I got a flat tire while at the Canaveral Seashore so out of desperation I ended up at Tires Plus n Titusville. My tire had separated so I bought a new tire. Not once did the technician suggest that I buy TWO tires to balance everything out. I drove back to Winter Park with one new tire and a really noisy, horrible drive back! My car kept pulling to the right, too, every time I took my hands off the steering wheel. Roll the tape forward to the next day and I stopped at the Firestone on 17-92 near my house. My dilemma with being really unhappy with my experience at Tires Plus in Titusville was not Firestone in Winter Parks "problem" BUT Taylor McNees, the Manager of Tire Sales came to my rescue! After LISTENING to my story and frustration with my new tire and how my car drove, he assured me that I actually bought a really good tire and that I would "love" my new tires when I got 3 more to match because my current tires were worn.. He also showed me the wear pattern on my old tires and why they were pulling to the right. I want Firestone CORPORATE to know what a gem they have in Taylor. I am in the hospitality industry and I know how important good customer service is. Taylor exemplifies the importance of customer satisfaction and I really appreciated it. Not a single employee was wearing a mask, even though they are required in my county and a sign on the door said masks were required in the store. There were no social distancing guidelines to follow, and the ship disregarded everything the CDC has said. Additionally, it took them an hour and a half for an oil change. read more

Scheduled a 9 am oil change. 30 mins later still hasn't even been taken back. I asked for my keys back and don't even get an apology for wasting my time. I've been to firestones before and by far this is the worst. I've called in one other time asking if they could change a bulb for me since a previous Firestone has... they rudely told me no. read more

I worked with Wayne, he took the time to check the air in all four times after my TPMS light came on and troubleshoot with me when the air was filled properly. When I asked what I owed him he said "a handshake and a smile." Hope to not have car issues in the future but if I do I'll have no trouble coming back to see Wayne and his team. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here a few days ago to see if my tire could be patched. I received a phone call saying it was not patchable and that I would need a new tire. I was also told I needed new front brakes, a new battery, and that my side headlights were out. I declined to get anything else done besides the tire replacement. When I came to pick up my car and attempted to leave the parking lot, my car wouldn't start. (My car has never had any battery issues- not once has it not started). I called the store and spoke with the salesman Randy and explained that I had just gotten my tire fixed and now my car won't start. He said "I told you your battery was low, it's going to keep happening. Do you want to buy a new battery? Or do you want a jump?" I was shocked and said "no I just want a jump, this has never happened before- my car has never had issues starting, what a coincidence!" He begrudgingly came to jump my car. I haven't had issues since. I don't believe this is a trustworthy store- they just want to break your bank. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. read more

Great Customer Service!! I blew a tire Thursday before hurricane Mathew. When they reopened on Saturday I called and placed the order for my tire. Within a couple hours the tire arrived. Wayne and his crew had the tire changed, balanced, and alignment done all in about 45 minutes! Since the tire was new my car pulled to the right, they rotated them for me to help alleviate the problem. The time associated with this visit was a huge life saver as my family was still without power in Port Orange since 9:30pm Thursday night. I needed to get out there to deliver a generator, and they were a point with how quickly they got me in and out. Thanks Firestone!! read more

Absolute disaster! While visiting Orlando, I took my car in for a slow leak tire which they said they could repair when I called ahead (but that was sight unseen). They determined a previous repair had failed and a new similar tire was purchased. I figured as long as you have the car and up on a rack, go ahead and change the oil. Big Mistake! The technician replaced the drain plug with a different plug (a clear mistake on a German engineered auto) the plug he used was too large and caused oil to leak. They also stripped the threads out making the correct plug unusable. Mistake cost me $1,103.00 to have repaired by dealership. I am furious over the $1100 completely unnecessary expense solely due to human error at Firestone. If they had admitted their mistake, we could have found or ordered a $15.00 replacement plug and avoided this complete disaster. Shame on this store for not being forthcoming and honest with a customer. read more

