I knew my air filter was old, and they opened it up and checked it. [Yuck.] I needed maintenance, so I agreed to replace it. Then, my radiator fluid was in the red. (and also the green. Both readings on the fluid test they showed me were bad.) Then, they told me my brakes needed new pads, which I am grateful for: I wore them down to rotors before and it cost four times as much. But then they asked me to look at something. They found worse. Brakes I had gotten repaired on my car years ago by the dealer, with new rotors, weren't working. My driver rear brake caliper was broken and today was the day I found out thanks to them. If I used only three out of four brakes, I might have spun in a sudden stop, or worse. Praise be to God that I went to this Jiffy Lube. The work of the technicians here, Dennis, Nate, Roland, and Abraham, save lives.
