Ok y'all!!! Let me tell you about the Body Psychic!! So I've been hearing about these firm hands for a while and never stopped in because I had a regular guy that I would have work done with. Well my guy moved always and my chronic rib spasm that hasn't been a problem for a while popped right back up right about the same time! Well, when I asked around, I got yet ANOTHER recommendation for firm hands and by then, it was a no brainer. My first impression just over the phone, was warm and welcoming and was even welcomed as part of the family which is a nice touch. By the time I got in and we discussed a little, I really didn't have to say much more than "ouch, it hurts *here*" for Jonathan to discover and unglue all the locked up tissues along the posterior chain from the hip to the neck!! I have MANY issues stemming from each area that I didn't even have to mention! I was blown away! He made sure that there was relief in EACH trigger point to elongate and relax the deepest knot! He also incorporates deep stretches with trigger point pressure to allow tissues to melt and release on their own, resulting in the most natural and lasting recovery for tension and built up and muscle strain. WOW, just WOW! The best deep tissue massage of my life! My son also received a Swedish massage and he was just as equally satisfied with his massage as well! I was hesitant coming in because I prefer a female masseuse and I was put completely at ease by Jonathan's friendly and professional demeanor... AND the aesthetics of his massage room are WONDERFUL... the room smells great...Jonathan uses high quality essential oils throughout your massage... during mine and my son's massage he had a nice scented candle going as well and in addition, the room had crystal lamps and a water machine to relax you... but nothing compares to his massage table! I have been getting massages for over 20 years from all over the world (I have lived in many locations). Jonathon can look at you and know exactly what needs to be released to give you movement and balance. He is pure magic!!!.I 1st saw him because my back had seized up on me. Excellent massage. I feel like a new women! Don't look any further than Firm Hands for muscle relief and to simply feel healthier. Before my massage, my entire body ached. Injuries, stress, poor circulation, surgical scars, sitting all day at work. And lifting heavy boxes from moving didn't help. I was pushing my body to a point that I could barely bend over. I dont do very many reviews but I had to for this place.. I have been having terrible shoulder and lower back problems for some time now, and considering the fact that I do hair for a living so I am constantly lift my arms and stand for long periods of time, not to mention I am 7 months pregnant I needed relief. Now I've been warned that prenatal massages are not very relaxing and not worth the time and money because they are limited to what they can do, but I was willing to take a chance. Ana was my masseuse.. she was very kind and welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable. I was throughly impressed and satisfied by the service I received.. she was able to work on my problem spots and remove some of the tension and nots I had in my shoulders. This was my first visit and definitely not my last! I found Jonathan online and his reviews are what brought me to him. He was on time and went through a thorough evaluation with me.
