Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! My Nefu was shopping for a car and couldn't get approved ANYWHERE. As soon as he told me I immediately said you have to go to Quality Auto Sales they seriously work magic over there. Well, we went in and had he had no hope (except for some places that said they'd in-house him with a huge down payment) as he had been denied everywhere. Quality came to the rescue! They also offered buy here pay here, but they got him financed with a bank and even wiped down the car I got from them when we were waiting. We responded within two hours, diagnosed his problem and offered a fair price for the repair. He tried to beat us down on price explaining he has commercial properties and many air conditioners to service and he needs a new HVAC "guy" to "USE".. We stood firm on pricing because again it is industry standard fair pricing. He verbally agreed to the price quoted and we proceeded with repair. Upon our completion his Air Conditioning was blowing cold and him and his wife were very happy. He paid with a business check from EU Motorsports of Sacramento. Located on El Camino. The following day 5/26/2020 Mr. Amir phoned us seeking a discount because "his" ac guy was working on his other properties and said we charged too much. I explained the fact that it was a fair price and we do not take advantage of our customers. 10 days later we discover the check was returned insufficient funds. I called him to give an opportunity to pay the invoice and avoid additional returned check fees and that's when I was told "go ahead deposit it" "its not the correct account anyway" Reason to believe He never had any intention of paying - He is an expert bamboozeler - BE WARNED - Masking personal expenses as business expenses to help defeat tax agencies is one thing,.. intentionally writing a fraudulent check with no intention of paying an agreed price because "him and his wife" from the comfort of their Air Conditioned home decided that we charged too much to repair said air conditioner and its a "rip off" That is CHECK FRAUD! I wonder if he has Dealer Plates issued by DMV with strict stipulations on vehicles when used for personal use?? :) He lied to me on the phone several times about him not being told the costs ahead of time.. We do this everyday and we do not ever proceed with work without explaining the cost, process and expectations of the service. EVER! Moreover, I was on the line with my partner when this man was told the costs and I heard the entire conversation. Once I explained that I had heard the whole call as I was connected through my partners ear piece , he digressed. I asked him, can my wife and I purchase a vehicle from him at EU Motorsports, write a check in full and then once we are mobile in possession of a vehicle he sold us, and we are happy with the vehicle, perhaps we could use his logic and tactics and stop payment on the check and simply change our mind on the previous "agreement" and just not pay.. Then when our check is returned to EU and we are asked.. we just tell him that we decided he charged too much and we will tell him what we were told, that we will decide what is fair.
