Check in was easy and simple there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy it all went by so fast. Everyone working is so nice and positive, especially the owners you can really tell they CARE! I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! She seriously is so great, she gained a forever customer for sure. They were fairly busy but Jen still took her time to be patient with me and make conversation which I really appreciated considering how nervous I was. She was quick, careful and very gentle. Such a kind and genuine person, I'm glad that Jen helped me out today. 10000000/10 experience if you're looking for a spot to get pierced or tattooed don't hesitate and stop by you won't regret it!! :)

Tracy at the front desk was super helpful with check in and my questions about jewelry and what not. My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! "Regarding your wait time, management confirmed it was significantly shorter than stated" - attached are photos at 6:20pm on 4/11/26 aka the time i went in & upon arrival i asked to use the restroom, i took a selfie amongst other pics & the date & time can be found on each one. When leaving, i was asked for my information & to enroll in ur $5 off coupon which was at 8:16pm on 4/11/26. almost exactly two hours, not sure which manager looked into that but i did not randomly chose that number. Consultation - Tabitha asked via phone if i was given the option or made aware of threadless vs threaded jewelry, i was not nor was I given the option between the two. (Im assuming since you guys only carry threadless anyways.) Lacy said the piercings could get expensive when downsizing multiple sizes & when custom jewelry becomes a thing (she gave me an example of hers that have a wide flat back) which i understood. I was never told the jewelry on hand would be so flimsy or else i would have left with a spare set. or why wouldnt that be offered if its a known thing that theyre just going to break soon after? "our management team has reached out multiple times" - Tabitha called me on 4/20/26 at 2:03pm post yelp review & asking me to elaborate which i did. she apologized & said she would investigate & immediately followed up asking if i could "take down the yelp review" I initially agreed but im so glad i didnt. All that was asked of me was to pick a date & time & she will have someone replace the jewelry that broke at the el monte location but she would have to call me back & let me know if there was someone at that location who COULD do it & that she would call back. when she called back at 2:38pm 4/20/26 she stated ordering a threaded set would take 6-8 weeks & that she will order my downsize. we agreed on that solution & hungup. Then 4/28/26 Tabitha texts me & there was no solution so we could agree on so thanked her & left it at that (screenshots attached as well) "waived fees" - crazy cause you guys swear this is something special. when i get my nails done & one breaks theyre quick to fix it FOR FREE & not keep reminding me that breakage could happen nor badgering me that IM at fault for it/knew the risks. Theres no fee to waive if i want to put the jewelry in my own face for free which you guys denied me of because u didnt want to mail them to me. This is the second time that I've been to the tattoo and piercing shop; the first time I went with a friend and also came in for a repiercing due to a hospitalization. I'm hoping this will be the last time that I go to this shop for a repiercing, but I will definitely come back here if I have to. Joslyn was extremely professional and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time during the piercing process by double checking that it didn't hurt. I had to purchase one of their steel titanium jewelry ($15 was the cheapest one) and was not allowed to use my own jewelry that I bought from Laughing Buddha. Which is totally understandable and makes sense as to why they don't use other jewelry outside of their own. I think it also specifies in their rules or contract that you're not allowed to bring in outside jewelry, but I would call to make sure. I also did not like that they didn't have a more comfortable waiting/seating area. Those tiny chairs on wheels are not really plus-sized friendly and I would have appreciated a regular chair instead of those. The online booking experience for an appointment within 3 days was easy to use on their website. I believe there was a $5 security deposit that goes into your overall total at the end of your piercing/tattoo session. In fact, my piercer Joslyn even emailed me to ask questions about my piercing history and whatnot. I really appreciated her attentiveness to detail and for taking the initiative to understand her customer's needs. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with my piercer Joslyn and would highly recommend her for your piercing needs. Thanks again!!

I called the location and spoke to Debbie, who was kind and helpful in scheduling a same day appointment for me and my daughter. I was getting a second set of piercings for myself (to motivate my daughter who was a little nervous). I was told they typically do piercings Friday/Saturday/Sun and appointments are preferred. The location is a jewelry store so they buzz you in. The store is incredibly clean and welcoming. Debbie and Nikki assisted us. They sanitized my daughter's ears, let her pick out the earrings she wanted (good variety of 14k gold/white gold), and did the two ears at once since they had both staff present. They use a gun like device that pinches the earring in versus a thick needle. It was done within seconds. My daughter was given a certificate for bravery and tiara as well. They even gave me one so we could take a photo together. Thank you, Debbie and Nikki, for being so kind and patient with my daughter. She left with the biggest smile . Prices seem comparable to other reputable jewelry stores that I looked into. Left with the cleanly solution and clear instructions for care. I highly recommend this location!

I am so grateful to the amazing team at Coby Madison for repairing my wedding rings. I had been…read moremeaning to come in to get my rings resized as they had started to fit tight, but I waited too long and ended up having to get them cut off! One night I could not get my rings off no matter what I did! My finger even got swollen from trying to get my rings off. The next morning, I went into Coby Madison and was greeted by James. I explained my situation and he looked at my finger and right away noticed that it was swollen. He said he could help with cutting the rings off. He was able to get them off quickly, and although I was relieved to get them off after being stuck, I also felt sad that they had to be cut off. While getting the rings cut off, I got hot due to being nervous and James had me take a seat and gave me some water. I really appreciated how kind he was and that he understood having my rings cut off can be a bit emotional. Since my finger was swollen, I had to wait until the swelling went down to return to be sized for my rings to be repaired. James provided me with a bag to keep the rings safe. I returned two weeks later to make sure the swelling was completely gone. This time I was helped by Linda and she was amazing. She had me try on different rings to make sure we got the correct ring size. She provided me with options on how I could repair my wedding ring if I needed to change the design. She informed me that the store has a texting system which makes communicating with their customers easier. This really was convenient for me to get updates on the repairs for my rings. They had originally informed me that it could take 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders they are working on, so I was pleasantly surprised when my rings were ready in two weeks. I felt so naked without my rings, so I was happy that they had them ready quicker than expected. My rings came out great and fit perfectly! They also looked clean and sparkly. I had an amazing experience working with James and Linda. They provided great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
