    Made an appointment for 11am. Ari iced at 10:50, guy said it would be 5 minutes. It has now been over 45min since and I haven't even started my simple insurance inspection that they said would take 15 minutes total. No one seems to work with urgency and front desk guy just go to the back to be on his phone. Terrible experience.

    Since we are a nation of people who live in their cars it is sometimes necessary to stop and have their oil changed. So when it came time for my SUV to be serviced, I took notice to Midas' Thursday special. One day of the week they treat women to a special deal: a $16.99 oil and filter change. Normally they charge $25 so on Thursday you can save a whopping $8. It was worth waiting all week for though. The associate at the desk was extra nice in our interactions. When I called to setup an appointment she let me know that they don't require them but will take them if it makes the customer happy. In essence, you may have to wait a bit longer if you just walk in off the street. Making an appointment gets you a leg up in the same way call-ahead seating does. If I had to wait there I would have entertained myself by watching the TV or reading one of their magazines. They also have a water cooler and vending machine in case your wait time runs into meal time. They offer many other maintenance and service options if you need more work done than just an oil change. They mentioned a few things that my car may need soon but were not pushy about selling their services which is always appreciated since I was in a hurry.

    I think this Midas is the greatest one ever, all the employees are excellent people and have spoken to each one independently and I think that every single person is truly honest, Ken the manager of the store is well educated on vehicles and knowing what to do and also very polite and honest about all prices, J is one of the technicians that works in the back, very unique individual and well educated on breaks suspension AC and any other problems with any other vehicle no matter maker model, Jesus is a good tech as well, grate exhaust installer, there seems to be a new guy Mike he's okay to very nice Been to Firestone and other places, but here you'll get more bang for your buck

    I've been coming to this location exclusively for over 3 years for both of my vehicles. Prior to…read morethese recent oil changes I enjoyed taking my car here. I would get a drink or smoothie and they would change my oil and tell me about the condition of my car, I always felt like they did their due diligence. On this occasion I ask the tech if he could let some air out the front driver's side tire as it was a new one and was at 50 while the rest were at 30. He said he did, I told him the sensor still showed that tire filled more still. He again assured me when I drives little it would adjust. It didn't I had to stop and let out the additional air. They showed the engine filter, and oil level as usually and printed out the paper and explained the recommended services and we was out of there. Well a week later I heard this dragging sound when I got off work, arrived home and saw a piece of the bottom of my car dragging. I returned and was made aware that there were bolts missing from the skid plate and that is what was dragging. I did pulled out the invoice and to my surprise it was there. First- why was that not mentioned in the 10min talk about the recommended services. Well now I had to go back to have them secure it. They advised me to call customer service to have them file a claim. Customer service advised that I would get a response in two business days. That was Tuesday- I didn't hear anything so on Saturday I followed up and was advised the store manager had no idea I filed a claim. Now I'm still waiting on an update as to when I can come back to have them replace the skid plate.

    I visited this Valvoline location on Monday, 12/15/25 around 4:45-5:15 PM for an oil change costing…read more$183.14. During service, I was instructed to start my vehicle while a battery diagnostic device was still connected. My car stalled in the bay, required 4-5 jump attempts, and the first jump source was not strong enough, requiring a different battery jump starter. Shortly after, my battery failed and had to be replaced for over $200. When my mother and I attempted to resolve the issue, the area manager, Mike, raised his voice, spoke over us, and repeatedly dismissed our concerns. He stated that we were "uneducated" and told us we "needed to get our facts straight" if we were going to describe what happened. The interaction felt intimidating and gaslighting, as our firsthand experience was repeatedly denied. Video footage was shown selectively and narrated by management, with no opportunity for independent or neutral review. I was also incorrectly told the battery was purchased from Advance Auto Parts in 2022. I later found my receipt showing it was purchased from Firestone on 12/21/23, it was under two years old, and still under warranty, meaning we were sent to the wrong retailer based on inaccurate information. Mistakes can happen, but the service error, misinformation, and hostile management response were extremely disappointing. I recommend documenting everything carefully if you use this location
