The Rattler and the Little Italy are great options -- the former heavier on meat/toppings and the latter with a lot of flavor to spare. The condiments they combine are on point in both. ALSO, the pesto pasta salad is worth a try. There's a satisfying mix of elements there with the chickpeas and olives. These are not standard slapped-together type quick-service sandwiches. Taking away another star. I was really hoping to hear from someone at First & Franklin on where their front door is. The door on First Street, where they say to enter, is locked. Super bummer. Came to have lunch here on a Sunday afternoon and was able to grab a seat immediately. Service is thru a QR code so we just ordered that way. Great choice of foods to choose from as the menu wasn't packed with a million options which I liked. Ordered a couple plates to share and enjoyed all of it! Ordered DoorDash paid extra on a Saturday for tip order completely wrong. Bread is hard dried out. Couldn't even call the store because they closed 30 minutes before they were actually closed at 4 PM. Will never order them again. Let's just say they don't even have the class of Subway.
