The warranty company, Integrity, refused to do the necessary repairs. Noman went far above and beyond to resolve the issue. Cliff is a seasoned salesman with that good old school customer service. Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience working with Cliff. I called up about a used vehicle that they were selling and he was excited to share that "it's one of the cleanest cars I've ever sold". I was happy to hear the enthusiasm and sincerity in his voice, he had passion for this car. I was thrilled and applied without even seeing it due to dealer reviews and the immaculate CARFAX. We talk terms, price, payment and schedule for me to drive two hours to pick up the car. The next day I get a phone call that "the owner was upset and wouldn't allow him to sell me the vehicle for the agreed price, that it was actually going to have to be the original price or I couldn't pick up the car." At first I was irritated and then agreed due to wanting the vehicle. The more I thought about it, I was fully approved and had a purchase agreement, they would honor it. Cliff then proceeded to call me for another week after I walked away trying to convince me to come back. It's unfortunate because I really loved the car and was looking forward to working with a reputable dealer. Just be AWARE, check your numbers twice, hopefully I was just the unfortunate one. read more

Best buying experience in my life and Cliff was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He never pressured me and told me the truth about every little detail with the car I bought. My family and I could not be happier. He and urban motors do business the right way. I was so confident after speaking to him for weeks about the car I wanted, that I jumped on a plane from Vegas and drove the 8 hours back. All bc they had more than fair pricing and only sell quality vehicles. They even reimbursed me for a Freon fill up once I got back to Vegas and sent me a check for every dollar I spent. Just bought my first car here with help from Cliff! He was super helpful and made sure that my mother, my boyfriend, and I were happy with my choice and were comfortable. Since he knew it was my first time buying a car he didn't take advantage of that at all, instead he helped me understand all of the paperwork and what to look for when looking at cars. Disappointing experience. Bought a Subaru and about a month later had to take it in because the bottom of the car was shaking so badly. Turns out the mechanic said the axle was recently changed and was a faulty axel that was poorly replaced. When we reached out to urban motors they took a week to get back to us just to send a text later saying they won't be doing anything about it. Very sad to have to go through this as this was our family car that we drive our 1 yr old son in and could be so dangerous if anything were to happen. read more

If I could give Negative stars I would. Do Not buy from these guys, they are scammers. They sold me a car with a panoramic roof that had no seal or drain tubes in it. I was told by Cliff that the roof had " just been installed" and Did Not leak. I drove through a car wash after purchasing and soapy water leaked in through all 4 corners of the roof , literally pouring down into the laps of my 4 children and I. All over the seats and the floors. The roof is bow stained and bubbles out because of the water that got in. They told me to bring it in and so I did. And after almost 3 hours, no offer of a water or anything not even any kind of sympathy for what my kids and I had just went through. All that waiting to be told they don't even have the parts to install...So in other words they sold me a incomplete and honestly unsafe vehicle. And Cliff just played dumb afterwards as if he didn't know. Noman told me that VW wanted to charge too much for it and so they took it to some place called IN2CARS. This place had my car for longer than they said they would and DID NOT repair the roof correctly. They left my car a complete mess inside and out. And a month later now that it heavily rained yesterday, the roof began to leak again all inside the rear passenger side of the roof. It's now stained more and bubbled out more. Not to mention the multiple lights that have come on during the month about several light bulbs all going out. And a service in 20 days warning came on . And after 20 days it became a catalytic converter malfunction light now. I contacted Cliff to let him know I was sold a piece of crap and that I would be reporting them to dmv and the better business bureau. Apparently Cliff didn't like that or the negative review that my gf had left for them and his response was that Im just " white trash" and he proceeded to tell me to " Go fu**" myself" and to " Go die" ... wow... just wow really all over a bad review! Yea figures as all the guy did during my purchase was talk himself up that he's the " best car salesman around" and talked constantly about their good reviews. Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. I cannot edit my earlier review because I do not have my password anymore. However, I needed to update the review bc the car they sold me was a lemon. Shortly after the air conditioning fiasco, my car started to experience crazy wobbling once I reach over 40mph. I got a good auto repair shop to look at it and the results were depressing: bc urban motors negligently installed the new cv axle, it caused a variety of problems including damaging the rack, pinions, lower control arms & cracked the bushings. Total cost of repair $3500. More disappointing, was how Cliff treated me once I called him to make him aware of the issue. He was rude, stand offish, and turned into a ghost making it very difficult to reach him and get a solution. Keep in mind this happened 6 weeks after buying the vehicle and my wife and I hadn't even put 500 miles on the car and only use it to go get groceries and drop our baby off at daycare. The real bummer is my wife was about to start driving for uber to get extra income, and now that's been stripped away. We cannot afford $3500 for repairs, especially on a $12k used car. Go to any other dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Cliff is the definition of a used car salesman. read more

Recently bought a Honda CRV from Nomad. Car was very clean, and mechanically sound. Car even had new tires! Nomad had no issue with providing the CARFAX report. After a brief negotiation we purchased the vehicle. Registration and plates were available about a week later. After talking with Nomad it was apparent that he stands behind his vehicle and believes in customer service. I highly recommend. read more

The best customer service! They had a vehicle that I was interested in and I drove almost four hours to see it. Ended up buying it a few weeks later. Drove it home and noticed some problems. I bought this car as is and they had me bring it back and they repaired the problems at their expense.
