Our AC stopped working and my best friend recommended I call Steve at First Choice. I called at about 8pm thinking I would leave a message for a call back, to my surprise he answered! He was able to come over to inspect the unit in a fair amount of time (I called on a Tuesday night, he was available Thursday early afternoon). Steve has a great attitude and very knowledgeable about the AC unit and even the houses in the neighborhood. He answered all my questions and laughed at my jokes! The unit needed a part replaced and he had the part on hand in his vehicle. All in all took about 30 min to get this place cooling down again. I had been having issues with my air conditioner for awhile now. Some days it would work and some days it wouldn't! I had posted on my neighborhood site looking for recommendations, and I came across Steven who mentioned he had just started his own business and I could call him and he could try to help me out over the phone even if I didn't decide to go with him. I thought that was very nice. When I talked to him he really sounded like he knew a lot about air conditioners so I had him come over. He was very reasonable, and he talked through and explained everything to me. I even called my dad to come over because I knew I wouldn't know what he was talking about haha. my dad thought he was GREAT! very professional, knew what he was doing, and explained everything.