This place is great! I got 2 new tires and an oil change for under $250. Amazing! I waited an hour but it wasn't a bad wait. They have a tv and magazines and don't care if you change the channel. They checked my alignment for free and when they got the report that it was off they offered me a great deal by opening a firestone card. It wasn't good timing for me so I turned it down and that was the end of the credit card conversation...what a relief! I am so glad they weren't pushy and understood I didn't have the funds. They checked other points on my car and let me know price ranges on everything that needed to be fixed, once again not being pushy at all. I love this place! This Firestone has been a go-to for all my car needs, it has been so close to my home I often don't think of anywhere else. Recently I stopped in for some work on my brakes, and Rami talked me all the way through the process. I usually get Wes or Randy, but Rami was just as great! He was patient and kind and kept me updated the whole day. I would highly recommend this Firestone, they've helped out many of my friends quickly and calmly too. I won't take my car anywhere else. These guys are always so friendly and polite. I brought in my car for an oil change and I was out within the hour. Be careful - I had a GREAT experience here once but NOT last night and will NEVER go there again. I called to let them know that all I needed was a plug for my tire (due to a nail that was in the center - no where near the edge) they told me that they could fit me in and to drive it in (I only live 15 min. away). When I arrived they said, they would not be able to take me. I told the guy at the counter that I just spoke with him and he told me to drive in. Asked him why he would do that and he said he thought he could and as an apology from him he would give me a free oil change. What? I get that taken care of at my car dealer and I wasn't born yesterday. I'm there for my TIRE. Then he said, he would have to get one of his guys work over time and that he was tired. I explained that wasn't my issue and that he never should have told me to come in as I could have gone elsewhere. So they take my car (I should have said no and just left) and then come out 10 min. later stating that since I have Continentals it might have foam in it. I told them I understand that but mine don't. So, they go to the bay again and come out another 10 min. later and after they drained the air by pulling out the nail (instead of using the valve) tell me they cannot do it. I ask why and they said their might be another nail??? What? I asked to look at the tire and was so disgusted that I said put it back on put a patch instead of a plug over the hole, and to fill it up so I could leave. Instead he put the nail back in and put air in it and told me it might leak more than when I brought it in. It was a VERY SLOW leak when I brought it in and I barely made it home. Complete waste of my time and they also tried to sell me a tire that was $50 more than my car dealership. Not quality customer service at all. read more

I've been going to this location for the past 10 years with multiple vehicles as well as employee's taking their because of my referral. It's a convenient location since my office is within walking distance. I went in yesterday January 8th with a tire that was losing air. Met with Wes whom i never worked with prior. Agreed to pay for tire to be inspected and possibly re seated on the rim I'd needed. This was at 9:10 am. I called at 1:30pm to see if i can pick the vehicle up since i had to grab the kids by 2pm. Transferred to someone who spoke little English and he claimed i needed all new tires. I asked if he even looked at the tire i initially went in to be inspected? He said they had not looked at the tire. I asked why and he transferred me and the call was dropped. I called back to Wes apparently the manager on duty and he just claimed the same i need 4 new tires. At that point I walked back and demanded the vehicle and Wes was extremely confrontational and even Slapped me on the shoulder? For what point i am not sure. I told him their was a better solution to sell tires to customers by explaining or printing an actual quote for recommended services. I also mentioned that if he touched me again i would press charges! SORRY to say i will never be visiting this location again! Totally unprofessional and he clearly needs some management skills. read more

Steve (the GM) was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. They replaced my starter on Saturday, and 3 days later my truck wouldn't start. I had it towed back there and they found that my battery terminal was loose. They replaced the bolt that was causing the issue and sent me on my way no charge. I was listening to Steve's interactions with all the other customers and he was always communicated clearly what they were doing and how long it would take. I recommend this place solely based on the trust Steve instilled in me to go back there in the future. read more

I had my car serviced at the Firestone on 50 near boardwalk bowl and the AC blew. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing since they said the compressor is ok and had freon to the car and charged me for it. 3 weeks later the car doesn't work and I take it to this location and they tell me something completely different and want to perform a service that would take three days and $2000 for parts and labor. I decline their estimate and then two hours later and they can't complete an oil change for a car that was dropped in at 7 AM. 7 hours later and my car still no oil change and nothing done. Will never take my car back to a Firestone. read more

The store manager and I spoke before I left and worked with me to give them another chance for my business. I went for an oil change on a whim and was told they wouldn't be able to service for a while, and offered to make me an appointment for the next morning so I wouldn't have to wait around.
