This place was phenomenal. We walked in, Evan greeted us warmly. Nella was our instructor she was so welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. Kept my attention the whole time with pictures that told a tale, personal stories some ending in heroism and others not so fortunate interspersed with her own dash of comedy. After ever little section of information she asked if we had any questions and never made my questions feel silly. I am very new to this so my questions may have seemed amateur but they weren't to her. I wanted to make sure I understood every bit of information and she was right there to help me. Not only did we learn CPR and Heimlich maneuver on adults but on infants as well. She also gave us extra information and a bunch of little tips and tricks to other first aid issues. We all had some time in front of the class to preform a correct CPR training which was great because it felt more personal with eyes on you, and at the end she surprised us with a "panicked mom act" asking me to help her baby. Which i failed terribly at because i wasn't expecting it ahahah but it was great. It really gets your mind going and focused on what you need to do in case of emergency. I feel very confident if there is ever an incident that i come across that requires CPR i will be able to handle it with efficiency and confidence.. thank you so much Nella and Evan!! I am recommending you to all my friends, family, and co workers! Even if you are going into a business that does not require it, its something everyone should know!

This is my second time taking the BLS healthcare provider class here and I swear I can never get tired of it. The staff here is so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. They make renewing your CPR card a fun and informative experience. I can't see myself going anywhere else for my CPR needs now. I love that they're actual experienced first responders and have real life advice and scenarios to offer. Keep being amazing guys!

Evan was great! He made the class fun but at the same time very informative. He allowed students to ask questions throughout the course. This 2 hour class is hands on and each minute is filled with valuable instruction. In addition, Evan, a police officer, shares many of his real life experiences of having to perform CPR/ First Aid. I have taken other CPR/ First Aid courses in the past but I feel much better equipped after taking this class through First Class CPR. I would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

I just came in for my CPR/AED and it was the best! Super efficient and the instructor was awesome, very funny, and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs to be CPR/AED certified, the class flew by wasn't hard or hard to understand and hands on with dummies. Great experience! read more

Great class! Evan, the instructor, gets right to the point and is very knowledgable and experienced. They have everything you need there, so all you have to do is show up to class. They are fantastic here!! Nice clean facility with nice firefighter, and police decor. Called morning of to see if I could do my skills before the 9am class and they said come on down! It was perfect because I need my CPR card before Monday and they were open on Saturday which accommodated my busy schedule. Two thumbs way up! read more

Not only is Evan very informative but he makes the class entertaining. I hate when instructors just read from the book, demonstrate then take a test. Got so lucky that they had a lot of availability so I was able to get in the following week for BLS renewal. Evan was an informative and funny instructor! The 2 hours flew by quickly since there were only 5 in our class. This is my 2nd time coming here for my past 2 BLS renewals and I definitely recommend this if you're looking to get in quickly for an awesome training! I would recommend coming in the morning if able as majority of people try to go to the later session after work. $42 for BLS and $10 for the mask w/ lifetime warranty! read more

Definitely worth the money you spend. I've taken several first aid/ CPR classes and this by far is the best. You get to hear great stories as well as actually learn hands on CPR. An overall great class! The instructor was awesome and entertaining; Plus, he has real life experience as a police officer. The other instructor is also very lively and has experience as a nurse. The course is really HANDS ON with lots of repetition so you will get the hang of it. The environment is extremely welcoming and comforting. Oh, and the information was presented in a very organized and effective manner with lots of hands-on practice for each step. You will enjoy this course, it definitely does NOT drag on even though if you take the CPR, AED, and First Aid like I did it is 5 hours long. The crazy personal stories make this class all the better. If you need to get certified I highly recommend. And hey, even if you don't need to be certified but want to know how to save a life, then take it too! read more

Wonderful facility! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area, who needs CPR certification, to come here. I needed the class in order to start my internship for my graduate program in social work and my mom actually found me a Groupon offer here. The class was originally $58, but for First Aid, CPR, and AED training I paid $35. The instructors work in law enforcement and seem to run this business on the side. My instructor, Evan, was not only a wonderful teacher, but he also told great stories which made the time go by quickly. He's also a jokester so don't take it personal if he cracks a joke about you while in class; learn to laugh at yourself. The inside is very clean and there are tons of pictures on the wall that Evan talks about. For the ones in the medical field, who were required to take a test, Evan went over all test questions while he was teaching as well as pre-tested everyone before the test was given out to ensure the class understood all the material. I will be coming back here in two years and advise others to try this place out! read more

