the front tires had too much wear on the inside for their liking. That's literally the point of rotating your tires to try to maximize their life and get them to wear more evenly. The tires were well under the 70,000 mile mark and that was dismissed too as being "mechanical wear" so it wasn't covered. Duh. All tire wear is mechanical. So no tire rotation and no warranty coverage. I've bought several sets of tires here and always had a good experience until I actually needed some service, then I just got a smiley refusal. Done with Discount Tire. Might as well just buy the cheapest price from any installer if there's no service after the sale.

I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

I can't say enough good things about Jason at Discount Tire in Brookfield, WI. We had a tire issue…read morewhile traveling and called to ask about a possible warranty claim on tires we had purchased from another Discount Tire location. Even though the tires weren't purchased from his store, Jason went above and beyond to help. He took the time to explain options, offered several possible solutions, and was genuinely committed to finding a way to help. He was even willing to coordinate with the original store if needed. Ultimately, the situation was resolved differently by the location where we purchased the tires, but that doesn't diminish the outstanding service Jason provided. His professionalism, customer service, and genuine desire to help left a lasting impression. He treated us with kindness, respect, and honesty throughout the entire process. If he were closer than four hours away, I wouldn't hesitate to buy all of my tires from him. Discount Tire is fortunate to have an employee like Jason representing the company.

So yesterday afternoon, I started hearing a weird tire noise on my left front tire, but had no idea where to go (I'm newish to the area). Google search found me Discount Tires on Bluemound, close to me. No appt., I just walked in, and they got me right in. Explained my tires were nearing their 10 year lifespan (who knew? i didn't realize this was a thing), and the tread was starting to separate on my left front tire. Yikes. So I went ahead and sprung for 2 new front tires. I wasn't happy at all about this surprise expenditure, but it was better than a blowout at 60 mph on 94, thank you Jesus! Jumped back in the car, and before I was even out of the parking lot, that weird sound was STILL THERE! What the heck? ‍ Went back in, had them check again; it was actually my left REAR tire, which had a huge BOLT wedged into it (THANKS A LOT, Waukesha construction zones)! Why this wasn't seen earlier at DT, I don't know, but it is what it is. The hole was too large for a patch, so they gave me a 'gently used' closely matching tire. AT NO CHARGE. As a woman who knows little to nothing about vehicles, so is at the mercy of those who DO know about such things, I almost cried. THESE are the kind of places - and people - that we need more of because they are so desperately needed. People are tired of being scammed. The front of the DT shop was clean and tidy, the guys in the back of the shop were highly efficient (and even that part of the shop was very tidy as well). I never met Bruce Halle, DT's founder, but his amazing business model and values lives on in his employees! I know where I WILL be going when it's time to replace my 2 rear tires! Thanks Chris, Niko and team!
