I rarely write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to First Class Auto Body. We got sideswiped in our 2005 Porsche on the freeway late one night (other party did not stop). No injuries, thankfully, but the entire left side of our car (even the wheels) was damaged. After making some calls, we decided to take it to First Class Auto Body. We went to pick up our car yesterday and literally had to check the license plate to make sure it was our car. It looked brand new! The team at First Class Auto Body did an incredible job and we couldn't be happier. The people are super nice, too! Let me simply say, I would bet that this is the best auto body shop in the United States of America. I was shipping my Corvette from Hawaii when one of the shipper's drivers wrecked it. Let me start by saying this is the best body shop I have ever been too! My brand new car was side swiped by a bus 3 months after I bought it and the thought of having to deal with the stress of taking it to a body shop was just upsetting. I've never been a fan of dealing with body shops because I've always had bad experiences. But this place changed that completely! Laura and Oscar were amazing and very welcoming! They took great care of my car, the experience was stress free and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They even completely detailed my car right down to the wheels and tires! My 2017 Mazda3 had some pretty serious damage to the rear passenger's door panel. I took it in to the shop and within a week it was perfectly fixed! The staff there was really friendly and accommodated me with anything I needed. The best part was when I got my car, they had done some stuff I didn't even expect them to! Cleanest body shop I've ever seen! Staff was very nice. Our Subaru needed a part in which Subaru had a very long waiting list. The shop informed us every step of the way and offered the option of picking up our car so we weren't inconvenienced for longer and they will call us when the part comes in. I did not go with the lowest cost because Oscar was very nice when I talked to him and they have a big and well maintained facility. Oscar also made sure the front desk would take care of me when I returned because he was going on vacation. When I returned for service, his brother Daniel took care of me. He was very friendly also. He ordered Uber when the ride from Enterprise did not come. My car was ready by the time they promised and it was done perfectly. There is one star because the lowest rating on yelp is one star. They kept our company car for over a month. We called daily for a call back (after they assured us that our car would be ready by then)and they never called back. The estimated date our van would be ready was delayed countless times. I am not exaggerating about their horrible service. They are supposed to be a customer-service based company but I can tell you that there is NOTHING first class about their service. read more
