I explained that I would like it on the side of our house where we have a "parking lot like area" that all other deliveries have been placed. I stated the same thing to 3 other people at Hasties. Never was I told that the delivery HAS to be on our driveway. We currently have 2 piles of rock and pavers in the area I asked them to unload and they refused. I called and the manager told me that they can only deliver to the driveway. That was NEVER told to me. So even though it's a side area where no traffic comes through and currently has other materials there, I now have my cars in the street and the material from Hasties on my driveway. I will never use them again and will make sure to inform everyone else I know to use the other surrounding companies.

Easily cancelled my reservation so that I can order a larger truck (the 10ft truck did not include a ramp, which we needed). And when it came time to pick up, the guy I worked with was so incredibly nice and helpful. Drop-off was simple as well. The guy was also pretty friendly so they have really great customer service here. No hidden fees, very reasonably priced, and simple process. I'll continue to come to this location whenever possible. Only downside is that they don't have after-hour drop-off which is what I was hoping for since I work the next day but the area isn't the best so I understand why. While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. She cut me off and said thank you have a nice day and hung up. I guess they aren't really concerned about their customers.
