    Really fun shop with a ton of fun items to look at. They have everything from cards to jewelry to houseware items and a bunch of stuff in between. This is a store you can spend countless time in and not see everything. If you need to purchase a unique gift, definitely come check it out!

    This place has so many cool nick nacks I could spend hours in here. If you get a chance it is worth stopping.

    Great store if you like crowded rows of over-priced tacky gifts, unreasonable return policies, and poor customer service. Never again.

    Such a horrible experience with CB2. The shop in particular does not believe in any customer…read moreservice. You have to continuously change your order. They will not be forthcoming and you have to ask every time about the order status. It looks like you are selling to them rather than them selling to you as they take their customers for granted. If you ask them a question, they will ask you a question in return rather than answering or solving the issue. Never again I'm ordering with them. There are much better options than this branch of CB2.

    We ordered some plates and the emails we got from CB2 told us very specifically to use the curbside…read morepickup. We followed these instructions exactly: Park in the garage, press the specific button on the email. We waited ten minutes with no sign of anyone coming. We tried calling the number and it said "Press 1 to talk to an associate," but pressing 1 simply made a robot list the store hours. There was a call button in the garage, which I pressed and got someone who seemed annoyed with me immediately. I tried explaining what happened and he said "This is Crate and Barrel, not CB2," but they have the same garage and as a customer I have no idea what the connection between the two is. I explained we couldn't get a hold of CB2 and he said in a very condescending and sarcastic tone, "Well, have you tried going in there?" No, I tried following the instructions from CB2 and it didn't work! We ended up re-parking the car and going in there, and they gave us the plates. after another bit of a wait. Why have instructions for parking in a garage and hitting a button that does literally nothing? When we brought these issues up (including the unreachable number) to the employees, they gave us a card with the exact same number which didn't work and said "Next time call this number." We told them this is the number we called which didn't work, and they said, "Oh, well we can't change that, that's up to corporate." I am never buying anything from here or Crate and Barrel again.

We ended up getting a custom sectional with machine washable (!!!) covers that is perfectly suited for our space. Jenn helped us pick out a great fabric with our needs in mind, helped us plan out the space and pick out something great for our family. I loved the quality that I saw in store, the customer service has been excellent and I cannot wait to get my new sofa! Definitely recommend!

    This review is based on my mom's experience with this store, their employees, and their delivery…read moreprocess. She spent thousands of dollars on a couch, a bench, and other living room pieces. Her original delivery date was scheduled for mid-September/October for the couch and early November for the bench. It's now November, and she still doesn't have her couch -- and the bench has been delayed until December. The delivery team was supposed to bring the couch on Tuesday but claimed they couldn't find her house and simply left. After hours on hold and speaking to multiple employees who all gave different answers, she was told it would be delivered Thursday -- only to now be told next Monday. We're extremely disappointed. My mom even planned ahead -- we took back the couch she'd been borrowing from us on Monday, expecting her new one Tuesday. Now she'll be without a couch for a full week. That's unacceptable after spending this much money. I warned her about this store because of their terrible delivery reviews during Covid, but we were assured by an employee that those issues were in the past. Clearly, that's not true. For a store this expensive, the customer service and logistics are shockingly poor. You can easily find better quality furniture, lower prices, and far more reliable service elsewhere. Save yourself the stress -- do not order from here.

    It looks terrible and the sofa is only 6 months old. It hasn't even been through a Seattle summer yet. We got it in January.
