I can't tell you how much I appreciate Vince's hard work, professionalism, expert skills, and patience with me--but I'll try. I bought a mount online for the TV we already have (someday we will upgrade to a larger one) and after Vince put it up, I realized it didn't tilt as low as I had imagined. I felt horrible to have to ask him to take it down while I had my son in law help me choose the right mount. But, he smiled and said no problem and removed the mount so I could return it. Fast forward a week or so, and we rescheduled for Vince to return. He hung up the new mount and TV and even had to put the wires in a conduit (I think that's what it's called) so it could go around our fireplace flume outback since it's metal. After thinking about the job, I decided to switch out my bedroom TV to the gym and put the family TV into the bedroom. First Choice came out the next day and started the job. 1. Took down the bedroom TV and mount and moved it to the gym. 2. Mounted the living room TV in the bedroom with a mount that he provided. 3.
