Came to have lunch here on a Sunday afternoon and was able to grab a seat immediately. Service is thru a QR code so we just ordered that way. Great choice of foods to choose from as the menu wasn't packed with a million options which I liked. Ordered a couple plates to share and enjoyed all of it! Our favorite was probably the pizza with prosciutto. Would come back to try some of their drinks. Loved how they had some board games to play while you're hanging out too.

We ordered several sandwiches. I got the Italian one. Solid sandwich. Everyone in my group liked what they got. Not the best, stand-out sandwiches ever but pretty good. Kinda pricey, turned out to be $17, but the sandwiches were big. I was only able to eat half. I'd go back!

For the price of a 36$ dollars for a sandwich and kettle chips, I was not expecting such a small amount of meat in my sandwich. Disappointed to say the least. Not to mention every bite I took was met with a pepperchinis stem. Needless to say I won't be coming back. Overpriced and not even good.

The sandwiches here are next level. All the ingredients were extremely fresh. The bread was super soft and fresh just how I like it. The staff here is extremely sweet and helpful. I had about 10 sandwiches that I ordered and they were patient enough to help me customize each sandwich and made sure they labeled them all correctly so they wouldn't get switched up. We packed these sandwiches to go for us to enjoy in Napa! Def going back if I'm ever back in this area.

Great selection, very good gluten free bread! Huge sandwich, great price. Cute aesthetic inside!

Wanna feed the family? Get a sandwich from here. I built my own, marble rye, turkey, pepper jack, pickled jalapeños, pickles, mayo and mustard. The sandwich was huge! Definitely big enough to feed two adults. The marble rye was beautiful. I was a bit disappointed because the pickles were sweet. The jalapeños were a little on the sweet side too but had a little exciting kick to them behind the sweet.

Took at bit to get the sandwich but when it arrived it was perfect. I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was filled with all the right lettuce, etc. ate outside.

First time here, had heard great things. Asked for a turkey sandwich with lettuce/avocado.. basic condiments.... ended up getting a mustard sandwich. 1 star for the mint chocolate that washed out the lingering mustard taste in my mouth. Disappointed

The Rattler is my favorite sandwich in town. Don't miss out on a tasty lunch at First & Franklin. Leaving you full and your belly satisfied.

First of all- I only ate here for two reasons. I needed something walking distance from my work downtown & I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I am ALL about browns-valley market sandwiches so I needed to compare. I did a BUILD YOUR OWN sandwich with the total $17. $3 for avocado and I'm like where is it?! Barely any avocado. The bread is SO dry. I feel like I got a salad not a sandwich. Barely any pesto Mayo on my bread... 2 onions on my one half of the sandwich. I'm soooooooooo mad for the money I paid I expected to gobble this sandwich down - instead I'm ready to cry of disappointment and anger. I am pregnant and hungry and very disappointed

Stopped here for lunch on a Friday. Service was quick. I had the tuna sandwich (minus the bacon) and subbed sourdough bread. It was really good! Very fresh. I ate out front; they had several tables to choose from. Would definitely recommend this place if you want your sandwich fix!

Solid food. Great sandwiches and salads. Something for everyone. Soups are a little too salty for my taste.

There are lots of drinks to choose from in the refrigerated section, wine by the glass for $6, or a large selection of Italian soda's. Today I tried the Clam Chowder which should be award winning. Full of clams, rich and creamy. The daily special for Tuesday which was Sausage and peppers and came with a side of garlic bread with was too die for. The sausage had a great spice and the peppers had the right amount of bite to them not soggy. I also got some vegetables that had mushrooms, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes with some kinda oil vinegar dressing that I just loved. And I only spent $18. The young gentleman helping me went above and beyond helping and explaining everything to me. Unfortunately I didn't get the mustached ash blonde gentleman's name to give him proper credit. Hopefully they figure it out. I'll be back next time im in Napa.

I've known about this spot for quite some time after I read an article from the SF Chronicle…read moreclaiming they had the best chicken sandwich throughout the Bay Area. And just to turn it up a notch, the Chronicle also has them in the Top 25 Best Restaurants in Wine Country. I happened to be in Napa running some errands and decided to finally check them out. I met the owner who was pretty chill and friendly plus took my order. I was there for the chicken sandwich of course, but also wanted to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I've seen on their menu. I also ordered some seasoned fries and a Mexican Sprite. The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. The chicken had the perfect crisp to it and was juicy inside. The coleslaw inside gave the sandwich a nice tangy twist, while the hot honey had a nice balance of both sweet and spice. I did have a bit of a challenge attacking this since it was a huge sandwich, but I definitely liked it. The Cheesesteak was a bit messy (in a good way) but was a nice size for a full one; probably should have gotten a half one but oh well. The sliced steak was tender and juicy, while I also enjoyed the flavors of the cherry peppers and garlic mayo. Would definitely order this again. This was an experience I'm glad I finally had the opportunity to check out. Will go back hopefully soon to try some other items.

I also ordered an iced coffee, and while the flavor itself was really good, I was a little disappointed to find quite a bit of coffee grounds/sediment at the bottom of my cup. Once I got toward the bottom, it made the coffee taste pretty grainy and unpleasant. I went back and asked if they could remake it, and the staff was kind enough to do so. Unfortunately, the second coffee still had a small amount of grounds at the bottom. It was much less than the first one, so I decided not to go back for a third time. I'm not sure if this was just an issue with the batch or the way the coffee was prepared that day, but it was a little disappointing, especially from a bakery with Bouchon's reputation. Aside from that, the coffee itself tasted good, the macarons were delicious, and I'm glad we stopped in. I would definitely return for the pastries and macarons--I just hope the coffee preparation is a little better next time.