(For the first week, they kept on reminding us that we can go talk to them for help if we are struggling at all haha). - They encourage all students to ask question no matter how dumb you think that question is. As a person who is very detailed, I asked a lot of clarifying questions and I never felt uncomfortable doing so. - As most of the teachers are/ were experienced higher level EMTs (paramedic, fire fighter etc.), they shared many stories along with the lecture to make them more applicable to real life and engaging! - Students were very diverse in culture, age range, and goals. Some were students who just graduated high school and some were in their 30's! Some students' goals were becoming a nurse, firefighter, or doctor/ surgeon. It was fantastic getting to know each other's goals and stories :) - Note: 6 week course was quite demanding and required many hours of self-studying (to review or read ahead before we were given lectures). Every Wednesday was a day off so we were able to catch up and study whatever we needed. I have taken 6 CPR classes in my life and this company is by far the best! Usually places make you sit in a classroom for an hour watching poorly acted reenactments (from the 90's) on what to do, they make you practice a time or two and that's it. I really truly dread having to go every two years but this time was so different. The class was interactive the whole time and the two and half hours flew by so fast. I feel that I learned so much than I had in the past, and for the first time in my life I honestly feel very confident on performing CPR on someone if I had to. I would recommend this class to any and everyone!! I recommend you take an extra $10 with you to buy a face mask. They are really useful and can save your life as well as the person you're trying to help. I would also like to add that their prices are very fair on the masks as well as the class. I searched around my area and I decided to call them because they were $5 cheaper than the other places and when I called I was told I can go in that very same day so I took it and I'm very glad I did. I was pregnant and not due for another week (crazy I know) and I was scheduled to take the infant CPR and first aid class on a Tuesday but went into labor and gave birth a week early the Monday before that! I've taken many CPR classes over the years as a nurse, & I totally expecting this one to be another snooze fest!! This class was AWESOME!! I really appreciated the instructors taking me in at the last minute, & also for providing real life conditions during our training. They had emergency lights & sirens blaring..& they asked us a million questions while we were administering CPR for about 5 minutes. It's was very hands on and reminded me of the one time I actually had to perform CPR. Nothing fully prepares you for the real thing, but this class comes pretty darn close! read more

They were the absolute best! Not only was the class fun and informative, but they also introduced elements of the real world, things that will actually happen while you were performing CPR. They had lights, sirens, and pretended to be paramedics or family members so that you would be able to experience in simulation the same amount of stress that you would out in the field. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write a review for this company. It was an amazing class, taught by an instructor who seems to really like what he does and who makes the class enjoyable. It was filled with lots of information but is related to real-life stories which makes it much more interesting! I was bummed to have to take this class, but ended up liking it. Wow!!!! What an amazing experience!!! I've learned so much and the instructor was amazing! So entertaining and informative! I'm going to be a special education teacher and this was a requirement to clear my credential and I'm glad I came to this location! The instructor had years of active duty experience and knowledge about most questions. At no time did he demean anyone for a question asked or failed to address your concerns. It was short and sweet with a lifetime warranty mask option at the end. Both the Spanish instructor and Mr. Scheib were kind and funny which helped our nerves being in a classroom with new people. I was dreading taking another CPR class so glad I found this facility. The instructors father and son are hilarious while still teaching the fundamental of cpr. I will forever hear 30 and 2 in my sleep. The class is hands on run by a family of first responders sharing their experiences from their jobs. Not a boring class. Will only come here from now on. This class was great and the instructors were equally amazing. What made the course so good was how interactive it was, it wasn't your cliché sit through a video and get your cert course. The instructions also provided real life scenarios that prompted the class to think on their feet and utilize the trainer learned effectively. Returned to attend BLS class again. Evan has class attention with his real life experiences in law enforcement work as a first responder. Instruction is straightforward, clear information, hands on training with real scenarios, sirens/flashing lights. I've attended many CPR classes over the last 15 years and this is in the top three. Fast paced (what busy medical professional has 3.5 hours to take a course watching videos of other people performing CPR?), interesting instructors, focus on real life scenarios, and made sure we all had time to practice and ask questions. Great class with an awesome, knowledgeable, and very experienced instructor. This is my second time taking this class with Evan. Highly recommend this company! Family owned company with members in law enforcement. Very entertaining and informative. Evan's stories really paint a picture as to how important it is to know CPR, whether you're certified or not. Evan is confident and has great character. I thought I was going to sit in a room and watch a movie on cpr, well guess again. This class was interactive and the instructor was awesome and not to mention he will keep you on your toes. Definitely coming back when it's time to renew. And don't forget your mask for $10 and has lifetime warranty! read more

Evan drills you and provides real life scenarios to protect yourself and be aware of the dangerous consequences that can happen. Went by fast, two hours of practice and the remaining time is for the test. I called other places and the classes were too long and more expensive. read more
